Great experience friendly super helpful staff. I was able to book my kitty cat in for the same day as she had hurt her leg treatment was thorougher and quick. Very gentle with her and gave us loads of information to help support her recovery.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. We get the best care and the VIP club makes it really affordable. We wouldn't take our pets anywhere else!

Have always had excellent experience at the vets, always friendly & very happy to give advice when needed ,every single member of staff are very approachable, would recommend to any pet owner who wants a good caring vet.

The vets was amazing! They were the only vets around that had the second vaccination to what my breeders told me to get Came in and the reception loved my puppy Rosie haha, she wanted a cuddle and had a lovely chat Then met the vet person himself, full of information, really interesting things, also done health check on Rosie which was all good Overall, so much information, but amazing visit ! Thank you so much 🐶😁 has been an amazing experience and would recommend! Wished I known sooner as this would be my main vets haha but who knows I might switch

For more years than we can remembered we have had nothing but praise for Pennard Vets, always so reliable and caring for not only pets, but their owners.

Bella doesn’t mind at all taking a visit to the Vet!! And this is because everyone at Pennards is so kind to her - starting with the front desk, through consultations, nursing and major surgeries. And today she saw Photis (whom she adores!) at Borough Green He is the most amazing skilled and friendly Vet. Photis always takes the time to fully explain procedures, options, medications etc His calm and professional approach ensures that both pet and owner feel relaxed and reassured.

Super vets, I moved my 4 dogs from another local vets as I couldn’t justify paying their out of hours charges. I have used Borough Green Pennards on numerous occasions recently 😝and am highly satisfied with all of the vets I’ve seen and the receptionist Anna is fab. Never had a problem getting an appointment and Anna has gone above and beyond when I’ve needed to get an appointment quickly. Highly recommended and I’ve also had a few of my friends register here too. 5 stars from me and my gang

So friendly and accommodating. I have an 18-year-old blind cat and they are all great with him and fuss over him. The receptionist is very informative and efficient. Usually, appointments run on time, only one time where I had to wait due to the animal in front being very poorly but they were so apologetic and kept me informed( can't ask for more) Plenty of parking at the rear and the entrance is disabled-friendly.

I took my dog there to have her yearly jab and kennel cough vaccine. They was very good and quick the reception team was very nice and polite. The only bad thing was the vet didn’t give my dog a treat to try and calm my dog down when she was anxious about the jab.

My three shitzu are well looked after by all and appreciate there support in keeping my fur babies well and happy

My poor boy (British shorthair) has been suffering for a while with no solution from a previous vet. Took him to Pinebank and they identified the issues immediately. A week later, his infection is clearing up, 10 teeth removed and he is finally doing so much better. I can't thank you all enough. The entire team are absolutely fab. Knowledgeable, kind, and so helpful. Thank you!!! I won't go anywhere else. 5*****

I rang today because my kitten had an issue with a wound which was bleeding. Despite closing in 15minutes I was told to bring my kitten along to be seen. When I arrived I was seen after the vet should have closed but was reassured that this was not a problem and that they were more than happy to treat my kitten despite this making them late finishing. I was very grateful to the staff for all the care they took of my kitten and would happily recommend them to anyone.

I've not long joined Swale Barn Vets, but so far my experience has been nothing less than fab. Everyone is so caring. I love that they are a properly Vet run practice and not a corporate company run practice that are everywhere these days, this is why I chose Swale Barn. I recently called at short notice as my cat Binx was not himself and off his food, and although there were no appointments they fit him in there and then. The vet, Jane, noted straight away that Binx was a stressy cat, and did everything she needed to do calmly but as quickly as she could so I could get him home ASAP. He was booked in the next day for dental work, i was given an estimate prior so i knew what it would cost. I received a call after the op talking me through the whole procedure and aftercare. They even made sure he was ready for me to pick up early as I was going out that evening. I highly recommend Swale Barn to anyone looking for a caring vets who put the animals and their families first.

Wonderful vet he was honest, caring, gentle and kind to my dog during the examination. He explained everything to me clearly. I rang because I was concerned about my dog and although they were closing at 12 oclock they fitted us in and did not rush the consultation even though it was past closing time. The receptionist was very nice and caring as well. Wonderful vet highly recommended by me and my boy 🐕 .

Visited today, at short notice and was so impressed by the caring and gentleness of the vet and the lovely kind receptionist too. They treated my cat with such care and softness - l was really shocked - our last visit to Pets At Home was awful. Would highly recommend this lovely practice 100%. Thankyou!

Thankyou so much to the amazing team at swale barn vets for giving our Lola the best possible care today! We were so worried about her having to go under anaesthetic being an older dog but Radu was so reassuring and talking us through the whole process. He then kept us up to date once she had come round and explained exactly what he had done and through the aftercare process too! So informative and put me at ease knowing our Lola was in being cared for by such a great team! Highly recommend ⭐️

Jo is the best vet I have ever had! She is compassionate, friendly and caring and my girls all love her too. Chris was also fabulous and the girls are very happy with their pedis xxx

Pennard Vets are amazing. My cat was recently spayed. The care she received was outstanding. We had phone calls on the day after the surgery and the day after. We have had 2 follow-up appointments, and we're left knowing everything and what to look out for. All the staff that came into contact with Lettie gave her the best care. I genuinely felt they had her best interests at heart, and I knew I was leaving her in their capable hands. I really can't praise the team enough. Thank you for all you did. 5 stars isn't nearly enough for you

I cannot fault the care my old dog received taking him to the age of 17 years . And now I have a new pup who also is receiving excellent care .who is now 14 months. The staff are very patient and professional and will take the time to advise owners and calm nervous animals . I highly recommend Pennards veterinary services . A big thank you to all xx

Took my cat for his first visit at Manor Vets in Chatham today, having ended my contract with his previous practice. The experience was great! Very pleasant reception staff and the vet was fantastic, keeping everything calm and explaining everything to me. Very happy with our new service :-) Would recommend Manor Vets in Chatham to others.

Amazing vet clinic. Super clean, staff friendly and efficient. Even my very snobby dog liked the vet. Don’t try to send you home with anything you don’t need and prices are very affordable. I would highly recommend taking your pets to them.

We needed to get our little Lurcher Luna Spayed, we found The Manor Veterinary surgery on the Net We phoned and actually got a human that actually answered the phone in less than a minute. We inquired how much the price would be, it's was over a hundred pounds less than our old vets. We booked her in and she went in for her Op. We couldn't be happier with her treatment and after care. But what impressed me the most was the waiting room was separated for dogs and cats, lowering anxiety of both owners and their Pets. Brilliant service by people who obviously love animals Thank you & keep up the great work

What can I say about Patrenden, they gave my two girls a new lease on life. After being failed by our previous vets, Polly saw my Anatolians and her guidance and medical knowledge has been a game changer. From having conversations of planning for the end, to now talking about how my girls run around the house and have never been happier.

We have been using Pattenden Vets since they opened but have spent a LOT of time there since 2nd August with 2 poorly cats. I cannot recommend Rob the vet enough and am so grateful to him for all the care we have received. Said a very hard goodbye to my 15 year old cat this morning and wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to take care of him. All reception staff have always been so lovely too and me, Thomas & Freddie are very grateful to you all. Thank you x

Friendly reception staff and rarely a long wait for appointments. Our dogs are skittish at best but the vets are great and patient with them

Sadly my British shorthair cat Hamish developed a very sudden but short illness which he sadly passed away from over a course of 4 days, but I’ve been absolutely bowled over by the incredible veterinary care from the vets Bonnie, Jasper, Charlotte, the nursing staff down to the reception team at Pennards in Sevenoaks. They kept me updated at every step of the way, they called me, text messaged me, and were incredibly empathetic at a very difficult time for a pet owner. I never ever felt that they didn’t have the best interest of Hamish and I fully trusted them at every step of the way. My boy had a traumatic end to his life but I feel blessed that these vets handled his care with such love and kindness in his final days. There are some good people in this world. 🤍

Riley has been going for Physio and hydrotherapy with Caron - The service and facilities have been brilliant, and Caron’s knowledge and experience treating an older dog have been exceptional, with his welfare taking priority at all times. He is already showing big improvements - well recommended 😊

Had a session of hydrotherapy with Caren. Can’t praise her enough. The knowledge and care she has shown Henry goes above and beyond. The work she has done on him has so improved his mobility and the most important thing is that Henry feels relaxed and happy with her. Can’t praise her enough!

Highly efficient caring staff. We were seeking urgent medical assistance with our cat who had been involved in a traffic accident. Medivets were able to see us with a few minutes notice, were waiting for our arrival and delivered excellent care both for our pet and understanding of our distress. Can't thank the team enough.

Always time, care, attention and the welfare of the animals put first…..money a very distant second. Having experienced others in the area, Medivet WK is heads and shoulders ahead.

All my Family that have or have had pets, have used this Veterinary practice. They are always professional and the Staff are friendly and will listen to us Owners to get our views on the care and treatment of our pets. They also offer an annual membership Healthy PetScheme which can make regular worming and de-fleaing etc, a little cheaper.

The whole team at Wigmore Vets couldn't have been more helpful. The Vet Lydia understood our cat's problem and dealt with it professionally. She explained the treatment plan clearly. Both the vet and nurse were sympathetic and kind. Special mention also to Sarah and Karen on reception who were friendly and very helpful. Thank you, Carol Harbour

Gave 5 stars but wouldn't say I "loved it" as the results of the blood tests and examination on my cat were not good as I had to have Lucy put to sleep. But all the staff have been very thoughtful and caring. lf I get another companion animal I would us Wigmore Vets
