I’ve never been very good with Dentists, but after 5/10 minutes, I felt almost completely at ease. The ladies I had at the desk and in the patient room with me, have a cracking sense of humour, and they definitely seem like my kind of people. They were very welcoming, and in a lovely, calm environment too. Safe to say, I definitely will be returning and I will be highly recommending these guys to anyone looking to get their smile back or even just a routine check up🫶🏻

I had a perfect experience at the GM dental and implant centre, I called a night before for a emergency appointment to fix my veneer and they helped with minutes to see me in the next day, at the day was all perfect as they helped to fixed it for a very reasonable price and I had to me to mention about how lovely and helpful Angela the recepcionist was. So far I’m absolutely happy with everything.

I have a fear of going to the dentist but I can honestly say I have never felt so happy to have found GM dental and implant centre. They made me relax for the first time ever in going into a dentist's. The lady I saw today was welcoming and totally put me at ease, she listened to my fears and never once made me feel silly. Everything was explained in great detail and I am so glad I went and I will be staying with them.

It is always terrifying going to the dentist and something I have always dreaded, so it was essential that I find an environment that I am comfortable in. Dartford Dental and Implant Centre has exceeded all expectations of this. The staff (especially Brooke Taylor) has made my experience very enjoyable. All staff members are extremely professional and attentive. I recommend anyone who may be visiting and for once look forward to my next appointment!

I had a emergency appointment in November. I booked with ease online . I was seen by Dr Preyesh Patel and he was excellent I was really upset im tears as was in so much pain and Dr Preyesh put me at ease and quickly made sure he gave me an injection to take the pain away. He diagnosed the problem and started treatment . I have been back twice as part of the treatment plan and Dr Preyesh is extremely thorough and put me at ease. All the staff I have met there are polite and helpful. Thank you so much this experience although painful has made me want to join this practice permanently.

We’ve been going to Omar as a family since the clinic opened and he’s fantastic, friendly and efficient. Even my toddler cooperates during check ups! The reception team are always helpful and flexible. Overall best dentist we have been registered with.

Very disappointing. Booked my initial appointment 4 weeks in advance. Welldene sent me a reminder 2 days before that date, but then contacted me the day before my visit to tell me the dentist had another appointment on that day and I would need to rebook. Offered one date initially which I was unable to attend, and when I tried to rebook the very next day was offered an appointment 6 weeks later as 'we are very busy'! Although I was informed they had dentists available if I wanted an 'emergency' appointment. Contacted Patient Feedback team, via email, to discuss and, currently, after two weeks have yet receive even an acknowledgment. UPDATE: Subsequently received an understanding letter from the practice manager, and after contacting him a short notice appointment was arranged with a nice dentist. Review amended accordingly.

Everyone involved in the emergency appointment was really helpful by finding an appointment and ringing to confirm my email by far the best dentist experience I have had in the last 20yrs with 3 other practices well pleased.

Always on time. Dentist has always looked after me despite difficult teeth. Have been at this practice for more than 60 years. Same dentist for last 20 years at least. Would not change.

My daughters and I all attend the Welldene and cannot fault the service and staff interaction. Yes there was a wait at first as clearly their patient retention high ( I noted this as positive) once registered I can honestly confirm the service is that of the London clinics and you will not be disappointed. Absolutely perfect! I am usually anxious with dental appointments but my experience with GM Dental had been the best so far. Staff was very welcoming and my doctor was very gentle and reassuring. I’ve been coming to Perry street branch for many years now and I’ve always had excellent customer service. The dentist, Edward was great and the hygienist Bessie did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. The reception girls, Reena & Tracey, are fantastic and excel in calming patients while waiting to go in and always have a smile on their faces.

I have been at this dental practice for years, as in all the years of my life that I can remember! The reception staff are delightful, always have been, which is almost a rarity within the NHS. My dentist, Sophia, is new to me and she's a breath of fresh air. Friendly and thorough which makes visits a pleasant experience.

Appointment today for a new filling, clean etc. Dentist is really friendly happy to discuss procedure, felt comfortable while in the chair. Receptionists are both lovely always happy to help. Keen for my partner to join the dentist however they’re currently not taking on new patients which is a shame. Thanks again

I recently become a patient at Westhill Dental Centre and I could not recommended them enough. All the team are fantastic, you are made to feel very at ease and welcome straight from the start with the reception team, if you’re a nervous patient then this is the place for you. Prem is the best dentist I have ever had, he explains everything in full detail, doesn’t rush anything and constantly checks in that you are okay and comfortable. I recently had a root canal and experienced no pain at all. Thanks all at Westhill dental centre, looking forward to returning for my check up. 😄

This review is being published on behalf of my 85 years old mother who is currently instructing me on what to type! I want to thank Dr Premkumar Ambrose who took one of my teeth out earlier today. He is a very good Doctor who advised me on what to expect and made me feel at ease. I do not like any pain, and he was very patient with me, taking his time to give an injection to norm the tooth before taking it out. I also want to thank the reception staff who assisted me with the many paperwork that needed to be completed. I highly recommend this Dentist practitioner to EVERYONE!

I completed a treatment recently, crowns in my front teeth. Dr Blanche is a professional with a very good approach to the patient, extremely skilled. She reassured throughout explaining , advising all possible treatments options. Brilliant results I’d highly recommend.

My molars have been difficult for years, until I found Parrock Dental. I've been treated with respect and kindness and given the best treatment that I could've wanted. So far, I've had a couple of teeth rebuilt, rather than patched up, and I've had one implant. Dr Rik is so reassuring and professional and the whole team looks after you so well. I am very happy with my implant, it is comfortable and easy to use and keep clean, the colour blends into my mouth perfectly. I also discovered how useful dental hygiene treatment and advice is. I had no idea how to get rid of my swollen gums nor that you should have actual gaps between your teeth at gum level. I have always been to the dentist twice a year, however no one has talked about brushing at an angle between the gum and the tooth! Thank you Parrock Dental, I wish that I'd come to you years ago.

Well what a wonderful service I have received from this Dental Practice. Rik was so empathetic and caring from the first day I met him. My complex bone grafts and implants were perhaps very challenging. But i5 did not phase Rik, as he is a perfectionist in his own right. Absolutely fantastic team from receptionists to nurses and the after care was wonderful too. I had my first appointment with Louise Yates at Kent Smile this week. I felt welcome from the moment I stepped into the centre and greeted by the reception team. Louise took her time to listen to everything and make sure she had all the information, as I have a complex dental case. She then proceeded to carryout the most thorough dental exam I have ever had which included xrays. Louise and her dental nurse are absolutely lovely, they answered all my questions and I left feeling knowledgeable and confident about my treatment plan going forward. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kent Smile to anyone

Yesterday had an abcess tooth taken out by Dr Ahmed. Admittedly the Injections were the worst but I have to say I am so grateful for his expertise and caring manor. This morning hardly any pain or discomfort compared to previous extractions. Thanks again Ahmed and his lovely assistant. X
