Cannot thank Rob from Kent Pest Services enough for responding quickly and helping us out when our dog came home from the groomers with fleas. He was friendly and gave us lots of information regarding the treatment he was carrying out and was very professional. He made sure we knew what to do prior to his arrival and after, to ensure that his treatment worked effectively to get rid of the fleas. My telephone query was quickly answered and Paul arranged a same day assessment, to look into the scratching and scuttling under my bathtub!!! Steve and Bradley were great. They followed COVID safety precautions. And I am pleased to know that they have found evidence of mice trying to nest under the bathtub. And definitely pleased no signs of rats. Absolutely superb, cannot fault the service in any way. I just moved into a new house with issues regarding wasp nests and rodents in the loft - reached out to Matt with a few photos of the situation, he got in touch straight away and explained clearly what would need to be done. Was onsite quickly, walked me through the whole process and was very clear about which solutions he was using and their safety level for my pregnant wife. Treatment was done and dusted quickly - immediate results, all pests removed and they haven't returned. Cannot recommend highly enough. Friendly guy, very knowledgeable, great service.

I have used the services of Pestraid twice, once for wasp nest in the garden and second one for a flea infestation in my mother's in law house. In both occasions Pestraid have been kind, polite and understanding. In both occasions they have follow up with a call to make sure that the problem disappeared. Brilliant - they removed a large European Hornet's nest from our garage which had been there for some months. My husband had tried to kill them, & as a result some/all of them had died, & the nest was dripping, the smell was revolting! I phoned Smallwood & it was my lucky day, Barry was here in less than 2 hours! Called out Bradley as was having issue with bird Pooh so much covering the furniture below where they nested. Solution was a board to catch the house Martin nest Pooh and spikes on the roof all done in a jiffy very reasonable and super happy here highly recommended

Dealing with a pest issue in your home is deeply unpleasant, however Phil was calm and professional and helped ease my anxiety around the situation. He dealt with the matter in hand and appeared happy to answer my (many!) questions. I contacted Barnard Pest control after I’d tried unsuccessfully to solve a vermin problem myself, and wish I’d done so sooner as I would have saved myself a lot of stress and anxiety. Sid is fantastic. I called him out for some pest issues (suspected mice/ rats) he was with her the following day and has made several visits for her peace of mind to ensure the pests are definitely gone. Friendly affordable and effective. After finding signs of mice in the kitchen of the house we had recently bought, we got Sid out last summer and he quickly spotted a small opening into the kitchen around the boiler which was padded out. Over winter we heard some noises and noticed some new signs of pests, called him back out to find we had a family of rats in our cellar. Several trips later and another small hole blocked up we are finally free of pests ! Hopefully for good but if they manage through some other way we would definitely have him back and recommend. Very good value cannot fault it in one bit - great communication, honesty, quality, cleanliness, knowledge, all top notch. Thank you so much!
