A range of complementary beverages to choose from and a relaxing massage chair whilst having your hair washed .My stylist Maria is very personable and always delivers a great cut and blowdry. Occasionally she’ll curl it too if I ask which is amazing. Looking forward to having hair colour done next month 🤩

The salon is a lovely boutique style salon in Kent. On arrival, you are welcomed by the lovely staff. Very attentive and can’t do enough for you. They are all very knowledgeable and very good at what they do. I had a delicious latte along with a lovely chocolate cake. Maria was amazing, so friendly and I absolutely loved my scalp treatment and my waves - just what I wanted. I’ve booked again and decided to upgrade my blow dry to a Keratin straight blow dry to reduce the frizz before my holiday. Recommended by Maria. Thank you so much, a real treat and can’t wait to go back next week 😀

This is the third time I've done a keratin treatment on my hair with Adele, she is great and very professional, this last time I asked for a bit of change with a bayalage and she understood what I was looking for. I have a very fine hair and it's been 12 years that I haven't asked for any treatment or colouring in my hair as I was very carefully with my hair but I think if you go for good treatment or less harmful colouring and of course if you are in the right hands your hair will still healthy. Definitely recommend as well get good brands for shampoing your hair as well to keep it hydrated and healthy ☺️

I have curly hair and have found it difficult in the past to find a hairdresser that knows how to cut it, as it shrinks up once dry and if it’s cut too short doesn’t look right. Claire always cuts it perfectly (it’s the only time I haven’t gone home and re-washed and styled it!) and takes her time to make sure you’re happy with it. Would highly recommend her.

I took my 11 year old daughter in today for a hair cut and blow. Helen was amazing with her explaining everything to her. My daughter’s hair is really thick and very challenging and Helen was so gentle and worked wonders. This is easy the best hair cut she has had and we are over the moon with it. We will be back soon as I am definitely going to book in for mine.

I had been with my old hairdresser nearly 8 years however the travel out of Ashford was too much with my life and job. I looked at online reviews for salons in Ashford and Gorgeous stood out as both highly rated and 10+ years in business. I arrived early but immediately the atmosphere was amazing. When I was seated and explained what I wanted, the wonderful owner knew exactly what I was asking for and was extremely knowledgable. My hair came out looking amazing and so soft..! I took a chance to find a new hairdresser and I got lucky first try. HIGHLY recommend.

Friendly,lovely to talk to. I've got my hair done there for gosh knows how long and everytime they amaze me. Got my hair recently done here and I did not know what I wanted all I knew was I wanted blond fading from the brown and they took that and turned it into something amazing. I love it so much and they do variety of hair.

10/5/23pm - I had my first visit to The Hair Academy Ashford, I walked through the door and received a very warm welcome. I was booked in and Thalia (1st Year student) showed me to a chair. She listened to what I would like done. She then had a word with her tutor Annie who gave her some advice. I had my hair washed with a lovely head massage. The whole way through my appointment Thalia was very professional, she did ask Annie a few times about the cut who was always on hand and encouraging. The salon was busy but it felt relaxed, friendly and professional. It did take a little more time than if you go elsewhere but I felt that I was being taken care of. All the way through I felt really comfortable and came away with the best hair cut I have had in a long time. I made another appointment on my way out. The prices are very good. On my experience I would definitely recommend visiting the hair academy. Thank You.

I recently had a cut and blow dry, and I can't recommend this salon enough! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I had my hair done by Evie, who was calm and caring throughout the entire process. She really took her time to make sure everything was perfect and made me feel completely at ease. I was even offered a drink, which added a nice touch to the experience. Evie treated my hair with great care, and I could tell she knew what she was doing. My hair felt much softer, well-cut, and beautifully designed by the end of the appointment. She also gave me some great advice on how to keep my hair healthy and nourished, which I really appreciated. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Brilliant! I highly recommend this salon. Karine restyled my hair for me yesterday, and I could not be happier. I do not usually go to the hairdresser's; I dislike it. However, Karine was so friendly and knowledgeable that I immediately felt at easy. She took the time to talk to me about what I wanted, she explained all the possible options for my hair type, and she walked me though everything that she was doing. Such a welcoming friendly place. I am a man who has very curly hair and came for chemical hair straightening. Left with long, sleek straight hair and couldn't be happier. The girls are so helpful when giving advice for someone like me who didn't have a clue how to look after long hair properly. Very satisfied with the service and results. Chloe is amazing with her nail art, friendly and always makes time to ensure your nails look fabulous. Have also had an eyelash lift and tint, and hybrid lashes, all of which have been carefully carried out. Highly recommend relaxed, happy, friendly salon, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Visited Beauty Corner in Ashford today for my first ever set of lashes. I was made to feel extremely welcome and comfortable. Lilly was super friendly and made me feel at ease and my lashes look absolutely fantastic. I can’t wait to go back and explore other treatments.

My daughter had her nails done with biab gel for the very first time. Chloe was absolutely brilliant and made Willow feel completely at ease and completely pampered. Her nails look the best they've ever looked and this has given Willow so much confidence. Stacey was also so lovely and welcoming. The salon is so clean and stylish and the girls do everything that you could possibly want from a beauticians. A completely wonderful experience and already booked again for us both.

I had my first ever Hollywood wax yesterday evening. I was so nervous to get all my intimate areas out infront of her as well as being plus size but she was honestly amazing. She has great communication skills, she’s very friendly and so kind and just a really lovely soul. She made me feel so comfortable. And the results are great, and they will just keep getting better and better, really looking forward to my next wax and potentially other treatments 😍 The salon was super clean and lovely and smelt amazing. Very professional and I highly reccomend ❤️

Rosanna is my little miracle worker. I've gone to her a few times for massages, especially when I have had a few pains and every time she has managed to either eliminate the pain or minimise it. I am so glad I found her and would highly recommend using her services. She's so personable and friendly. Alison was my Hair & MUA at my wedding at Eastwell Manor on 11th May 2024. Alison was amazing and was a huge part of our day. I was an older bride and was incredibly body conscious and she made me feel and look incredible! Alison also transformed my MOH Emily who in her own words, is a bit of a Tom boy and never wears makeup. Without any idea what she wanted, Alison knew exactly what would suit her. Both of us were blown away with the end results. Alison is a true artist and I cannot recommend her enough!

First visit to Dontev and extremely happy, I had a consultation with April, and appointment with Chelsea. They sat and actually listened, discussed and looked at pictures of what I want to achieve. The girls are so lovely, made me feel very comfortable and as for the conditioning head massage... WOW. I’ve been going to Dontev for a couple years now and every time April does my hair and it comes out lovely. I get my hair coloured blonde it is always just what I asked for. All the staff are amazing and create such a lovely atmosphere for the salon. Couldn’t recommend enough!
