I cannot fault Gerald, I called mid afternoon and he came round the same evening. He was so friendly and helpful, and sorted out our wasp nest in the cavity roof. Thank you! I would highly recommend to anyone.

I used this business to rid myself of 3 wasp nests, they were very easy to deal with, great on communication, effective - no wasps now and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them after trying to deal with other companies for this problem who demanded credit card details before they had even attended and could not give a time to visit. This business gave me a 2 hour time slot and I paid once the work had been completed. The wasp man was very smart, respectful and professional, why go anywhere else? Thank you to them for a job well done.

Gerald came to the house promptly at our request and dealt with 2 wasp nests quickly and safely. He was back 2 days later at our request to remove a third one that we found. Very quick and effective and good value for money. Professional and polite. I would recommend him and have kept his details for next summer.

Really great service. He came within the hour of receiving our phone call. He did a very deep investigation of where the rodents were coming from and knew exactly what holes to fill up. We had a bad experience with a different exterminator in the past and Salih fixed all the mishaps. He’s very respectful and he returned after 2 weeks to seal everything. From his first visit we had no activity again! We highly recommend!

Had to contact this company as my elderly mother found a bed bug! I received a prompt response from Dan and an appointment was arranged. Dan arrived and checked the property and unfortunately found quite a few in her bed boards. He advised us of the next steps and performed a treatment that day, he then rearranged to come the following week where he did a more detailed check everywhere in mums flat and another treatment. (we had got rid of the bed). He ensured that we were happy and understood the process. He has arranged a further appointment to ensure that the horrible visitors have gone. Great experience all round. I've been using a major name company the last 6 years for a rat issue that I was told was just the joys of being by a river... Daniel arrived and within an hour had found a defective drain that has now been sealed for 6 weeks and no noise or sightings in the last 4-5 weeks. Gutted not to have found this man 6 years ago. Dealing with a pest issue in your home is deeply unpleasant, however Phil was calm and professional and helped ease my anxiety around the situation. He dealt with the matter in hand and appeared happy to answer my (many!) questions. Phil was responsive and whilst I hope to never have to use Phil’s services again, in the unlucky event I do need a pest controller, I wouldn’t hesitate to call upon Phil. Would recommend.

I contacted Barnard Pest control after I’d tried unsuccessfully to solve a vermin problem myself, and wish I’d done so sooner as I would have saved myself a lot of stress and anxiety. I’d heard a lot of noise under my bath and my dog was barking mad at the skirting boards , Phil managed to fit a visit in the same day which I was so thankful for as I was distraught, With his knowledge and experience my unwanted visitors were gone within a few days . Great service highly recommended. Contacted Phil Tuesday morning about a significant wasp infestation in my loft/roof eaves. He was able to fit me in Tuesday afternoon as an emergency and rectified the problem with no fuss. Within 24 hours there was no sign whatsoever of any wasp activity, job done. Absolutely Amazing! We had a serious rat problem with the critters nesting in our ceiling and walls. From the initial call to completion, Pest Tech was fantastic to work with. Liam and Matt quickly pinpointed the entry points and provided additional valuable advice on managing the nearby fences and bushes to prevent further access for the rodents who had settled in our home. After just four visits, the rats are completely gone, and it’s a relief to finally have a peaceful home without the constant worry of damage being done in the walls & ceiling. Cannot thank Rob from Kent Pest Services enough for responding quickly and helping us out when our dog came home from the groomers with fleas. Charlie was very professional and very knowledgeable about vermin control, he was absolutely amazing. He has sorted out our issues without hurting any animals which is very much close to my heart, so I am really grateful, also something he told me which I didn’t think about was if he puts poison down there is a possibility that my cat/dogs could eat it or they could eat the dead animal which would be a hefty bill at the vets.
