Excellent place, I felt very welcome from the start. You can see that the cats are genuinely happy and very well looked after, the enclosures were immaculate.

Lovely team and a great cattery - the adoption process was easy, stress-free, and quick. Would definitely recommend adopting from here. So many gorgeous cats and kittens waiting for their forever homes.

I got my cat from there seventeen years ago, sadly she passed away last week 😢 Such lovely friendly staff when I picked up my cat and when I dropped off her leftover unused food pouches.

We have recently moved to Medivet after a disappointing experience with our previous vet. We have been overwhelmed with the kindness and professionalism from Medivet. Our dog is very nervous and we were supported from our very first phone call to ensure that we could get her examined with as little stress as possible. Everyone in the entire practice has been so kind, so detailed and we’re really grateful to have had such a positive experience. Thank you so much, we now have a much happier pooch again!

I would just like to take the time to thank Dani and Sally, and team for yesterday, not only having to deal with a hysterically owner (me), but for dealing with a very sensitive subject in such a beautiful manner, and also for being with my most beautiful boy in his last moments. For Dani being there right till the end. Also for Sally helping me with the whole situation and the lovely receptionists who put me through to the right people, with such understanding. I can't thank you enough and I can't tell you how hard yesterday was for me. But the care, diligence you all showed for myself, and love for Hunter, I am externally grateful. We hadn’t met this particular vet at the practice before. Zak introduced himself, was very approachable and friendly. He was thorough with his checks and took his time with our dog who gets very anxious at the vets. Very positive experience for us all.

On Wednesday morning, my doggy was still in a lot of pain with her back from a visit to the seaside the Saturday before. By Thursday evening the treatment had worked and she was able to jump back on the sofa, as well as run around with her brothers and stand up at the window again. Our lovely cat Rosemary of 18years, health deteriorated quickly and when we reached out to our own vet of 20years we couldn’t get an appointment within reasonable time. We contacted Medivet Evegate- Montgomery, who gave us the opportunity to attend straight away and we were seen within 15 minutes of arriving. The whole service and compassion from all staff involved (reception lady who was so kind on the phone when I started crying and she led us into a consultation room and offered drinks and tissues, to the kind vet who was with us till the end with Rosemary ) was second to none. We would highly recommend this veterinary practice. We also received a beautiful card in the post today which meant so much to us. Thankyou from the bottom of our hearts!

I took my guinea pigs there and everyone was so accommodating and friendly. Jack was so knowledgeable and really cared for Piggy Smalls - I felt that I could trust them and I couldn’t recommend a better vet.

Had to take my granddog to the vets. I called and got a same day appointment. The vet was really lovely and looked after Ru. The staff were really friendly too.

This was my first visit to a veterinary hospital in the UK with my dog, Skye. She had to have a blood test. Lovely friendly feel to the rooms. Skye was a little unsure at first but soon settled down. Lovely friendly staff made you feel very welcome.

I see a lot of bad reviews if they need to change they will always call you! Dexter loves and I mean loves this vets i take him and he's eager to go through the door , Frenchie very vocal lol and they are so good with him! I wouldn’t go no where else! This is a great, friendly practice. It’s reasonably easy to get an appointment, there’s always been parking available and you don’t have to wait around for ages. I first visited with a friend and immediately changed from my previous practice, as the vibe was so good. Even my dog likes it!

Our experience at Eureka Vets has been a great one. Kind, compassionate staff, and very caring and thorough vets. Our dogs have now passed, but even during this difficult time, Eureka vets were exceptional. For everything you did for Dexter and Buddy, thank you very much.

First experience of them since moving to Headcorn . Very efficient and friendly and put themselves out for you . Very impressed so far . My cat is very 'spicy' when vets are needed and my previous vets always made it feel and inconvenience, this definitely didn't appear to be the case with Green Lane ☹️

Always fantastic here looking after our 2 dogs Bertie and Stan. Have been to several vets over the years and these are definitely the best in my opinion. Never disappointed or let me down. Highly recommended

Amazing vets. I moved from another vets to these, and am so glad. Very caring staff. Vets who put the animals needs before money. Never had an issue getting an appointment, and usually got a same or next day appointment when I've had concerns.

Probably the best independent vet in the Ashford area. They look after your pet like it's their own with no conglomerate overpriced fees. Highly recommend

Well, THIS is how a vet should be! Goodness, what a relief to know that one in the area, at least, isn't interested in what they can get out of the customer. I left another in Ashford after suspecting I was being encouraged to have treatment that wasn't necessary. It seems my suspicions were correct. So it was important that I was able to gain trust in a new vet, and one who could show professionalism and compassion for my elderly pup. And there we met Hannah, an amazing addition to their team. You could not ask for a kinder, friendlier, more professional person to look after your bundles of fluff. My little girl can be anxious to say the least. She has taken to Hannah, to the point that when she's well enough, she goes bounding in to her appointment for cuddles. I can't stress enough that that expression of care and love for your animal is a huge factor. What a frantic owner needs at the point of stress and upset is somebody who clearly loves the animals they are working with. Somebody who is able to show that affection and kindness and willingness to bond with your pet. That is gold. Even if the answers are hard to come by, or even if they cannot provide all the answers immediately, you feel completely assured that they care, and caring is central. The whole team there have been fantastic - putting up with numerous enquiries and checks and worries from me. And sadly we've been a regular visitor of late! And we can't thank Hannah enough. She no doubt saved my bundle recently. What an incredible thing that we moved over to Margetts just after she joined the team. And what an incredible vet she is. This is a plea - don't change. As clients we are very rapidly seeing what vets owned by big companies look like, and we are losing those qualities that the team at Margetts show. And I think we are slowly seeing this backfiring, as more people move from those types of vets to independent ones. Thank you, Margetts. The pup and myself are hugely grateful you are there (even when one of us protests about thermometers ending up in places we'd rather they didn't). ;)

After having seen several negative reviews I feel the need to add my view. Both my previous dog and my current one have had the utmost care from all of the staff at this practice. They have worked with me to find the best treatment at the time and they have actually saved me money on various occasions. All of the staff are caring and compassionate and will do everything they can to make sure my dog was/is given the best treatment possible . I can only say what my experiences have been but I am completely satisfied they have given 110% regarding the welfare of my animals.

For me it was a very pleasant experience and for our little girl Mia 🥰 I want to thank everyone for the care they gave us, you are the most wonderful❤️❤️❤️

My pup (4years old) is my baby. I expect and will ensure the best for her from her medical practice and I’m proud and thankful to tell you this practice has never fallen short. They put her first, I feel safe if I have to leave her there for operations. She’s been unlucky to have had two cruciate ligament replacements/ fixes but her care was so wonderfully kind, professional, knowledgeable and solid I have felt ‘part of the team’ to try and heal her up. Proud to say that she is doing great and every time I see her running around I’m grateful to this practice. Have been with this practice for 4 generations if doggos and will continue :)

Brian at Medivet Willesborough provided exceptional care and guidance when our cat had a lump, later diagnosed as benign. He explained each step clearly, allowing us to make informed decisions.
