Sean was amazing. We called after seeing rodent in the garden. He came out a couple of days later to inspect. Unlike other companies i have used previously, there was no charge for the initial inspection. Sean was polite, insightful and could not have done more to reassure us. Sean was recommended to me via my letting agency. He has good communication and is very is reliable. Reliability is rare in this day and age. I'm used to being let down by businesses not coming out when they say they will and not even bothering to communicate this. Therefore reliability is appreciated. Sean turned up when he said he would. He was approachable, warm, friendly and down to earth, both in person and over the phone. He went above and beyond to help me which was greatly appreciated. Brilliant - they removed a large European Hornet's nest from our garage which had been there for some months. My husband had tried to kill them, & as a result some/all of them had died, & the nest was dripping, the smell was revolting! I phoned Smallwood & it was my lucky day, Barry was here in less than 2 hours! Great service, he removed the nest & left everything as clean as he could, very thorough & pleasant, I will use the company again if I need to! I'd have no hesitation in recommending them any day.

We want to thank Bradley at Smallwood pest solutions for attending our families home within a matter of an hour. We traveled from Leeds to visit our family who live further a field. when we started hearing strange noises in there loft space, after a quick search on google Smallwood Pest Solutions came up we got them out who surveyed thoroughly found an entrance point & ran a 3 weeks program who sorted out our parents pest problem! This is definitely your first choice for help and assistance when dealing with pests and vermin. We had a rat who decided to roam the house and cause a huge amount of anxiety. I contacted Barnard Pest control after I’d tried unsuccessfully to solve a vermin problem myself, and wish I’d done so sooner as I would have saved myself a lot of stress and anxiety. I’d heard a lot of noise under my bath and my dog was barking mad at the skirting boards , Phil managed to fit a visit in the same day which I was so thankful for as I was distraught, With his knowledge and experience my unwanted visitors were gone within a few days . Great service highly recommended. Contacted Phil Tuesday morning about a significant wasp infestation in my loft/roof eaves. He was able to fit me in Tuesday afternoon as an emergency and rectified the problem with no fuss. Within 24 hours there was no sign whatsoever of any wasp activity, job done. I was provided with safety instructions regarding chemicals used and the job was guaranteed, on top of that the fixed charge was very reasonable. Very satisfied customer Highly recommended.

I called Pestraid out when we heard a bird inside our chimney place. Their company accommodated to fit us into their very busy schedule with Kevin attending our property after 9pm. We found their service to be very professional because they kept the customer up to date on arrival times and will notify you when they are on route to your property. Kevin was very knowledgeable checking our loft and fitting a chimney cowl to prevent further pests entering our chimney . Kevin also prepared reports on his findings and work which was helpful . We found them to be very honest and reasonable with their costs.
