Gerald came to the house promptly at our request and dealt with 2 wasp nests quickly and safely. He was back 2 days later at our request to remove a third one that we found. I used this business to rid myself of 3 wasp nests, they were very easy to deal with, great on communication, effective - no wasps now and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them after trying to deal with other companies for this problem who demanded credit card details before they had even attended and could not give a time to visit. This business gave me a 2 hour time slot and I paid once the work had been completed. The wasp man was very smart, respectful and professional, why go anywhere else? Sean was amazing. We called after seeing rodent in the garden. He came out a couple of days later to inspect. Unlike other companies i have used previously, there was no charge for the initial inspection. Sean was polite, insightful and could not have done more to reassure us. We contacted Nick for some advice on woodworm treatment and were really impressed. He came out straight away, gave very honest advice and was really helpful. We aren't requiring his services at this stage, but we would have no hesitation to use him when we are ready.

Offered some great advice on how we can treat it cheaply ourselves but is always on hand to help if we need help in the future! Great service. Carl was amazing! He was friendly and very professional. Helped me identify the entry points of the mice and even covered them up. Just after one visit we no longer had mice and he came back for 2 more visits after that just to make sure that no more mice returned. Would definitely recommend using Bounty Pest Control.

John came out on the day of contact. Was very friendly and honest and got to work to clear rats in the loft. John also filled in the hole with cement where they were gaining entry. Very happy with this service and would totally recommend.

My first call was answered quickly and someone came out the next day. The gentleman called John, walked around the house inside and outside to assess where the rats can get in and where he could lay baits. He was quite a cheerful man. As he promised he returned the next day and done the job. He was quick and clean. He seemed to know well what he was doing. Came back in a week time to check and lay more baits then at the third visit he said we are cleared. Pricing was excellent, way less than I expected. Done a great job, will call him again if we have problem in the future.

I highly recommend Lucks Pest Control, very responsive to my first enquiry and was out within 24hours, treated our property for rodents within 2/3weeks of treating the issue. Didn’t charge for coming out to investigate the issue then made recommendations and gave us options to treat the issue. Very happy with the service provided. Hopefully, I won’t have to use Lucks again but if I do, he’s on speed dial now!

Fantastic and friendly business! I initially called for some advice and costings, Lewe was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It was clear that he was not just trying to sell me something, he genuinely wanted to help with the stressful situation. Lewe very kindly offered advice of things to try and later offered to complete a survey to ascertain what the issue was. I know exactly where to go for any future pest control work…to a business that is honest, genuine, knowledgeable, and efficient. 10/10 would recommend!

Brilliant service, quick, efficient and effective. Dealt with a hornet’s nest, will definitely use them again. Followed up with a message to check the treatment had been effective, with an offer to return to administer further treatment if necessary. The nest was inactive after first treatment.
