Thank you for looking after phoenix our 2 year old cat who lost weight and was poorly after we came back from holiday. She was given such care and attention and you were always on the end of the phone or app to give reassurance. Thankfully she is all better now

I moved to Pennard vets recently, and I have never had a better experience with pet care as I have done with Pennards. They give each animal 100% care, and meet their needs. My boy is a very nervous dog. And they go above and beyond anything I could ever ask for, to ensure he doesn't get stressed or agitated. He is given so much love when he visits and they really do take so much pride in what they do. I couldnt recommend pennards more highly if I tried.

Pennards have been extremely caring with our cat Pixel. He’s had a lot of problems but overcomes them with the vet’s expertise, with a special mention to Joanna for helping Pixel so much. Pennards in my opinion is outstanding and I am glad I chose them.

Took my 3y old cat to this Vet because my regulat vet had no cover over Christmas.they diagnosed my cat an hour later and gave him some treatment( throat infection ) . My boy still recovering but I'm so happy I left the vet with answers and solutions which most of the time is not the case. Thank you to the lovely lady Vet xx

My poor boy (British shorthair) has been suffering for a while with no solution from a previous vet. Took him to Pinebank and they identified the issues immediately. A week later, his infection is clearing up, 10 teeth removed and he is finally doing so much better. I can't thank you all enough. The entire team are absolutely fab. Knowledgeable, kind, and so helpful. Thank you!!! I won't go anywhere else. 5*****

I rang today because my kitten had an issue with a wound which was bleeding. Despite closing in 15minutes I was told to bring my kitten along to be seen. When I arrived I was seen after the vet should have closed but was reassured that this was not a problem and that they were more than happy to treat my kitten despite this making them late finishing. I was very grateful to the staff for all the care they took of my kitten and would happily recommend them to anyone.

I cannot fault the care my old dog received taking him to the age of 17 years . And now I have a new pup who also is receiving excellent care .who is now 14 months. The staff are very patient and professional and will take the time to advise owners and calm nervous animals . I highly recommend Pennards veterinary services . A big thank you to all xx

Pennard Vets are amazing. My cat was recently spayed. The care she received was outstanding. We had phone calls on the day after the surgery and the day after. We have had 2 follow-up appointments, and we're left knowing everything and what to look out for. All the staff that came into contact with Lettie gave her the best care. I genuinely felt they had her best interests at heart, and I knew I was leaving her in their capable hands. I really can't praise the team enough. Thank you for all you did. 5 stars isn't nearly enough for you

Pluto gained some vet trauma from other veterinary clinic and we went to Pennard vets for help. They were very comprehensive and caring from the beginning. We started our behaviour consultations with Sophie who was amazing and so patient with him. After a few months we managed to get him vaccinated. Thank you so much for everything both Maidstone and Langley.

Langley park vets have look after our 2 dogs minnie and Hallie for years now. They are always great and so helpful on the phone. New staff lately; but still friendly and helpful. Last week my dog dog poorly after a spay and we had to go for numerous appointments to help her. The vets, receptionist and everyone was amazing and had her best interests at heart. Yes the tablets and products weren’t cheap, but they helped our dog so much and I’m so grateful for this! We have the pet plan where we get discount today which really adds up. The vets loved my little Hallie and really looked after her. Thank you all for looking after our doggies xxx

We cannot recommend Caron the physio at Pennards highly enough! Her expertise, patience, and care have made an incredible difference in our dog’s mobility. From the very first session, it was clear that Caron not only understood canine anatomy but also had a deep compassion for animals. Each session was tailored to his needs, with clear explanations provided so we could continue exercises at home. Caron’s gentle and encouraging approach put him at ease, and it has been a joy to watch the progress over time. This is the first vets practice that has offered us a physiotherapist service and we really cannot recommend Caron highly enough.

Lovely service here today from the lady I'm reception, she was really polite and accommodating to our pet. The vets is so clean which is very noticeable, such a good vets to be part off. Definitely will be renewing the insurance with them!

Amazing staff , receptionists are always warm and welcoming , the vets Richard, Harriet and Alex have all been amazing with all our animals ( MAINLY BEARDED DRAGONS) , as we rescue them we do t always get the good news we want to hear but all staff here are always there for a hug 🫂. All I can say is thank you all so much for what you do and your lovely condolence cards we receive. Highly recommend Trinity vets 😊😊.

Vets are nice and treated me and my tortoise really well, always had a pleasant experience with them, apart from today. After telling the receptionist I was there to drop off my tortoise to be cremated, she proceeded to say "Perfect, which plan are you choosing for the cremation?!" With the cheeriest of voices. Surely she could have followed with an "I'm so sorry" or something like that, but no. It was extremely transactional, she didn't even say anything remotely nice to a person who was on the verge of crying because her pet passed away. I wasn't happy coming here, and I'm leaving a bit worse.

I've been using Trinity Vets for the last two years for my cats. They're always lovely and helpful, listen to my concerns and fit us in same day when they have an issue. Staff genuinely care about animals and it shows! Really recommend.

I have visited Trinity Vet Centre several times and they always provide such a fantastic service. The staff on reception are always incredibly friendly and helpful, both in person and on the telephone. Also, the Surgeons, Nurses and Assistants are knowledgeable, caring and empathetic. I can see why so many people travel such large distances to visit Trinity Vet Centre, as they have such a fantastic reputation - I can see why. We've had a couple of interactions now with Newnham Court Vets. From signing up, being late for our first check up due to traffic and a couple of check ups with the vets and nurses it's been a great experience so far. Highly recommend. Aimee our vet has been amazing with our pug who sadly slipped a disc and honestly we prepared for the worst. Aimee was knowledgeable, kind and honest. You can really tell the care is genuine, calling for updates - to check and see how he was doing. Thank you, from all of us, wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Wonderful vets and the whole team. Despite having staff shortage and a number of emergencies, they still fitted my dog (Mac) who was also an emergency! Performed a (probably life- saving) operation the same day. The after-care was also brilliant. I feel so lucky to have these vets for my 2 beloved dogs.

Excellent vet's we had an emergency with our cat and they fitted us in sadly it was a one way trip for our cat but the vet confirmed what we already thought and reassured us we were doing the right thing. Bought my childhood dog here 10+ years ago, always a great experience then and recently my new puppy had a fall and fractured his leg, the whole team have gone above and beyond for us making sure he got what he needed as soon as he possibly could, such a warm welcome and all our questions are listened to and answered no matter how small. Absolutely no concerns leaving our boy with the team, they all very clearly adore what they do, Such a daunting, upsetting experience made just that bit easier all thanks to you. Thank you so much!

It was a quick and efficient service. Staff were friendly and did what was necessary, during our quick visit. Vet was friendly too, although couldn't find anything wrong with the pooch. Maybe he was faking his limp!

Both my cats seemed at ease when they met the vet. The female was a little more nervous but the vet was very kind with her. As for the male he was happy to lay down and let the vet look him over. Both cats did not even flinch when they were given their injections which was nice to see.

I called and got an emergency appointment almost immediately. Within twenty minutes of the call I was in the vets getting my cat checked out. The receptionist was incredibly nice and helpful and showed such an interest in my cats health. The vet was so helpful and checked my cat over thoroughly and reassured me and gave her a treatment plan! He also seemed very interested in my cat and was super gentle and nice to her and this relaxed her. She is usually a biter and gets distressed but she was completely fine!
