Absolutely superb, cannot fault the service in any way. I just moved into a new house with issues regarding wasp nests and rodents in the loft - reached out to Matt with a few photos of the situation, he got in touch straight away and explained clearly what would need to be done. Was onsite quickly, walked me through the whole process and was very clear about which solutions he was using and their safety level for my pregnant wife. This is definitely your first choice for help and assistance when dealing with pests and vermin. We had a rat who decided to roam the house and cause a huge amount of anxiety. We had a major pigeon problem! About 10-12 pigeons had taken up residence on the roof and had nested under the solar panels. Kelly from Pest-Tech was great and sorted our problem. Not an easy job as a step roof and solar panels on two roof pitches. Kelly cleaned out all the nests and cleared away all the pigeon excrement! Now that the panels have strong mesh all around them, the pigeons have found somewhere else to live. We can now sleep at 5am and the gutters are not overflowing from pigeon poop! Thanks Kelly. Ciaran has been brilliant. From the moment of contact to getting booked in for him to come around was super quick. We unfortunately had a rodent issue and as part of the service you get 3 visits. Ciaran was successful in sorting this issue out after he had been for the first visit (we couldn’t hear any more scurrying around in the ceilings), the second visit is a week after and the rodent was found caught in the trap, the third visit is to make sure that there were still no more signs and all had been resolved. Which thankfully it has! I would highly recommend Ciaran as you genuinely get the best service.

Really great service. He came within the hour of receiving our phone call. He did a very deep investigation of where the rodents were coming from and knew exactly what holes to fill up. We had a bad experience with a different exterminator in the past and Salih fixed all the mishaps. He’s very respectful and he returned after 2 weeks to seal everything. From his first visit we had no activity again! We highly recommend!
