Let me start by saying I couldn’t recommend Bounty more highly! I’ve met various of the technicians and had a lot of contact with head office, and the whole team is quite evidently experienced (decades!) and knowledgeable. They are trustworthy and efficient, and friendly on top! Andy has been our main contact and is a superb technician. His numerous follow up visits, each with lots of informative chat (and patience as I fire question after question!) has made it feel he’s like a friend of the family! The team has a fantastic reputation and we now too trust the guys implicitly.

We have used Bounty as our pest control contractor for a few years now at our fruit packhouse. The level of service is outstanding and we would highly recommend them. Carl looks after our site and is very professional with superior knowledge. They go above and beyond and we look forward to continue working with them in the years to come.

Great service. Carl was amazing! He was friendly and very professional. Helped me identify the entry points of the mice and even covered them up. Just after one visit we no longer had mice and he came back for 2 more visits after that just to make sure that no more mice returned. Would definitely recommend using Bounty Pest Control.

New to the Kootenays and while they have treated this house before, not with me living in it. Called today and Deanna was here in short order. Took us on a tour to show us all the access points for mice into the house. Loved the fact that we got a bit of education with her visit. Hands down, super impressed with Deanna’s service! Price is very reasonable for a 1-year plan!

Arden was so helpful and thorough. He knows our home well as he has been looking after us for years. He was quickly able to figure out the most likely entry point for the mouse we heard this morning. He had easy solutions to fix that problem as well as to catch the mouse.

Had a great experience with Cranbrook Pest Control. Within 15 mins of calling them at 6:00pm on a Friday night Norm showed up. We had an infestation of 3 types of bugs which was very concerning. He told us not to worry, they weren’t going to cause any structural damage, and got straight to work. He protected/ covered our plants for not to get any spray on them. He thankfully took care of the problem, and we haven’t seen them again since. I was very impressed with Cranbrook Pest Control and fully recommend them.

My go to pest control company on Romney Marsh. John visited within a few hours of me phoning to inspect what I thought was a wasps nest. He found they were honey bees so put me in touch with his beekeeper friend who was happy to remove the bees & rehome them.

My first call was answered quickly and someone came out the next day. The gentleman called John, walked around the house inside and outside to assess where the rats can get in and where he could lay baits. He was quite a cheerful man. As he promised he returned the next day and done the job. He was quick and clean. He seemed to know well what he was doing. Came back in a week time to check and lay more baits then at the third visit he said we are cleared. Pricing was excellent, way less than I expected. Done a great job, will call him again if we have problem in the future.

John came out on the day of contact. Was very friendly and honest and got to work to clear rats in the loft. John also filled in the hole with cement where they were gaining entry. Very happy with this service and would totally recommend.

A first class service we live near fields so mice and rats are occasionally a problem. John Arrived within an hour of my phone call and dealt with Rats in our garden really efficiently. The treatment to get rid of rats is still ongoing (but working) and I couldn’t be happier. Care is taken not to injure pets, prompt, reliable, friendly and a pleasure to do business with. This number is a permanent fixture in my address book and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Couldn't have been more pleased with the service Matt provided. He is highly knowledgeable in his field. A very professional, friendly, polite guy, who genuinely cares about his customers. Problem was solved really quickly! His prices are very reasonable and he explains everything he is doing, in thorough detail. Absolutely Amazing! We had a serious rat problem with the critters nesting in our ceiling and walls. From the initial call to completion, Pest Tech was fantastic to work with. Liam and Matt quickly pinpointed the entry points and provided additional valuable advice on managing the nearby fences and bushes to prevent further access for the rodents who had settled in our home. After just four visits, the rats are completely gone, and it’s a relief to finally have a peaceful home without the constant worry of damage being done in the walls & ceiling. We had a major pigeon problem! About 10-12 pigeons had taken up residence on the roof and had nested under the solar panels. Kelly from Pest-Tech was great and sorted our problem. Not an easy job as a step roof and solar panels on two roof pitches. Kelly cleaned out all the nests and cleared away all the pigeon excrement! Now that the panels have strong mesh all around them, the pigeons have found somewhere else to live. We can now sleep at 5am and the gutters are not overflowing from pigeon poop! Thanks Kelly. I would highly recommend.
