I have used the services of Pestraid twice, once for wasp nest in the garden and second one for a flea infestation in my mother's in law house. In both occasions Pestraid have been kind, polite and understanding. In both occasions they have follow up with a call to make sure that the problem disappeared. The owner Kevin was very happy to visit the garden again to make sure that all the wasps have disappeared. The fees they charge are competitive and the service they offer is top class. I would happily recommend their services without any hesitation.

I called Pestraid out when we heard a bird inside our chimney place. Their company accommodated to fit us into their very busy schedule with Kevin attending our property after 9pm. We found their service to be very professional because they kept the customer up to date on arrival times and will notify you when they are on route to your property. Kevin was very knowledgeable checking our loft and fitting a chimney cowl to prevent further pests entering our chimney . Kevin also prepared reports on his findings and work which was helpful . We found them to be very honest and reasonable with their costs.

Cannot thank Rob from Kent Pest Services enough for responding quickly and helping us out when our dog came home from the groomers with fleas. He was friendly and gave us lots of information regarding the treatment he was carrying out and was very professional. He made sure we knew what to do prior to his arrival and after, to ensure that his treatment worked effectively to get rid of the fleas. Found a hornets' nest in the early hours of the morning outside of one of our bedroom windows. Nine of the hornets had come in through the windows left open due to the heat and were flying around upstairs. After a sleepless night, I phoned Kent Pest Services. Even though it was a Sunday morning and he was out woth friends, Robert came over and sorted out the nest for us. What a relief. Such great service! It is not the first time I have used this company, and the service has always been first class.

Had some bird proofing fitted on my solar panels by Pest-Tech as we had a pigeon problem. They did an amazing job and really happy with the result. Good quality and looks great. Very professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend and would use them in the future for any work.

Absolutely Amazing! We had a serious rat problem with the critters nesting in our ceiling and walls. From the initial call to completion, Pest Tech was fantastic to work with. Liam and Matt quickly pinpointed the entry points and provided additional valuable advice on managing the nearby fences and bushes to prevent further access for the rodents who had settled in our home. After just four visits, the rats are completely gone, and it’s a relief to finally have a peaceful home without the constant worry of damage being done in the walls & ceiling. I can’t recommend Pest Tech highly enough, if I ever face any unwelcome visitors again, they’ll be my first call. Thank you Pest Tech for restoring the peace. I can now sleep at night!

We had a major pigeon problem! About 10-12 pigeons had taken up residence on the roof and had nested under the solar panels. Kelly from Pest-Tech was great and sorted our problem. Not an easy job as a step roof and solar panels on two roof pitches. Kelly cleaned out all the nests and cleared away all the pigeon excrement! Now that the panels have strong mesh all around them, the pigeons have found somewhere else to live. We can now sleep at 5am and the gutters are not overflowing from pigeon poop! Thanks Kelly. Dan was fantastic, came in and took over a rat problem that other companies had failed to solve, they just baited and trapped and never addressed the ingress points! Dan came and thoroughly assessed the problem made a plan of action and he was 100% spot on with the issue and he’s actions solved the problem quickly! I would thoroughly recommend Barnard Pest Control. We called Phil in to deal with a recurring mouse issue at our rental property and he did a thoroughly professional job, not just clearing the problem but advising on work to be done to prevent future issues. Dealing with a pest issue in your home is deeply unpleasant, however Phil was calm and professional and helped ease my anxiety around the situation. He dealt with the matter in hand and appeared happy to answer my (many!) questions. Phil was responsive and whilst I hope to never have to use Phil’s services again, in the unlucky event I do need a pest controller, I wouldn’t hesitate to call upon Phil. Would recommend.

I contacted Barnard Pest control after I’d tried unsuccessfully to solve a vermin problem myself, and wish I’d done so sooner as I would have saved myself a lot of stress and anxiety. I’d heard a lot of noise under my bath and my dog was barking mad at the skirting boards , Phil managed to fit a visit in the same day which I was so thankful for as I was distraught, With his knowledge and experience my unwanted visitors were gone within a few days . Absolutely superb, cannot fault the service in any way. I just moved into a new house with issues regarding wasp nests and rodents in the loft - reached out to Matt with a few photos of the situation, he got in touch straight away and explained clearly what would need to be done. Was onsite quickly, walked me through the whole process and was very clear about which solutions he was using and their safety level for my pregnant wife. Treatment was done and dusted quickly - immediate results, all pests removed and they haven't returned. Cannot recommend highly enough. Friendly guy, very knowledgeable, great service.

Sean was amazing. We called after seeing rodent in the garden. He came out a couple of days later to inspect. Sean was recommended to me via my letting agency. He has good communication and is very is reliable. Reliability is rare in this day and age. I'm used to being let down by businesses not coming out when they say they will and not even bothering to communicate this. Therefore reliability is appreciated. Sean turned up when he said he would. He was approachable, warm, friendly and down to earth, both in person and over the phone. He went above and beyond to help me which was greatly appreciated.
