Had multiple pest control companies turn up to try and deal with rats and failed in multiple ways, resulting in lots of damage by the rats due to the delay. These guys turned up with dogs which sniffed out and killed 2 enormous rats with no fuss, unlike the rubbish humans from the other companies. Was also reasonably priced and was able to come out same day. Amazing company, should have tried these guys straight away, dogs are awesome.

Had to contact this company as my elderly mother found a bed bug! I received a prompt response from Dan and an appointment was arranged. Dan arrived and checked the property and unfortunately found quite a few in her bed boards. He advised us of the next steps and performed a treatment that day, he then rearranged to come the following week where he did a more detailed check everywhere in mums flat and another treatment. (we had got rid of the bed). He ensured that we were happy and understood the process. He has arranged a further appointment to ensure that the horrible visitors have gone.
