Dealing with a pest issue in your home is deeply unpleasant, however Phil was calm and professional and helped ease my anxiety around the situation. He dealt with the matter in hand and appeared happy to answer my (many!) questions. Phil was responsive and whilst I hope to never have to use Phil’s services again, in the unlucky event I do need a pest controller, I wouldn’t hesitate to call upon Phil. Would recommend.

I contacted Barnard Pest control after I’d tried unsuccessfully to solve a vermin problem myself, and wish I’d done so sooner as I would have saved myself a lot of stress and anxiety. Great service highly recommended. Contacted Phil Tuesday morning about a significant wasp infestation in my loft/roof eaves. He was able to fit me in Tuesday afternoon as an emergency and rectified the problem with no fuss. Within 24 hours there was no sign whatsoever of any wasp activity, job done. I was provided with safety instructions regarding chemicals used and the job was guaranteed, on top of that the fixed charge was very reasonable. Very satisfied customer Highly recommended.

Had to contact this company as my elderly mother found a bed bug! I received a prompt response from Dan and an appointment was arranged. Dan arrived and checked the property and unfortunately found quite a few in her bed boards. He advised us of the next steps and performed a treatment that day, he then rearranged to come the following week where he did a more detailed check everywhere in mums flat and another treatment. (we had got rid of the bed). He ensured that we were happy and understood the process. He has arranged a further appointment to ensure that the horrible visitors have gone. Had multiple pest control companies turn up to try and deal with rats and failed in multiple ways, resulting in lots of damage by the rats due to the delay. These guys turned up with dogs which sniffed out and killed 2 enormous rats with no fuss, unlike the rubbish humans from the other companies. Was also reasonably priced and was able to come out same day. Amazing company, should have tried these guys straight away, dogs are awesome.
