Called out Bradley as was having issue with bird Pooh so much covering the furniture below where they nested. Solution was a board to catch the house Martin nest Pooh and spikes on the roof all done in a jiffy very reasonable and super happy here highly recommended

We want to thank Bradley at Smallwood pest solutions for attending our families home within a matter of an hour. We traveled from Leeds to visit our family who live further a field. when we started hearing strange noises in there loft space, after a quick search on google Smallwood Pest Solutions came up we got them out who surveyed thoroughly found an entrance point & ran a 3 weeks program who sorted out our parents pest problem! Kev came out very quickly to help us with a wasp infestation. His knowledge and interest in the insects was catching and so his visit not only rid us of our nest but was really entertaining as we learned all about the stages of wasp growth, from larvae to fully hatched adults! Thank you Kev!

I called Pestraid out when we heard a bird inside our chimney place. Their company accommodated to fit us into their very busy schedule with Kevin attending our property after 9pm. We found their service to be very professional because they kept the customer up to date on arrival times and will notify you when they are on route to your property. Kevin was very knowledgeable checking our loft and fitting a chimney cowl to prevent further pests entering our chimney . Kevin also prepared reports on his findings and work which was helpful . We found them to be very honest and reasonable with their costs.

I have used the services of Pestraid twice, once for wasp nest in the garden and second one for a flea infestation in my mother's in law house. In both occasions Pestraid have been kind, polite and understanding. In both occasions they have follow up with a call to make sure that the problem disappeared. The owner Kevin was very happy to visit the garden again to make sure that all the wasps have disappeared. The fees they charge are competitive and the service they offer is top class. I would happily recommend their services without any hesitation.

Let me start by saying I couldn’t recommend Bounty more highly! I’ve met various of the technicians and had a lot of contact with head office, and the whole team is quite evidently experienced (decades!) and knowledgeable. They are trustworthy and efficient, and friendly on top! Andy has been our main contact and is a superb technician. His numerous follow up visits, each with lots of informative chat (and patience as I fire question after question!) has made it feel he’s like a friend of the family! The team has a fantastic reputation and we now too trust the guys implicitly.

Great service. Carl was amazing! He was friendly and very professional. Helped me identify the entry points of the mice and even covered them up. Just after one visit we no longer had mice and he came back for 2 more visits after that just to make sure that no more mice returned. Would definitely recommend using Bounty Pest Control.

Cannot thank Rob from Kent Pest Services enough for responding quickly and helping us out when our dog came home from the groomers with fleas. He was friendly and gave us lots of information regarding the treatment he was carrying out and was very professional. He made sure we knew what to do prior to his arrival and after, to ensure that his treatment worked effectively to get rid of the fleas. Found a hornets' nest in the early hours of the morning outside of one of our bedroom windows. Nine of the hornets had come in through the windows left open due to the heat and were flying around upstairs. After a sleepless night, I phoned Kent Pest Services. Even though it was a Sunday morning and he was out woth friends, Robert came over and sorted out the nest for us. What a relief. Such great service! It is not the first time I have used this company, and the service has always been first class.

I would thoroughly recommend Barnard Pest Control. We called Phil in to deal with a recurring mouse issue at our rental property and he did a thoroughly professional job, not just clearing the problem but advising on work to be done to prevent future issues. Dealing with a pest issue in your home is deeply unpleasant, however Phil was calm and professional and helped ease my anxiety around the situation. He dealt with the matter in hand and appeared happy to answer my (many!) questions. Phil was responsive and whilst I hope to never have to use Phil’s services again, in the unlucky event I do need a pest controller, I wouldn’t hesitate to call upon Phil. Would recommend.

Sean was recommended to me via my letting agency. He has good communication and is very is reliable. Reliability is rare in this day and age. Sean was amazing. We called after seeing rodent in the garden. He came out a couple of days later to inspect. Unlike other companies i have used previously, there was no charge for the initial inspection. Sean was polite, insightful and could not have done more to reassure us. We used New Guard for a mouse problem. Piers was very prompt and knowledgeable and I was very reassured having initially felt quite panicked that we would be infested.
