I have always had a fear of dentists but after having my teeth done twice at Westgate Dental Studios I could not be happier. All the staff and receptionists are very friendly, helpful and explained everything very clearly. Aatif was the dentist who did a very difficult filling on my first visit and second visit was to rebuild 3 broken front teeth. He and Racheal his nurse were excellent and were very professional in their treatment of me . I would highly recommend the practice to anyone requiring dental work. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

From the moment I contacted this fantastic dental surgery with an emergency appointment for my wife who was in considerable pain the service was excellent from start to finish with a highly professional team the dentist who successfully dealt with my wife a Gentleman by the name of Richard and his supporting team were absolutely superb I cannot rate this surgery and their excellent service highly enough we will now be registering as a family with them to deal with all our dental requirements thank you again Mr Glenn Pugh

Being a very nervous patient I wasn’t looking forward to this visit BUT I was assured by Sophie that she had placed me with the best dentist in the practice. I met Richard and he was so reassuring and really eased my nerves. A day later and I have no pain with the extraction site and all seems well. I had an extraction done here with a back tooth which was pretty tricky to remove but my dentist talked me all through the procedure & I had no pain at all. It took some time and dentist was very patient & kind all the way through. Was successful in the end & has healed nicely. Just like to add his assistant was very friendly & kind too. Good experience with this dentist seeing as I don’t really like visiting dentists

Jason provides an excellent service. Very easy to communicate with and PAT testing was completed smoothly and at the arranged time. Jason has been providing PAT testing services for us for the last few years and is highly recommended.

Jason was very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient, not to mention quick to respond and attend because of a pressing deadline. Completely satisfied with his professional service and he's a real nice guy too, he cares about the customer and knows his stuff. Glad to have used his services and support a local business. I would have no hesitations in recommending his company to carry out your pat testing or fire safety services!

Jason and his team are efficient, reliable and professional. We have used them for many years for all our PAT testing needs, and they have been excellent, and I would highly recommend!

Great Service from Jason Cairns of PAT Testing. Initial reminder sent and booked in promptly. Works around everyone and does not interrupt the day at all. Tested all the equipment and raised issues on 2 electrical leads requiring renewing. Highly recommend Jason and Great value

I am not a brave person at the dentist , but my Dentist Shamir Dalsania had to re crown my front tooth. He was so kind and gentle making the process I was dreading more bearable. The tooth was so good that you cannot tell it’s been replaced. I can not recommend Shamir enough, he is so kind, professional and a real expert in his field . Thank you Shamir

I am writing this review for my husband Phil. He was in great pain with tooth infection seen promptly and given diagnosis. Unfortunately he needed a root canal filling which he had today 15.10.24 carried out by Dr Shamir Dalsania. He thoroughly explained procedure, very little pain, he really looked after me. Dr. Antoinette Angelo and her team, the wonderful Maraj and Kayleigh are fantastic! I’ve been made to feel completely comfortable and at ease through all of the work that I required and each of the appointments were performed to an extremely high level with reassurance at every moment. Really brilliant experience with Appletree. Was referred to Mr Williams their specialist for a re-root canal. Both treatments were calm and pain free, no issues or problems! Staff are lovely and facility is very clean and modern. Would highly recommend!

From Dread to Delight: I Wish I Had Done This Sooner! I can't believe I waited so long to get my crown done! My experience with Alpha House Dentist was amazing from start to finish. Over the weekend, my front tooth filling fell out, and I was honestly quite traumatized by the sight of what was left visible. I dreaded having any treatment because I was sure it would be a gruesome experience, but I couldn't have been more wrong. I called them first thing Monday morning, and they managed to squeeze me in, which was a huge relief. The team even stayed late to make sure I didn’t have to walk around looking unsightly, fitting me with a temporary crown while my permanent one was being made. To my surprise, the whole process was completely painless and went so smoothly—I didn’t feel a thing! On top of that, the temporary crown looks a million times better than my original tooth! I really wish I had done this years ago. If you’ve been putting off dental work because you’re worried it might be uncomfortable or scary, don’t wait. I can’t recommend the team at Alpha House Dentist enough. They gave me my confidence back, I can show my teeth now, and I’m so happy with the result!

The professionalism of the staff and the treatment and advice received at the Practice here is outstanding. I have seen both Mubariz and Michael and have been really happy with the outcome. Their communication skills are excellent. They explain and discuss things and, as a patient, I felt I had time to ask any questions without feeling rushed. The practice itself is a very pleasant, calm and welcoming environment. I highly recommend it.

Truly an excellent service, with friendly and professional staff. I had a crown fall out and they were able to see me on the same day, resolve the issue and provide options going forward and a treatment plan. I shall definitely use this practice again.

They fitted me in although I wasn’t a patient. Arrived for my appointment and the reception staff were so friendly. The dentist I saw was very nice and the dental nurse was very friendly. All in all a good experience. Thanks again for helping out at short notice.

I had not been to a dentist for 4 years and feel lucky that Carbasse was recommended to me. I had my initial appointment with Laura in April where a treatment plan was discussed in detail regarding options available to me. After a number of visits the treatment is now finished and I have the most amazing new smile. I wish I had seen her years ago. I must not forget to mention the other staff from reception to hygienists who are also all amazing. They really are a happy, friendly professional team.

Really impressed by the team at Carbasse Implant & Dental Centre. Following a laughable experience at a so called leading clinic in Chestfield. I assure you that Carbasse are the real deal. I had an initial consultation with Marc Carbasse during which time he was was able to extract a tooth that had been broken down to gum level in two minutes flat. No drama, no pain and no discomfort whatsoever. I was given a treatment plan that works for me, competitively priced. Two days after the initial consultation and extraction I had an appointment with their Dental Hygienist who was equally impressive. She did a great job. I’m due back to see Marc in around twelve weeks time for CT scans to ensure they have room to carry out the implants without endangering any nerves in my jaw. Fingers crossed they can go ahead with the implants. One lower jaw and one upper on opposite sides of my mouth. Thank you Marc and your team. Friendly reception team and pleasant atmosphere. I transferred to Carbasse from another local practice and have found the experience excellent in every respect. I registered with Tomas and, over the past year have had a number of significant procedures including a very difficult root extraction, several fillings and a dental implant. Tomas’ manner, skill, attention to detail and communication has been exemplary on every occasion and certainly my best ever experience of dentistry. The dental nurses, especially Ashley, have also been superb and the front desk reception staff are kind, knowledgeable and highly efficient. A really outstanding practice in all respects which I would recommend without hesitation.

Great communication, kindness and humour throughout my initial consultation and procedure to install posts for implants. Mark explained everything clearly and seemed very knowledgeable and confident. The team assisting him were great ( Sophie and Tim? Sorry bad memory!! ) The procedure was quite long, over an hour but it never felt too long, lots of breaks. No pain at all. Good instructions for post operative care at home.

I have had regular check ups, hygienist treatment, veneers, fillings and one wisdom tooth extraction, over the course of many years I might add! Stuart and team are indeed caring, patient, gentle, careful, friendly and very professional.The quality of service is very high in my view considering that the cost of this service is reasonable. I’m an extremely nervous patient at a dentist and after moving to the area was dreading my first visit for a filling. I should not have worried. All the staff are wonderful and are extremely caring. No pain was felt at any time and almost looking forward to my return visit!

Arrived to a warm welcome, visited Hygenist Melanie. Wonderful happy smiling lady, nothing too much trouble, excellent customer service, not rushed great service she takes her time and my teeth feel wonderful.

An excellent practice with a gentle, caring approach coupled with considerable expertise. All staff members are courteous and accommodating. Unfortunately I was recently transferred to the Southbank Sedation and Implant Centre, due to my regular dentist being on sick leave. The Southbank Centre could learn some valuable lessons from Laurel practice, particularly those associated with respect, communication and empathy. Thank goodness I am now back under the care of Laurel.

I was lucky enough to find Broadstairs dental surgery via a recommendation, and it is by far the best dentist I've experienced. James and the team are extremely welcoming and reassuring. The Dental Surgery is absolutely excellent, I’ve had great experiences. From the moment I stepped through the door I felt at home as everyone is extremely friendly, polite and well organised. The receptionist was very helpful with finding a booking and I received reminder notifications prior to my booking. James and the assistants at the Dental Practice were extremely kind and made me feel at ease before carefully and softly working on my teeth, checking in regularly how I’m doing. I’ve never been numbed so painlessly and carefully. They also explained technical aspects to me very nicely and assisted me in setting up an effective dental routine. They are affordable and offer various payment options. I would highly recommend the surgery.

I have been going to The Dental Surgery now for many years as my medication had affected my teeth quite badly & thank goodness James expert dental work corrected them. I only recommended James once again to my oxygen rep. today. who was installing new equipment for me & he needed a dentist as he was in agony. My experience with james on having treatment is outstanding. He makes you feel very reassured and explains everything with every step of the way. I am a very nervous person anyway, which made every step taken with compassion and patience. He has made me a very happy lady with my new teeth. Absolutely outstanding dental practice, I was assaulted and lost and chipped 3 front teeth was very worried I couldn't get my teeth back to how they was before but with the wonderful work from Yusef the dentist and his assistant they worked there magic on my teeth and gave me back a confident smile again. No pain at all when having the procedure, I even fell asleep I was so relaxed 😂 Reception staff are so lovely, calming and very friendly. Brilliant conversations with them both, it was like we had been friends for years. I want to thank every single one of you for the help and support you have given me over the last couple of weeks, I would rate this more than 5 stars if I could. Thankyou for making me feel like me again and you are all amazing at what you do! Xx
