The only reason I’m not giving this vets 4 stars is because one of the receptionists is incredibly rude with ABSOLUTELY NO PEOPLE SKILLS.! She is quite slender with a monotone voice and a hard bitter face. Why oh why this lovely vets has this woman working as a receptionist is beyond me. All the other receptionists are absolutely lovely and welcoming. And the vets are AMAZING. I would 💯 recommend this vets. Hopefully they have got rid of misery head by the time you go. But as I said, everyone else there is lovely..

I called and got an emergency appointment almost immediately. Within twenty minutes of the call I was in the vets getting my cat checked out. The receptionist was incredibly nice and helpful and showed such an interest in my cats health. The vet was so helpful and checked my cat over thoroughly and reassured me and gave her a treatment plan! He also seemed very interested in my cat and was super gentle and nice to her and this relaxed her. She is usually a biter and gets distressed but she was completely fine!

Both my cats seemed at ease when they met the vet. The female was a little more nervous but the vet was very kind with her. As for the male he was happy to lay down and let the vet look him over. Both cats did not even flinch when they were given their injections which was nice to see.

So happy we found Corinna. We have previously been under so much stress and anxiety with our pomeranian Luna who has nervous tummy upset in which she often would be sick 2-3 days of a average week. It was miserable for her and for us and Corinna has been fantastic, we have full control and understanding now and Luna is living a happy (sick and tummy ache free) life :) It took us 3 years to solve this issue which various other vets and Corinna seemed to pin point the issue right away on the first appointment :)

I took my little rescue cat to mote vets and they couldn't have been more kind. They took her off to be cleaned after she had pooed in her carrier and she obviously felt quite safe with the staff and didn't even seem to notice when the vet gave her an injection.
