Today I went to Terri Gilham for the first time as I was recommended by my mum and what a great experience it was! My stylist Maria was so friendly and attentive, always making sure that I was comfortable and happy- as were the other staff too! I’m in love with my hair and can’t wait to go back!

This is the third time I've done a keratin treatment on my hair with Adele, she is great and very professional, this last time I asked for a bit of change with a bayalage and she understood what I was looking for. I have a very fine hair and it's been 12 years that I haven't asked for any treatment or colouring in my hair as I was very carefully with my hair but I think if you go for good treatment or less harmful colouring and of course if you are in the right hands your hair will still healthy. Definitely recommend as well get good brands for shampoing your hair as well to keep it hydrated and healthy ☺️

Great experience at Teri Gilham from the moment you enter. A range of complementary beverages to choose from and a relaxing massage chair whilst having your hair washed .My stylist Maria is very personable and always delivers a great cut and blowdry. Occasionally she’ll curl it too if I ask which is amazing. Looking forward to having hair colour done next month 🤩

Always a 10/10 experience at Terri Gilham Hair Spa! All the girls are so lovely and welcoming and very knowledgeable. The salon has a calm and relaxing atmosphere and I can never wait to return, it’s truly the best salon!

I took my 11 year old daughter in today for a hair cut and blow. Helen was amazing with her explaining everything to her. My daughter’s hair is really thick and very challenging and Helen was so gentle and worked wonders. This is easy the best hair cut she has had and we are over the moon with it. We will be back soon as I am definitely going to book in for mine.

Thus is the second time I have visited Tip Top Hair Design and Iain had been brave enough to tackle my hair, both times he has done a wonderful job, thanks Iain look forward to seeing you next time

Tiptop is a very friendly salon. I have been going their for a few years now Helen who does my hair she is very and enjoys a chat .all that work are very friendly.

I have been visiting the Hair Academy for around 8 years now and honestly, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Fantastic prices, friendly atmosphere and all the staff and trainees pay very close attention to detail. Would recommend to anyone.

10/5/23pm - I had my first visit to The Hair Academy Ashford, I walked through the door and received a very warm welcome. I was booked in and Thalia (1st Year student) showed me to a chair. She listened to what I would like done. She then had a word with her tutor Annie who gave her some advice. I had my hair washed with a lovely head massage. The whole way through my appointment Thalia was very professional, she did ask Annie a few times about the cut who was always on hand and encouraging. The salon was busy but it felt relaxed, friendly and professional. It did take a little more time than if you go elsewhere but I felt that I was being taken care of. All the way through I felt really comfortable and came away with the best hair cut I have had in a long time. I made another appointment on my way out. The prices are very good. On my experience I would definitely recommend visiting the hair academy. Thank You.

Brilliant! I highly recommend this salon. Karine restyled my hair for me yesterday, and I could not be happier. I do not usually go to the hairdresser's; I dislike it. However, Karine was so friendly and knowledgeable that I immediately felt at easy. She took the time to talk to me about what I wanted, she explained all the possible options for my hair type, and she walked me though everything that she was doing. It is without doubt the best salon experience I have had. I could not recommend it more. Thank you.

I recently had a cut and blow dry, and I can't recommend this salon enough! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I had my hair done by Evie, who was calm and caring throughout the entire process. She really took her time to make sure everything was perfect and made me feel completely at ease. I was even offered a drink, which added a nice touch to the experience. Evie treated my hair with great care, and I could tell she knew what she was doing. My hair felt much softer, well-cut, and beautifully designed by the end of the appointment. She also gave me some great advice on how to keep my hair healthy and nourished, which I really appreciated. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Such a welcoming friendly place. I am a man who has very curly hair and came for chemical hair straightening. Left with long, sleek straight hair and couldn't be happier. The girls are so helpful when giving advice for someone like me who didn't have a clue how to look after long hair properly. Very satisfied with the service and results. I highly recommend it and I will be returning!

I have curly hair and have found it difficult in the past to find a hairdresser that knows how to cut it, as it shrinks up once dry and if it’s cut too short doesn’t look right. Claire always cuts it perfectly (it’s the only time I haven’t gone home and re-washed and styled it!) and takes her time to make sure you’re happy with it. Would highly recommend her.

I’ve been going to Dontev for a couple years now and every time April does my hair and it comes out lovely. I get my hair coloured blonde it is always just what I asked for. All the staff are amazing and create such a lovely atmosphere for the salon. Couldn’t recommend enough!

I have been going to Dontev hairdressers ever since it opened over twenty years ago. Staff are unfailingly polite and friendly which makes such a difference. I would like to give particular praise to Lyn who has cut and coloured my hair for many years now. Lyn goes out of her way to accommodate suitable appointment times and is always upbeat and cheerful regardless of how busy she might be when I go in. Lyn styles and colours my hair to my liking and I have complete confidence in her professional skills. She’s definitely “a cut above” for me!

First visit to Dontev and extremely happy, I had a consultation with April, and appointment with Chelsea. They sat and actually listened, discussed and looked at pictures of what I want to achieve. The girls are so lovely, made me feel very comfortable and as for the conditioning head massage... WOW. I had been with my old hairdresser nearly 8 years however the travel out of Ashford was too much with my life and job. I looked at online reviews for salons in Ashford and Gorgeous stood out as both highly rated and 10+ years in business. I arrived early but immediately the atmosphere was amazing. When I was seated and explained what I wanted, the wonderful owner knew exactly what I was asking for and was extremely knowledgable. My hair came out looking amazing and so soft..! I took a chance to find a new hairdresser and I got lucky first try. HIGHLY recommend.

I've been their customer for a long time. They're very friendly and helpful. Xavier was my hairdresser. He's always listening to what I'd like. Also he's helpful with his advice. And he's a very nice guy, always cheerful. They create a very good atmosphere there. And they have competitive prices. Give them a try.

Friendly,lovely to talk to. I've got my hair done there for gosh knows how long and everytime they amaze me. Got my hair recently done here and I did not know what I wanted all I knew was I wanted blond fading from the brown and they took that and turned it into something amazing. I love it so much and they do variety of hair.

Amazing nail experience with Rosie. She talked me through the process (I have always had acrylics before) perfect shape. She listened and gave me exactly what I asked for. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Once again, a beautiful gel manicure by Jo. From a seemingly ever expanding range of colours, the hardest part of the whole experience is choosing colour and design - I rarely leave with just 1 plain colour! I’ve been going to Jo for nails for 6 years and can not recommend Pamper rooms enough. I get builder gel, that last up to 3-4 weeks at a time and always get compliments on the colours on my nails when out and about. It’s been amazing watching Jos business grow with her two new employees Rosie and Shell that are excellent at nails, tans, massages and other treatments they offer. OBSESSED!! I came across Havva on Instagram a little while ago and instantly became obsessed with her page, her work, and her whole vibe! I’ve been wanting to have semi permanent eyebrows for years now but not been brave enough to take the plunge, until I found Havva. After some initial contact I set out to have my brows done in June giving me time to save up, and then happened across a story on her Instagram page looking for a model for one of her masterclasses, for a combination brow treatment. At a fraction of the price!! I never get to stuff like this in time so I wasn’t hopeful but tried anyway and I was so thrilled to hear back from Havva to say the appointment was mine! Fast forward to this afternoon, I approached the Boujee setting, (definitely felt like I was in London) and was instantly greeted by the beautiful Havva, so sweet and friendly and welcoming! I was quite nervous so that was such a nice start. I then was taken up to the gorgeous treatment room, spotless, classy, calm, great music, and I met Jordan, who was doing a two day Masterclass with Havva to train from Microblading to machine! Jordan and Havva talked me through the whole process and really listened to my needs and expectations before they got started and I completely relaxed! I felt so confident in them that I fully trusted them to do what they thought best and all my worries went away! Havva overlooked the whole thing and Jordan seemed so comfortable it was as if she’d been doing machine brows for way longer than 2 days! I found the whole process so fascinating, so inspiring and I suddenly want to even train with Havva myself!! Once they were finished I was so nervous to see my brows but I am IN LOVE!!! They look SO good and I have a new found confidence ALREADY! So many aspects of this experience made it what it was for me. The place, the vibes, the welcome from Havva, the other girls (even Ellie who does Facials in another treatment room, who came in and chatted, helped put me at ease) being Jordan’s model meant it was more affordable for me, they answered every single question I asked, the after-care package with a cheeky chocolate bar in, and even the hug at the end, it was a very special experience for me and I’m already looking forward to going back for my top up in 7 weeks time! There’s something special about this place… If you’re contemplating Luxe Studio Cosmetics for your brows, LOOK! NO! FURTHER! There’s No stuffiness, no pretentiousness, no awkwardness or uncomfortableness! Just very sweet, very kind, very real people who are bloody good at what they do! And what they love to do at that! Absolutely in love my lip blush! I always go to Havva yearly for my eyebrows and her work is just perfect and she makes me feel beautiful! After seeing her lip blush work I just had to have it done and my goodness am I glad I did! Wow wow wow they are stunning thank you so much for everything Havva you are incredible at what you do!

Chelsea is a real-life hair angel! She has been soo honest with my hair journey, especially in pregnancy, and has advised me on which haircare products will help whilst trying to lengthen and thicken my hair! Her talent for colour is incredible and rare to find in Kent! After years of searching for my lifelong hairdresser, Natural Hair Designs is my salon! Chelsea always gets my blonde right! She has also done tape hair extensions in the past for me which have been amazing! The salon is beautiful and bright, private and has parking! They only use the highest quality products including K18 and Redken! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair!

I recently became a new client of Chelsea & Abs, straight away I felt in safe hands. I have vivid colours and extensions and the girls have done the most amazing job with my hair. The colours are brilliant and so bright & my extensions feel so comfortable. Their product knowledge is excellent as my hair always feels so fresh & healthy. The girls are so lovely & always have the best of times with them, can't wait to carry on my hair journey with them.

I had my hair done with Chelsea yesterday and it was the most incredible experience from start to finish. I'm extremely self conscious and have had issues with my weight since having children, so attending a salon with 3 stunning women would normally make me feel extremely anxious but the whole team made me feel relaxed and were super friendly. Chelsea is quite simply amazing, her attention to detail and her passion for creating beautiful colour is unmatched and I can't believe how gorgeous my colour looks after just one visit. The salon is beautiful and such a safe space and you could see the team have such a great bond. Can not wait for my next visit.

Can’t praise this hair salon enough. Abbey is a really skilled hair stylist and gives great attention to detail. Also, the premises are very nice and I love the relaxing massage chair which has been installed when having your hair washed !
