Our new little Puppy Winnie had her jabs and was very settled and calm with the lovely vet on her first visit. The vet gave us lots of advice and booked Winnie in for her next 4 week check. A very pleasant and lovely visit.

Absolutely fantastic service. So kind and patient with our poorly cat. You felt like you were treated as a friend rather than a patient. Such a lovely feel to the place. Amazed to have over night support via a video call VidiVet which helped put our mind at ease until an appointment had been made. Amazing - highly recommend Beacon View

Our cat was recently registered at Beacon View and we have been very impressed by the excellent standard of service and care provided by Claire and her team. We took Dinky in for boosters and annual health check initially and Claire was so patient and kind, taking time to make Dinky feel comfortable and relaxed, the experience was entirely stress free for all. There is a designated cat waiting area and the surgery is welcoming and spotlessly clean. Highly recommended

5 star treatment at Beacon View Vets. Had an emergency visit on Christmas Eve and the team there did a fantastic job of looking after the family pet dog following a seizure. They kept us fully informed during the few hours she was there, ensuring they updated us when they said they would and making sure we knew what to do if it happened again.

Lovely caring people. Helped our pup. Gave some great practical advice. Our dog had to stay In for the day but seemed happy. Didn't feel ripped off. Great place.

Got an appointment within 30 minutes of me phoning them for my cat. The lady vet was lovely and caring. Highly recommended.

I've used hawkinge vets since the beginning when it was just John , I've always been treated extremely well and more importantly my dogs have been treated to the highest standards possible , the staff are amazing friendly and extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about their roles , I have built a very good relationship with all that work thier and I would never go anywhere else . thank you for all your hard work in keeping my dogs well and treating each and everyone of then with so much kindness and care , always greatful .

Honestly love these vets, they've been amazing with all of my dogs. Only been with the practice for a year, but we've definitely been more times than we'd like. This surgery absolutely saved me today - was travelling to france with my cat by car, which I’d only done once since brexit and had no clue about the new rules, and my usual vet failed to tell me I needed a new travel certificate every time I left the country. Called Hawkinge, they said one of their vets who was about to go home was happy to wait for us to do an emergency travel certificate. They sorted it so quickly, and also gave me information about needing to visit a vet in France within 5 days (which again, my vet failed to tell me), and were generally absolutely stellar. Such a lovely surgery, such incredibly kind people working there. Thank you so much for making a stressful situation easy to deal with! 10/10, would absolutely recommend!

I cannot recommend highly enough White Cliffs vets. Their reception area is clean and spacious with separate areas for cats and dogs. The vets listen and always call you back for a chat. And lastly, there is plenty of safe parking.

The vets saw my cat on a Saturday even though they had no appointments left. They put Stewie first above the cost and the time. They were patient with me and thorough with the examination. They went above and beyond to help him.

I came to Dafne Vets a couple of months ago for a referal and have never left! I couldnt have found a better veterinary hospital! They are truly kind, knowledge, take the time to explain everything, and most of all treat your pet as if it was there own in such a loving way. The first time I walked I, I was greeted so kindly, by Sara at reception, who was knowledgeable and put me at ease immediately. We had a truely wonderful vet Emilia who I can't thank enough! She looked at Milo referral documents on her day off. Did an altrasound, and investigated throughly, he had a small surgery, the stitches were so neat and he's healed amazingly, she is truly a gifted vet, treating Milo as if he was her own. I now never need to worry, and feel lucky to have found such a great vet and veterinary hospital. Thank you, Milo Robins and his mum ❤️

I signed both our Cats up with Dafne Vets this January after a difficult time with another practice. Our little girl Mabel has been cared for so well. Firstly she needed to have all her teeth extracted which was worrying for us but was carried out with absolute care. She is now a different little cat. Yesterday I needed to take her back as she was very lethargic. Again she was treated with care and professionalism. I highly recommend Nikos and his team at Dafne Vets

Dafne vets have always gone above and beyond for my Doggies! They have always been professional but with so much compassion! I am so grateful to Nikos and his team for giving my beautiful Girl Lottie an extra 18months with us! The team and Yoni couldn’t do any more to support us and give Lottie the dignified, compassionate care when it was her time to cross Rainbow Bridge. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts. I always seem to need to vet for sad endings, however all our visits from the vets have been caring and sympathetic- especially as we all stand around and blub for our beloved creatures. Thank you for making the transition as painless as possible 😓

My dog hates all vets but Vicky was great with her. They don't rush you and provided additional advice above what I came in for. Lea is also extremely helpful both via email and when in the practise. Thank you for taking care of my dog!

We have been very lucky to have this vet close to us and they have always provided excellent care for our four cats including directly, through referring and through helping with tests. I was compelled to write a review after 8 years however because we had to make the very hard decision to have our cat put to sleep after a very sudden illness and Vicky was a fantastic support during this time. She did what she could to make the process calm and reassured me throughout. They also arranged for the cremation and saved me a little clipping of fur and paw print to keep which has meant the world. Whitstable Bay also liaised with a specialist vet to ensure that they had all the right info to provide us and to help us understand what was happening. They have always helped with any concerns that our cats have presented with including eye conditions, weight loss and we have never felt judged about how we treat our cats (one of ours is very anti-brush/groom and does get very matted and the nurses have supported us with this at times).

Adam, Vicky and their team are absolutely amazing. They have two of our dogs on pet plans and are amazing with them. They have also recently helped us say farewell to our other dog. Everyone who dealt with us was amazing and empathetic, nothing was to much to ask and they are without a doubt the best vets any where. Thank you for all you do and thank you for helping us through a tough time. Special thanks to Vicky and Emily who were so amazing, to the point that Emily stayed with our dog until Treasured Friends collected her. We are forever grateful.

We are so grateful to this vets practice, they are so friendly and helpful. Victor was amazing and went above and beyond to help our unwell 8 month old baby boy, who had been speared in the back of the throat by a stick. The care he has received has been outstanding and he's already well on his way to being the bouncy lad he was before. We thank you all for being so lovely and definitely recommend this practice to anyone, no matter the situation, they always try to help. We will never forget the amazing service we have received. Cannot recommend enough. The thought of having to take our beautiful Tilly to the vets (which she hated) for her final moments was awful but she had deteriorated so quickly and on a bank holiday Monday we thought we might not have any choice. The decision was incredibly hard but Silvergate made the whole process stress free. Tilly was at ease the whole time and it was just as though she had drifted into a peaceful sleep, comfortable in her own home, loved and with her family which is all we could have asked for her. Thankyou for making our final moments with her so peaceful.

Last week, Wednesday 1st February we had to make the gut wrenching decision to send our 18-year-old cat to heaven after a short battle with cancer. We had already decided that we wanted at-home euthanasia so that our cat Fudge was peaceful and in familiar surroundings. Oli went through the process step by step so that we were aware of the changes that may happen during the process and what to expect. He made sure to let us know exactly what was happening and reassured us that we were making the right decision. Even down to the details of his cremation such as where he was going and who would be doing it. Ensuring us he would be taken care of during his final journey. What was supposed to be a stressful and traumatic experience was turned into a quiet and peaceful send off for our cherished family cat. And for that, we thank you.

On Monday I had to say goodbye to my beloved dog Barney as he had reached the end of his life. It was a very hard decision to make. However, it was made easier by the kind care and guidance provided by the vet Dr Oliver Daniels from Silver Gate Vets, who helped us handle the sad process. Also for arranging everything with Di and Kat from Barnshaw Pet Crematorium. I appreciate the gentle way they collected Barney immediately afterwards and dealt so thoughtfully with his cremation. I am forever grateful for their services.

Oli came along to my home at very short notice, when it was time for my little cat Mae to be put to sleep . She hated the vets and I didn’t want to put her through that . Oli was so brilliant - kind, professional and respectful . I was dreading the whole thing, but his manner helped to make it all go calmly and smoothly . Thank you Oli 😌

The staff at this vet centre are incredible. They care passionately about your beloved pets. They give a 100percent to being friendly helpful and caring and sensitive. I had an elderly Siamese out to sleep during covid. The staff were amazing moving a treatment table to their door way. Masks on doorway open I was able be with my beloved car while she was being put to sleep to say good bye. I was blown away at the trouble the vet and staff went to during such difficult times. Few days later I received a bereavement card from the veterinary and staff the kind gesture brought tears to my eyes. So thoughtful. Years later I have a very nervous Daschund. Once again the amazing vets and staff know exactly how to calm him. So he can receive vaccinations with as little stress as possible. Now despite he is nervous he is so much better as trust has been built between him and the staff. These people really do know their job!! The Best VET CENTRE I’ve ever used. I have no concerns or worries about my dogs as I know they are in safe hands. Thankyou all so much!!

As an Independent vet, wins hands down over against the bigger Commercial vets. They interact with your pets from the time you enter, until you leave. They are so much empathic and compassionate about you and your pet/s. The best practice on the marsh
