Excellent practice, appointment availability is good. Cameron the receptionist is extremely efficient. The dentist always explains exactly what the treatment entails. My recent experience has been exceptional and I would like to thank Dr S Naseer for her care.

Without a doubt, my experience at Dartford Road Dental Centre was the most exceptional dental visit I've ever had. The staff members were not only kind and helpful but also incredibly efficient. Dr. Tosin's extensive knowledge made the visit exceptionally pleasant. From start to finish, it was a flawless 5-star experience that I highly recommend to others.

I had a check up with Marianna and her nurse Mo. Marianna explained everything in detail of what she was going to do and as she went along. Marianna is lovely, friendly, gentle and would put anyone at ease. Luckily I like the dentist but she is amazing (my old dentist at a different practice retired and I haven't found a dentist so nice since!) Thank you Marianna and Mo! Receptionists Libby and Lauren were lovely and welcoming. Both happy and friendly.

I would like to thank Dr Josh for the wonderful service I have received. As a nervous patient I was delighted with the care and professionalism I received. Dr Josh showed me all the x-rays he took during a dental check up. He identified the problem and took time to explain the procedures and options available to me. One the second appointment, Dr Josh repaired my tooth. It was fantastic from the start to finish. I am very pleased with the result of his work. I have to say I never actually ‘enjoyed’ going to the dentist before coming to Dr Josh. Dr Josh is so perceptive, knowledgeable and do such an excellent job! I would have no hesitation in recommending Dr Josh to others. Many thanks.

Both Josh and Daisy have been extremely helpful throughout my experience and nothings ever too much for them. Daisy took my initial call and got me booked in the next day. She’s friendly and always happy to help. Josh was so informative and made me aware of an issue I never knew I had! Which was fixed in a matter of days. He made me feel so calm and it was such a seamless experience. Will definitely be back for any further treatments! Thank you!

I recently finished my Invisalign journey with Emma; in which I also had composite bonding and I’m extremely happy with the outcome of how my smile looks now. The whole process from start to finish ran very smoothly, Emma and both of her dental nurses Beth and Brodie were really helpful throughout too. As a whole the practice itself is very very clean and everyone is so welcoming. I’d recommend for anyone to go here for treatment and I’ll continue to come back for further check ups needed in the future etc. 😁

Got a filling off Emma and I’m no dentist but it went really well. Took an hour, which I was booked in for and I have no complaints. Can’t say much more about getting a filling as they aren’t they greatest but if I ever get one again I’m Going to Emma. She is so friendly and made me feel so comfortable along with her assistant, 5* for a dentist. She is very informative as I now know more about my teeth than I ever have.

I had my first appointment with Louise Yates at Kent Smile this week. I felt welcome from the moment I stepped into the centre and greeted by the reception team. Louise took her time to listen to everything and make sure she had all the information, as I have a complex dental case. She then proceeded to carryout the most thorough dental exam I have ever had which included xrays. Louise and her dental nurse are absolutely lovely, they answered all my questions and I left feeling knowledgeable and confident about my treatment plan going forward. Very friendly and non judgmental staff, receptionist very happy to help register my daughter and book her first dental appointment (9 months old) treated us so well and as individuals with plenty of advice for the babies teeth that are coming through thick and fast. I was very pleased to discover this brand new dental clinic within walking distance from home. The hygienist is superb - I find myself looking forward to our appointments. The dentist is excellent too - I recently had a filling and genuinely could not feel the difference in my mouth. I appreciate that they only recommend necessary treatments - I got the feeling that my old dentist was constantly trying to sell to me.

I was so incredibly anxious due to a previous unpleasant experience. L The dentist Mariana took the time to understand where my fear originated from. She was gentle, compassionate and kind talking me through the whole process. Her assistant was equally as comforting and caring. It was such a great experience and restored my confidence. I can’t thank this dentist enough. They both made me feel so at ease. I think she was the kindest dentist I’ve ever experienced and I’m so grateful.

We saw the hygienist today, and I highly recommend. They are very professional and experienced. Modern equipment, the staff are super nice, and prices are fair. I’ll be making these my primary dental surgery moving forward. I had no issues getting an appointment.

I have had a few treatments now with Dr Sami Bissasu and he is an excellent dentist, he explains things thoroughly and takes pride in what he does. The reception team and dental nurses are also friendly and professional. Definitely recommend this practice and Sami in particular.
