Dr. Fahd Zaheer is absolutely amazing . He makes going to the dentist something to look forward to with his big smile and occasionally funny dad jokes. Him and his nurse assistant really show alot of care for their patients.

Had an appointment with Dr Fahd Zaheer . He is very professional yet with an old fashione touch , like it used to be . That he knows you personally. Explaining all throughout the appointment & procedures. He tried so hard to get one of my deep rooted rotten tooth out .stopping at point of my pain threshold, injecting multiple times & keep trying to get it out . He had so much patience and advised me to have a local anaesthetic at another specialist dentist ,due to the fact it could be infused to the bone . Had this done & pain free now thanks to mr Zaheer .

I’ve never known a dentist surgery so fantastic to this surgery. Every appointment has been brilliant. When calling the dentist you are welcomed and helped above and beyond on the telephone. Even if queries and help is needed then they will always try and resolve and call back until resolved. One lady who I’ve spoken to on the phone and in person at every appointment and query - sorry I can’t remember your name but you are one of a kind, you are incredible and I’m glad I get to speak to you and you help me out till the end . Due to unlucky experiences I hadn’t visited a dentist for some time. After much research, booked appointment with Thorndike. Dental visits no longer a worry as the whole Thorndike team are so lovely and welcoming. After fully discussing my options and being given a concise plan I opted for composite bonding. Dr Syed Shah left me with results I didn’t think were possible and his artistry has been admired by many. Thank you so much Thorndike will be recommending you!

I’ve never been very good with Dentists, but after 5/10 minutes, I felt almost completely at ease. The ladies I had at the desk and in the patient room with me, have a cracking sense of humour, and they definitely seem like my kind of people. They were very welcoming, and in a lovely, calm environment too. Safe to say, I definitely will be returning and I will be highly recommending these guys to anyone looking to get their smile back or even just a routine check up🫶🏻

I had a perfect experience at the GM dental and implant centre, I called a night before for a emergency appointment to fix my veneer and they helped with minutes to see me in the next day, at the day was all perfect as they helped to fixed it for a very reasonable price and I had to me to mention about how lovely and helpful Angela the recepcionist was. So far I’m absolutely happy with everything.

I have a fear of going to the dentist but I can honestly say I have never felt so happy to have found GM dental and implant centre. They made me relax for the first time ever in going into a dentist's. The lady I saw today was welcoming and totally put me at ease, she listened to my fears and never once made me feel silly. Everything was explained in great detail and I am so glad I went and I will be staying with them.

I have been a patient at Oradent for many years, all of the dentists are lovely and make you feel at ease as do the receptionists, all with a smile on their face's. I had to have two teeth removed at the front and have a new plate fitted, i was nervous and Kira explained everything and this made me feel at ease. The new plate with straight teeth and a colour match are excellent, for once i feel as though i can smile again and that is priceless.

I spoke to a wonderful receptionist named Sue today who was very friendly and helpful. I asked her to pass on how wonderful another receptionist named Tara was, along with my dentist Victoria and her assistant Kim. I was a little nervous about my appointment as I have neglected my teeth, but all 3 of these wonderful people made me feel at ease and comfortable. Victoria assured me that everything will be fine and genuinely cares, she was truly amazing. I would highly recommend this practice, full with fantastic, caring, wonderful and highly professional staff here. Nandita has been my Dentist for over 10 years now. With her knowledge in her field, kind and gentle nature, I honestly can't recommend her enough! I have been rather naughty of late and not booked my routine Dental Check Up's. A tooth suddenly started to feel strange which prompted me to book an appointment. The lovely receptionist Tara was so helpful and able to book me an appointment the same week I called. I was feeling so anxious as I knew it had been almost 2 years since my last check up with her and of the potential problems that could have been detected/avoided sooner! Nandita put me at ease straight away, as she always does and we discussed my concerns. She thoroughly explained her findings to me including showing me an intra oral picture of the tooth I was worried about and showing me the routine xrays that were needed. On this occasion I was very lucky and no further treatment needed except a visit with the hygienist which I knew was well overdue too. I just got so busy with life that I ended up neglecting myself which could have resulted in a different story. Thank you so much again Nandita, Nurse Kim and Tara for looking after me and I will see you again in 6 months 😊

Exceptional Care and Compassion – Highly Recommend! As an exceptionally nervous patient with pre-existing health conditions, finding a dental practice that truly understands and accommodates my needs has always been a challenge. However, my experience with this practice has been nothing short of outstanding. Dr. Nandita is an absolute gem. She is incredibly patient, kind, and thorough, taking the time to explain every step of the process to ensure I feel comfortable and informed. Whether it’s a routine check-up or an emergency visit, I have always been treated with the utmost kindness and compassion. Her understanding and expertise have completely transformed my dental experience. I also want to give a special mention to Tara at reception. She is amazing—always so kind, friendly, and helpful. From answering questions to making appointments and even helping my twice with panic attacks (once on the phone and once in person) her warmth and efficiency truly make a difference and help ease my anxieties. I have honestly gone from being a patient who needed a prep-visit before appointments and a chaperone to being able to go in alone to have work done. That is something I never thought would ever happen and is directly connected to the team. I’ve visited three of their surgeries, and this one is by far the best. The entire team goes above and beyond to provide a welcoming and supportive environment. I cannot recommend this practice enough, especially for anyone who feels nervous about dental visits. They’ve set a new standard for care and professionalism!

I went to Eastgate dental practice 2 years ago to see what route would be best to take to help straighten my teeth. I was then introduced to Dr Aman and nurse Amber who were very welcoming and professional. They recommended that I have a brace fitted, and talked me through the whole process from fitting, check ups and cost. I proceeded to having it done and every month went back for a check up and tighten up until they were both happy that my teeth were completely straight and ready to remove my brace. I was given a full hygiene clean and opted to have Enlighten whitening to fully embrace my new look. Again this was done with Aman and Ambers guidance and was well worth the time it has taken to get to where I am now.

Receptionists warm and friendly and welcome you on arrival. My Dentist Yasmin and her support assistant were fantastic doing fillings that took quite sometime. Yasmin spoke to me through the dentistry treatment and as a bonus some of her singing!

Visited COCO Dental Practice today and I was so impressed by the improvements made to the surgery, Every member of staff were first class. I was treated efficiently and effectively, with respect, dignity and humour. The receptionist went out of their way to ensure my safety on leaving the practice too.

Dr Aman and Amber are amazing and very professional.. I had braces to straighten my teeth. The whole process took just 9 months and I am so happy with the results. You learn more when things don't go to plan and a few times my brackets fell off or broke. I could email and they would fit me in asap to fix the problem. For the amount of hours of professional time you have throughout the process, makes the prices very reasonable. My only suggestion is to make the teeth whitening thats offered at the end of the treatment discounted for your clients. Have recommended to friends and family. The wife has already booked up!

Six months and still smiling. I suffer from hereditary gum disease and crooked front teeth. For many years I have had a recurring problem with abscesses on the crooked teeth. Last year antibiotics finally could not solve the problem so reluctantly I had the tooth removed. Unfortunately I then had to have the next tooth removed, both teeth were at the front of my mouth. Hardeep suggested a Maryland crown. I only needed a single tooth made as my teeth had been so crammed in. Now at 70 years of age I finally have a smile to be proud of and more important no more problems with abscesses. I would like to thank Hardeep and his team, and the person who made my new tooth.

I called this morning to get an emergency appointment for my 10 year old son. The dentist and nurse were amazing with my boy he has ASD so isn't the best at cooperating but they did a fantastic job. However, the older blonde lady in reception is not helpful or what I would call a people person. Seemed like I was putting her out wanting to register my other son on the phone, and she told me we could do it another time, I could tell it was her I spoke to when I walked in she had the very same attitude. Not welcoming or friendly. I will be returning because of the dentist and nurse only. Maybe Franklin House should rethink their receptionist as she is letting you down.

Went for an emergency appointment for a chipped tooth and ended up needing root canal, my dentist Jason was beyond amazing, at every opportunity he could he would squeeze me in to continue work on my teeth, always asking if I’m doing okay and honestly one of the most polite person I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting if it wasn’t for Jason i don’t know if I could of carried out the extensive dental work I needed with anyone else truely a spectacular dentist, I’m truly forever grateful and indebted to you good luck in your future endeavours I’m going to miss your, “ your my best patient “ comments a lot

My experience at the practise has been absolutely amazing with both the dentist (Dapo) and my hygienist (Ayanda). Both have worked with me to truly make a difference in the health and quality of my teeth and I can't thank them enough. Amazing experience! I have extreme dental phobia due to past trauma and haven't previously been able to have an appointment with any dentist unsedated. But I lost a filling and broke my tooth this weekend and had to have an appointment to get it fixed. They got me in same day as when I called about it and were so lovely. They went at my own pace and walked me through each step as they went. It was my first ever positive experience at the dentist. Will be coming back any time I need treatment from now on.

First impressions: very attentive, straight talking,explained everything clearly and made sure I understood what was needed. Gave options for all treatment, didn't try to coerce or sway my decisions. After years of very disappointing experience with previous dentist, I feel like I may finally be getting real, effective dental treatment. Have appointments booked for this, and, will let you know how it goes- I'm hoping for good things. My partner, who had it much worse, now has a real plan, after many years of pain and frustration, with no progress. Here's hoping. Can't thank Thakarys dental enough already.

I saw Stephanie, the hygienist yesterday, and she was brilliant. She talked me through the best treatment as I asked for an air flow but advised just a clean as my teeth did not have any staining. She really takes her time and talks to you whilst doing your teeth which is lovely. My clean was so good teeth look so lovely. Have to add the reception Staff as they are always so helpful and very friendly always greeted with a nice smile.

My family and I have been so thoroughly impressed with our dentist Victoria and her dental nurse Katie. These two members of staff go out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Victoria and her assistant were very efficient and professional. I have a phobia of dentistry work being carried out on me. So I was extremely hesitant about attending and anxious when I arrived. I have had plenty of poor experiences and can say if you're a nervous person. Head to this clinic. From start to finish, I was made to feel comfortable, made aware of the steps going forward and how they would be carried out. I never felt uncomfortable or under pressure with everything being explained. From their calm and professional manner I have felt compelled to leave this review as I ordinarily wouldn't. Kudos to all at Oradent Clinic from reception to the dentistry team. Highly Recommend

Had a fantastic experience today with myself (who is nervous) and a 3year old which had never been. The dentist was so patient with both of us and was the best experience I have had at a dentist. I highly recommend this Dental Practice. My most recent check up and follow up work was conducted by a new dentist (to me, not sure if she is new to the practice) and she was fabulous and took time to discuss my options, made sure I was really comfortable and relaxed and well cared for. I wouldn't go anywhere else, and still attend this practice even though it has been many years since I have lived in Rochester.

I saw Madeline on 15/11 and I just wanted to feedback and say she's absolutely brilliant. She's been my dentist for as long as I can remember and she remembered that I'd recently started a new job from my last check up, and she must do that for every patient she has and that's such a nice thing. I just wanted to feed that back for a little bit of positivity! Everyone at the practice is so lovely and welcoming too, and I used to feel so anxious coming to the dentist but not any more!

This was my childhood dentist, as I was terrified as a kid and my parents chose this for a previous dentist who has since retired and had a 'child friendly' award. Safe to say she was fantastic. I moved away from the area around 8 years ago and subsequently changed dentists. Since then, I have gone through 4 different practices, all of whom have provided a bad service or recommended unnecessary procedures. Last year I made the decision to come back to the practice and drive the 1 hour (each way) journey to do so. It is so nice to be back at a practice who listen to their patients, are transparent in their recommendations, charge fairly and do not take advantage of the COVID-19 virus with upping their prices drastically. I would 100% recommened this dental practice.

Hadn't been to a dentist in nearly 10 years and had put it off due to being so nervous. Ended up in pain and contacted Thorndike in Rochester, my nearest dentist, who saw me but the experience was so impersonal and cold that it put me right off. After googling and finding really good reviews for Louise Lunness Barnes in Stood, I booked and have not looked back. Serena is amazing and calming and explained everything so well who put a plan put in place. In the meantime my tooth cracked and after visiting the Strood practice for advice was referred to an oral surgeon in Gillingham for an extraction. A week after the extraction I was in agony and was referred back to the Strood practice who saw me within a few hours and said it was infected. Louise, who's practice it is, dressed it, gave me antibiotics and basically was amazing. I cannot speak highly enough of this dentist and would highly recommend. Genuinely caring and very sincere. So thankful to have found this amazing dentist!
