I wanted to take this opportunity to express how grateful we are for the excellent care and advice you’ve provided over many years. We have been bringing our greyhound, Scarlett, to your practice since she was first rehome, many years ago, and more recently, our 5-year-old Saluki. Even though we live in London, it’s always worth the drive to visit you, whether it’s for a dental check-up, or a full health assessment as was the case last week. The thorough and professional care you offer is second to none, and we always feel that Scarlett and our other pet are in the best hands possible always. One thing that stands out to us is how comfortable Scarlett is during every visit. Her relaxed and calm body language inside your clinic speaks volumes about the level of trust she has in your team. This sense of ease reassures us that she is receiving top-quality care, which, I’m sure, has contributed to her excellent health. Despite being nearly 13, Scarlett looks and acts much younger, with no significant health concerns — a testament to the outstanding guidance and support we’ve consistently received from your practice over the years. Relieved to get an appointment on a bank holiday weekend when our 'default' vets was closed. Have now swapped to this practice as the service was great and common sense was used, plus their prices were cheaper too! Definitely worth looking around, even if the vets are owned by the same company, the prices can still be very different.....

Not easy doing a review when we have just said goodbye to our beloved 14 year old greyhound. But we were recommended Lingfield Lodge 11 years ago and despite it being 15 miles away I wouldn't have wanted our dog seen by anyone else. Thank you Lingfield Lodge (Special thanks to Hubert). Really impressed with the vet I saw yesterday at Allington. Her name was Joanne and she was very kind and calm with my dog Poppy. She was very patient. It made for a really great experience!

I cannot fault the care my old dog received taking him to the age of 17 years . And now I have a new pup who also is receiving excellent care .who is now 14 months. The staff are very patient and professional and will take the time to advise owners and calm nervous animals . I highly recommend Pennards veterinary services . A big thank you to all xx

We've been with this vets for a few months and I can't recommend them enough. All staff are so kind and helpful and the pet plan plus is very beneficial. Although they don't have specific parking, waitrose is just around the corner so very handy

Went to Park Vets with a very stressed and nervous cat. The vet and the receptionist were both very calming and reassuring and Milo was treated quickly and well.

You have tried the rest, now try the best! Pennards are the best veterinary practice that I have ever had the honour of being a customer of. The staff are amazing - they are empathetic, kind, considerate, compassionate and supportive of their patients and owners alike. Pets are made to feel special by all the staff and my four dogs cannot get into the practice quickly enough! I thoroughly recommend Pennards to all pet owners.

Riley has been going for Physio and hydrotherapy with Caron - The service and facilities have been brilliant, and Caron’s knowledge and experience treating an older dog have been exceptional, with his welfare taking priority at all times. He is already showing big improvements - well recommended 😊

Had a session of hydrotherapy with Caren. Can’t praise her enough. The knowledge and care she has shown Henry goes above and beyond. The work she has done on him has so improved his mobility and the most important thing is that Henry feels relaxed and happy with her. Can’t praise her enough!

Sadly my British shorthair cat Hamish developed a very sudden but short illness which he sadly passed away from over a course of 4 days, but I’ve been absolutely bowled over by the incredible veterinary care from the vets Bonnie, Jasper, Charlotte, the nursing staff down to the reception team at Pennards in Sevenoaks. They kept me updated at every step of the way, they called me, text messaged me, and were incredibly empathetic at a very difficult time for a pet owner. I never ever felt that they didn’t have the best interest of Hamish and I fully trusted them at every step of the way. My boy had a traumatic end to his life but I feel blessed that these vets handled his care with such love and kindness in his final days. There are some good people in this world. 🤍

What a brilliant experience! Professional, courteous, friendly. No rush, plenty of time to explain everything in detail covering all possible scenarios including cost. Well worth the visit from deep dark Essex! Family down here, so recommendations really do work. Cannot thank you all enough. Highly efficient caring staff. We were seeking urgent medical assistance with our cat who had been involved in a traffic accident. Medivets were able to see us with a few minutes notice, were waiting for our arrival and delivered excellent care both for our pet and understanding of our distress. Can't thank the team enough.

My poor boy (British shorthair) has been suffering for a while with no solution from a previous vet. Took him to Pinebank and they identified the issues immediately. A week later, his infection is clearing up, 10 teeth removed and he is finally doing so much better. I can't thank you all enough. The entire team are absolutely fab. Knowledgeable, kind, and so helpful. Thank you!!! I won't go anywhere else. 5*****

Took my 3y old cat to this Vet because my regulat vet had no cover over Christmas.they diagnosed my cat an hour later and gave him some treatment( throat infection ) . My boy still recovering but I'm so happy I left the vet with answers and solutions which most of the time is not the case. Thank you to the lovely lady Vet xx

I took my dog there to have her yearly jab and kennel cough vaccine. They was very good and quick the reception team was very nice and polite. The only bad thing was the vet didn’t give my dog a treat to try and calm my dog down when she was anxious about the jab.

Got an appointment within 30 minutes of me phoning them for my cat. The lady vet was lovely and caring. Highly recommended.

Many thanks to the two lovely ladies who came out to us Wednesday to put our dog to sleep. You where both great and caring. Your pricing compared to another vets in deal we was with was half the costs quoted by them. So happy with the service, we will be bringing our cats to you and any future animals we have. Alex

Having been accepted with a 13 year old dog with terminal heart problems, can’t fault the care and compassion shown by the vets and all the staff. The way the at home PTS was handled will always warm my heart. So no question where our new rescue (Penny) would be registered. Three years on, we have recommended many, even though we have to travel 9 miles to get to the vets, would not consider changing. My only concern is over the new booking system “PetsApp”. My dog hates all vets but Vicky was great with her. They don't rush you and provided additional advice above what I came in for. Lea is also extremely helpful both via email and when in the practise. Thank you for taking care of my dog!

Adam, Vicky and their team are absolutely amazing. They have two of our dogs on pet plans and are amazing with them. They have also recently helped us say farewell to our other dog. Everyone who dealt with us was amazing and empathetic, nothing was to much to ask and they are without a doubt the best vets any where. Thank you for all you do and thank you for helping us through a tough time. Special thanks to Vicky and Emily who were so amazing, to the point that Emily stayed with our dog until Treasured Friends collected her. We are forever grateful.

My poor, little Willow. I miss her so much already and my heart breaks more and more everyday without her. Anna P and Daisy, they Showed my Willow real love and emotions, made her comfortable with heat pads, blankets, cuddles and strokes and really did put Willow in the heart of everything they could. Even filled her belly till the very end (nothing would cheer willow up more than food). I could see they found it hard also as it was such a sensitive subject for any human being, however they kept professional, direct and most important of all they made me and my partner feel comfortable leaving Willow in their hands. We appreciate the hard work and strength you all have working in such a rewarding but yet such difficult career. Our gratitude is great. Thank you again Daisy and Anna.

Tender Paws are the most amazing vets. All the staff are friendly and kind ,showing a genuine concern for our dog. They never fail to amaze me with how incredibly caring they are everytime they treat our dogs frequent ear problems. I recommend them to everyone and feel extremely lucky to have found them during Lockdown when our dog was a puppy.

Sadly on Friday 4th August we, with the full support of this vets, had to make the very painful decision to put down our dear little dog. As you can imagine we were dreading it and although it was a heart wrenching experience, Tender Paws took the time and consideration to make his passing the best it could be. We were shown into a private special little room with a garden view. Judy the vet came in and explained step by step the procedure and reiterated that we were making the right decision. We even were able to settle our bill in the same room. Our little Bernard died in our arms quietly and peacefully and at all times the utmost dignity and respect was shown towards him and us. Since our return to the UK we have been with Tender Paws and I cannot recommend them highly enough. All members of staff are professional, caring and warm people. Thank you to them all for making a terrible moment so much better than we ever expected.

An amazing practice with the most kindest and caring staff. They Recently took in and looked after our family pet that had escaped and gone missing. Great vets . My Pomeranian dog called Ruby was limping badly on her rear leg. It was heartbreaking to see her like this. Two friends of mine both very experienced dog owners recommended me to Kings Road vets. There staff were all very nice and the lady that examined Ruby then suggested x-ray her real legs when the x-rays came back I was shown what was wrong on the x ray and what we had to do. Would highly recommend kings Road Vets you feel your in good hands and that you can trust them. Dave Caroline

Every time I go they always treat me and my dog with care. Rikus Has always diagnosed issues I have had instantly and been completely honest and given the best advice/treatment. If there I was able to give 10 stars then I would.

I've recently transferred from another veterinary practice to King's Road Vets and I couldn't be more pleased with the decision. ALL the vets are professional, caring and knowledgeable. ALL staff are kind, friendly and helpful. Communication about any conditions and treatment plan is thorough and unlike the old veterinary practice that I transferred from, Kings Road Vets always leave me feeling confident in their treatment and unlike some Vets, they're charges are fair and reasonable.

I have been coming to them since 2019, sadly we moved away now to the Midlands so we have had to switch but I am heartbroken at having had to leave Kings Road Vets. Over the years, we took in our cats, rabbits, hamsters, gerbils, etc. Ranging from issues such as torn tendons and euthanasia to fleas, digestive issues and allergies, spay/neuters, vaccinations and fur issues etc etc - too many to name. We have a lot of pets and had several dozens of appointments, and I also rang them frequently for advice. They were always exceptional (even during covid) friendly/welcoming, affordable, ethical and trustworthy and always got the sense that they were trying to help keep costs to a minimum for us, flexible (I was often late because I am a scatterbrain and with so many pets, work etc there was frequently something to delay me) and second to none in terms of quality of care for our animals. I can not begin to describe how grateful I am to Kings Rd Vets, Rikus and team, for all their care and support. They were a safety net/blanket for us. Thank you for everything, and we will sorely miss having you as our vets!
