I highly recommend Lucks Pest Control, very responsive to my first enquiry and was out within 24hours, treated our property for rodents within 2/3weeks of treating the issue. Didn’t charge for coming out to investigate the issue then made recommendations and gave us options to treat the issue. Very happy with the service provided. Hopefully, I won’t have to use Lucks again but if I do, he’s on speed dial now!

Brilliant service, quick, efficient and effective. Dealt with a hornet’s nest, will definitely use them again. Followed up with a message to check the treatment had been effective, with an offer to return to administer further treatment if necessary. The nest was inactive after first treatment. Very impressed!

Fantastic and friendly business! I initially called for some advice and costings, Lewe was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It was clear that he was not just trying to sell me something, he genuinely wanted to help with the stressful situation. Lewe very kindly offered advice of things to try and later offered to complete a survey to ascertain what the issue was. I know exactly where to go for any future pest control work…to a business that is honest, genuine, knowledgeable, and efficient. 10/10 would recommend!

Fantastic service from Steve at Fen Pest control. We had a rodent issue at our house, Steve managed to get it sorted and was particularly considerate as we have a toddler and didn't want them exposed to chemicals/poison. Great service, recommended!

A first class service we live near fields so mice and rats are occasionally a problem. John Arrived within an hour of my phone call and dealt with Rats in our garden really efficiently. John came out on the day of contact. Was very friendly and honest and got to work to clear rats in the loft. John also filled in the hole with cement where they were gaining entry. Very happy with this service and would totally recommend.

My first call was answered quickly and someone came out the next day. The gentleman called John, walked around the house inside and outside to assess where the rats can get in and where he could lay baits. He was quite a cheerful man. As he promised he returned the next day and done the job. He was quick and clean. He seemed to know well what he was doing. Came back in a week time to check and lay more baits then at the third visit he said we are cleared. Pricing was excellent, way less than I expected. Done a great job, will call him again if we have problem in the future.

I used Mike from innovation pest control because I was concerned that I may have bed bugs although I had not seen any but had been bitten and only explanation I could find was bed bugs as I had not been anywhere. Mike came and looked around my home but could not see any signs of an infestation but as I was very concerned that I had them I asked him to treat my home as a precaution .. He did 2 treatments 3 weeks apart and I am now happy to say that if I had bed bugs I should be free of them . Mike was an absolutely lovely man who talked me through all things bedbugs and what I could do to help eliminate them with also me having the treatment even though he thought I did not have them it was peace of mind for me . I cannot express my thanks to Mike and I would highly recommend him for anyone found in a similar situation.First class company 👍🏻😊

Jimmy has understood my rather complicated drain layout and as part of the initial visit, lifted the manhole and cleaned out underneath. It may well solve the problem but if not, l can call Jimmy back knowing that hes now familiar with the complexities. So £60 well spend for piece of mind and hopefully a problem sorted.

I called Kent Pest Control recently, because I have been seeing rats in my garden for the last week or so!!! The service was excellent from start to finish. A quick response to my phone call. A quick visit and a very good service. I would like to give a special mention to Frankie. He was polite and supportive. He was considerate of the fact I have a dog and explained how the rat box would work. It has been one week since his visit and "no rats". Gerald came to the house promptly at our request and dealt with 2 wasp nests quickly and safely. He was back 2 days later at our request to remove a third one that we found. Very quick and effective and good value for money. Professional and polite. I would recommend him and have kept his details for next summer.

I used this business to rid myself of 3 wasp nests, they were very easy to deal with, great on communication, effective - no wasps now and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them after trying to deal with other companies for this problem who demanded credit card details before they had even attended and could not give a time to visit. This business gave me a 2 hour time slot and I paid once the work had been completed. The wasp man was very smart, respectful and professional, why go anywhere else? I started hearing noises underneath my kitchen units, so called Goodwin Pest Management and they were able to get someone out to me that same day. Simon arrived and found mice were getting in around an old pipe. 3 visits later and hole sealed. Since then, we have had no more activity. Very professional and personable service, would use again if I had to. Highly recommend!

Great service and even better results!!! I contacted the company to help resolve an issue at my elderly parents house. They contacted my parents directly and arranged a visit. We thought there were rats in the loft but it turned out to be mice. Ben, from Goodwin, made a couple of quick visits and my parents haven't had an issue since. I called Goodwin Pest Management out as they are local. They were great on the phone putting me at ease and helpful and sent someone out the very next day re rats in my eves and walls. We had a problem with squirrels in our roof and loft space. Another company had been to our property last year and set traps. However, none were caught and the squirrels returned this year. We contacted Goodwin Pest management. Ben from the company visited and set a number of traps. This was on Friday by Monday all of the squirrels had been caught and we were able to get a full nights sleep rather than the nightly 4 am squirrel ceiling dancing. Ben was knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend using Goodwin pest management.
