Having not visited the dentist for more than 8 years I wasn't looking forward to going but the pain was getting the better of me, A quick check up revealed I needed 2 fillings and a wisdom tooth out, I was given a course of anti-biotics and an appointment for the following week, the 2 fillings went perfectly so I agreed to go back a couple of days later to have the wisdom tooth out. On arrival for my appointment I heard laughter from the surgery which was in my opinion strange to say the least bearing in mind I was at the dentists, a lady came out with her friend in a very cheerful saying how wonderful the experience had been, I went in to be greeted by a dentist and dental nurse who both immediately made me feel at ease, they explained what they were going to do and made sure I was comfortable with the whole process before they started to do any work, the injections were as I had been pre-warned a bit uncomfortable and then in less than a minute they said "all done" I never felt a thing, on leaving i actually said to the receptionist "that was almost a pleasure I will certainly not worry about coming here again" Highly recommended especially if like me you have a deep rooted fear of dentists because of past bad experiences.

Had a filing today dentist was so gentle no pain at all didn’t even hurt when she did the injection highly recommend

I highly recommend this Dental Practice. My most recent check up and follow up work was conducted by a new dentist (to me, not sure if she is new to the practice) and she was fabulous and took time to discuss my options, made sure I was really comfortable and relaxed and well cared for. I wouldn't go anywhere else, and still attend this practice even though it has been many years since I have lived in Rochester.

I saw Madeline on 15/11 and I just wanted to feedback and say she's absolutely brilliant. She's been my dentist for as long as I can remember and she remembered that I'd recently started a new job from my last check up, and she must do that for every patient she has and that's such a nice thing. I just wanted to feed that back for a little bit of positivity! Everyone at the practice is so lovely and welcoming too, and I used to feel so anxious coming to the dentist but not any more!

My husband had excellent treatment for a difficult extraction.The staff are very professional and caring
