My telephone query was quickly answered and Paul arranged a same day assessment, to look into the scratching and scuttling under my bathtub!!! Steve and Bradley were great. They followed COVID safety precautions. And I am pleased to know that they have found evidence of mice trying to nest under the bathtub. And definitely pleased no signs of rats. Today I had my first follow up visit with the same professionalism. Hopefully the last follow up visit next week. Thank you Team Bowman!!

Found a hornets' nest in the early hours of the morning outside of one of our bedroom windows. Nine of the hornets had come in through the windows left open due to the heat and were flying around upstairs. After a sleepless night, I phoned Kent Pest Services. Even though it was a Sunday morning and he was out woth friends, Robert came over and sorted out the nest for us. What a relief. Such great service! It is not the first time I have used this company, and the service has always been first class.

Cannot thank Rob from Kent Pest Services enough for responding quickly and helping us out when our dog came home from the groomers with fleas. He was friendly and gave us lots of information regarding the treatment he was carrying out and was very professional. He made sure we knew what to do prior to his arrival and after, to ensure that his treatment worked effectively to get rid of the fleas. My first call was answered quickly and someone came out the next day. The gentleman called John, walked around the house inside and outside to assess where the rats can get in and where he could lay baits. He was quite a cheerful man. As he promised he returned the next day and done the job. He was quick and clean. He seemed to know well what he was doing. Came back in a week time to check and lay more baits then at the third visit he said we are cleared. Pricing was excellent, way less than I expected. Done a great job, will call him again if we have problem in the future.

John came out on the day of contact. Was very friendly and honest and got to work to clear rats in the loft. John also filled in the hole with cement where they were gaining entry. Very happy with this service and would totally recommend.

Matt was really helpful, arrived when he said he would, which was an hour after I called him. He had finished work for the day but still came and sorted out my wasp problem. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone, does a great job at a great price.

We used New Guard for a mouse problem. Piers was very prompt and knowledgeable and I was very reassured having initially felt quite panicked that we would be infested. Let me start by saying I couldn’t recommend Bounty more highly! I’ve met various of the technicians and had a lot of contact with head office, and the whole team is quite evidently experienced (decades!) and knowledgeable. They are trustworthy and efficient, and friendly on top! Andy has been our main contact and is a superb technician. His numerous follow up visits, each with lots of informative chat (and patience as I fire question after question!) has made it feel he’s like a friend of the family! The team has a fantastic reputation and we now too trust the guys implicitly.

Great service. Carl was amazing! He was friendly and very professional. Helped me identify the entry points of the mice and even covered them up. Called out Bradley as was having issue with bird Pooh so much covering the furniture below where they nested. Solution was a board to catch the house Martin nest Pooh and spikes on the roof all done in a jiffy very reasonable and super happy here highly recommended
