I have been going to The Dental Surgery now for many years as my medication had affected my teeth quite badly & thank goodness James expert dental work corrected them. I only recommended James once again to my oxygen rep. today. who was installing new equipment for me & he needed a dentist as he was in agony. I recommended James & explained how James and his team are excellant & would look after him . Thank you James and your wife for your great service and wonderful decor that you provide also. Just had my first appointment at The Dental Surgery. It was an emergency appointment, I’ve been in so much pain with a gum infection so I was quite anxious as to what would be done but I shouldn’t have worried. James and his team are amazing! At reception, Penny is really helpful and welcoming and then, in the surgery, James explains everything he is about to do and is really caring and gentle. Excellent service! Highly recommend!

My experience with james on having treatment is outstanding. He makes you feel very reassured and explains everything with every step of the way. I am a very nervous person anyway, which made every step taken with compassion and patience. He has made me a very happy lady with my new teeth. All the girls are so lovely and professional and take time for you at all times. The minute you enter the surgery, there is an ora of relaxing energy that you feel, which makes you so calm. I was lucky enough to find Broadstairs dental surgery via a recommendation, and it is by far the best dentist I've experienced. James and the team are extremely welcoming and reassuring. It was clear right from the offset that I was in good hands. James is wonderfully informative and the treatment is very thorough. Huge thank you guys!

I cannot recommend Pennypot dental enough. The best dental surgery I’ve been to. They have been fantastic. Quick services, very kind and reassuring. Fantastic staff and the dentist Syed Ahmed has been so helpful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have suffered with major anxiety and fear of dentists since I was very young. However, I had a bad tooth that I had to get looked at and I was recommended Pennypot Deal. I can honestly say this is such a lovely surgery, all the staff I encountered are kind, caring and helpful. I had to have a tooth removed which I've never had done awake (only under sedation) and they talked everything through with me, held my hand and made it as easy as possible for me to cope with it. The two dentists who did my procedure are superb and I really felt looked after. Highly recommended.

I have now had to have several emergency appointments over the years and I am always amazed at how they have managed to get me sorted and pain free very quickly. My husband was so very grateful to have been seen today, not once but twice. First appt was 8.50 to assess a broken tooth and then asked to return at 11am to rebuild the broken tooth. I have always had a fear of dentists but after having my teeth done twice at Westgate Dental Studios I could not be happier. All the staff and receptionists are very friendly, helpful and explained everything very clearly. Aatif was the dentist who did a very difficult filling on my first visit and second visit was to rebuild 3 broken front teeth. He and Racheal his nurse were excellent and were very professional in their treatment of me . I would highly recommend the practice to anyone requiring dental work. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I had an extraction done here with a back tooth which was pretty tricky to remove but my dentist talked me all through the procedure & I had no pain at all. It took some time and dentist was very patient & kind all the way through. Was successful in the end & has healed nicely. Just like to add his assistant was very friendly & kind too. Good experience with this dentist seeing as I don’t really like visiting dentists

I am on a monthly support plan and the team are amazing, my teeth are so much healthier and it's great having regular faces. My daughter aged five goes there now and they spend so much time with her which is really building her confidence to go to the dentist in general. Highly recommended

From the moment I contacted this fantastic dental surgery with an emergency appointment for my wife who was in considerable pain the service was excellent from start to finish with a highly professional team the dentist who successfully dealt with my wife a Gentleman by the name of Richard and his supporting team were absolutely superb I cannot rate this surgery and their excellent service highly enough we will now be registering as a family with them to deal with all our dental requirements thank you again Mr Glenn Pugh

I recently had to attend the dentist as an emergency, the receptionists are so friendly and do whatever they can to help I normally see De but she wasn’t in. I saw a lovely lady I think her name was Geta she was absolutely fantastic, understanding, caring I felt at ease straight way. I’ve always been terrified of the dentist and stopped going I ended up with bad tooth ache and found Egans they really are wonderful people. Thank you so much.

I hate hate hate the dentist. I didn’t go for years then I found a dentist that put you out. I went to him for 36 years . I moved to Birchington 2 years ago . It took me three attempts to keep my appointment. I have been three times and I can’t believe it. I am no longer afraid. The minute you step into the reception it’s calm and friendly. I go to the lovely Dee who has really put me at my ease I actually come out smiling. Only wish I had found a dentist like this years ago my teeth would be in a much better state. Can’t praise this dentist enough. 😀

Very happy with the outcome for my son - teeth are now aligned and the overbite corrected. Once we came under the care of our therapist, Hayley, it was plain sailing - she is so good. A special mention to Mandy on reception for her patience. She always went above and beyond when repeating and clarifying information to me when I couldn't attend the appointments, and couldn't rely on the reports of those that did!

We’ve had excellent experience and couldn’t recommend Portman clinic enough. Lovely nurse Nat and doctor Zahida answered all our questions and were very friendly and kind. Mandy at the reception desk is always so lovely and can’t do enough to make sure everyone is happy.

Have been coming to this dentist for a few years now as a family of 5 we have no complaints. Helpful receptionists, nurses and our dentist is superb! Absolutely fantastic with all 3 of our children they are never worried, put at ease and generally like coming and seeing the dentist. Dentist is friendly, kind and funny towards the children. No complaints here feel very lucky to not only have a dentist in the current climate but a fantastic one too!

I really liked the dentist and nurse. They were warm, friendly and informative, as well as patient with my young daughter. A little hidden gem in Canterbury, not that going to the dentist is supposed to be fun, but they made it stress free.

It was my first visit to Chopra. I had a warm welcome by the reception staff. The hygienist and her nurse was wonderful. I am usually nervous at dentists. I was made to feel comfortable. Clear and reassuring communication about each procedure. I had an exceptional clean and good advice about care at home. Good value for money I will be back

I went to have a broken wisdom tooth out so was very worried about it. I was referred from my dentist as it needed a surgeon to get the broken tooth out. I thought the dentist was fantastic, she explained everything at each stage. I had no pain at all. I thought she was very proficient and professional. I have had no problems since and would not hesitate to go there again. Her assistant was great too.

I am very nervous when it comes to dentists, and in particular needles. However, Derek and his lovely dental nurses and receptionists were so warm and welcoming they made it feel as if I were being treated by old friends, I've never felt more at ease in a dentist's chair. We arrived in Ramsgate 9 days ago and I got a bad toothache because a tooth had broken over a long time and had grown into the gums. Now of all times it was making itself felt. We found help here straight away. Everything went smoothly. The whole team around Derek Watson was really great, friendly, uncomplicated and very knowledgeable. The doctor had to pull the tooth. He did this really quickly and painlessly. Even after the anaesthetic I didn't feel any pain and was given an appropriate dose of antibiotics before and after. I can really recommend this practice.
