Dealing with a pest issue in your home is deeply unpleasant, however Phil was calm and professional and helped ease my anxiety around the situation. He dealt with the matter in hand and appeared happy to answer my (many!) questions. Phil was responsive and whilst I hope to never have to use Phil’s services again, in the unlucky event I do need a pest controller, I wouldn’t hesitate to call upon Phil. Would recommend.

I contacted Barnard Pest control after I’d tried unsuccessfully to solve a vermin problem myself, and wish I’d done so sooner as I would have saved myself a lot of stress and anxiety. I’d heard a lot of noise under my bath and my dog was barking mad at the skirting boards , Phil managed to fit a visit in the same day which I was so thankful for as I was distraught, With his knowledge and experience my unwanted visitors were gone within a few days . Great service highly recommended. Contacted Phil Tuesday morning about a significant wasp infestation in my loft/roof eaves. He was able to fit me in Tuesday afternoon as an emergency and rectified the problem with no fuss. Within 24 hours there was no sign whatsoever of any wasp activity, job done. I was provided with safety instructions regarding chemicals used and the job was guaranteed, on top of that the fixed charge was very reasonable. Very satisfied customer Highly recommended.

Charlie was very professional and very knowledgeable about vermin control, he was absolutely amazing. He has sorted out our issues without hurting any animals which is very much close to my heart, so I am really grateful, also something he told me which I didn’t think about was if he puts poison down there is a possibility that my cat/dogs could eat it or they could eat the dead animal which would be a hefty bill at the vets. I would definitely recommend him to everyone as his knowledge and work are second to none. Just call him!

Amazing service, I would definitely recommend. Salihan was professional, patient, thorough, reliable and went above and beyond to help me get rid of the mice in my house. After just one visit we caught 5 mice and he kindly came over to remove them the next day (he didn’t have to). He was understanding that I was fearful of them and was brilliant about it all. Really great service. He came within the hour of receiving our phone call. He did a very deep investigation of where the rodents were coming from and knew exactly what holes to fill up. We had a bad experience with a different exterminator in the past and Salih fixed all the mishaps. He’s very respectful and he returned after 2 weeks to seal everything.
