Always a good experience, a great cut

I have been going to Martins hair for 20 years and wouldn't go anywhere else! Great team and always happy when I leave. Nice atmosphere.

I regularly bring one of my ladies gere. They are accommodating, friendly ladies. Nothing is too much for them.

So happy I found this little hidden gem. Absolutely everything here for that fab, feel good feeling when you leave the salon. Karl was seriously such a lovely person, listened to exactly what styling I was looking for, and achieved it to perfection. Totally eco friendly from, lighting, heating and products, and I enjoyed a lovely organic fruit tea. Would totally recommend.

I was so impressed with my first experience at this salon. The time taken over the discussion about that style I wanted in fact it was the best consultation I have had. The cut was was exactly what I had hoped for and care and time was taken over drying and straightening. I had chance to discuss colouring options for my next visit and I am excited to return for an appointment to colour my hair.

Wow !! … my first visit today with Kyle.. I have the maddest, frizzy hair.. it desperately needed some love … Kyle listened to my thoughts then advised me on his thoughts… The result reduced me to tears.. GOOD TEARS!! I’ve been to other hairdressers but this man is amazing. Wow wow wow , I am so happy with my hair colour and cut, Kyle is an amazing hairdresser he takes the time to listen and advise , i had highlights which came out beautifully with a lovely healthy shine too!! My experience of McQueen Hair and Beauty Salon, Tunbridge Wells was the best I have had. From the fact they phoned me back when I tried to call to book an appointment to the experience in the salon I can only give them 5 stars. I wish there were more. Si is an outstanding expert in his field. Three days later, I love the cut just as I did when he finished, and I can't wait to go back for a full head of colour.

This was my first appointment with Si and he put me totally at ease. He took the time to explain in detail what he recommended doing, and why. I’m so pleased with the results, thank you!

I love it here, the team are all lovely. I can book online or pop in for an appointment and they always accommodate. Holly is my go to hair dresser after getting my hair colouring right and looking after my curly hair. Having afro Caribbean hair is always hard to treat with hair dye products and Holly just knew how to work my hair so well. I would highly recommend going here for your hair. My hair comes out singing everytime! Thank you

Called into Hair Workshop as my usual hairdresser is unwell and hair was needing a cut. As usual Hairworkshop were able to help. Were welcoming and friendly. Had a good haircut and would certainly recommend.

I needed a whole new look and got exactly want I wanted and so much more. My hair was damaged and broken and I needed to hide the broken bits underneath from lock down. I went for a consultation and we went through what I had in mind. The day of my appointment I went in feeling super excited. I can honestly say it turned out so much better then what I had in mind. Rosie provides a unique and highly specialist service, synthesising her expertise with my own preference and taking into account the importance of women’s hair on their sense of identity, especially as we age. There is no one else quite like her and I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone wanting a different approach to going grey.

We had the most positive experience at Happy Bunny Kidz Cutz. Our son was having his first haircut (2yo). Corinne was absolutely wonderful - she was incredibly patient and did an amazing job with his hair, particularly given he was wiggling around constantly and trying to jump off the chair constantly. I have no idea how she managed to avoid his fingers and ears with the scissors but she did! He came out with a beautiful haircut and a very positive experience! Honestly, Corinne was incredible - such a professional and I was blown away by how well she handled the challenge of cutting a child’s hair for the first time! The whole salon is amazing - there are lots and lots of toys for the children to play with, great seats for them to sit in while getting their hair cut (a Fireman Sam fire engine, a police car, and a pink Range Rover), entertainment (like a fish lamp), and it was covered in Christmas decorations when we visited. They also have a snack cart which my son LOVED. For first hair cuts, they also do a ‘first hair cut package’ where you get before and after photos, a lock of the hair, and a certificate to take home. My son also got to choose a sticker once his haircut was finished! The team really have thought of everything and I can’t recommend this hairdresser highly enough. Thanks for looking after all of us! Just been to Happy Bunny Kidz Cutz for the 1st time and had the most amazing experience. Mandy was so welcoming and friendly. My daughter loved the salon and didn’t want to leave after her haircut. Would highly recommend! Thank you again!

Came in for a fringe cut. Told the lady who cut my daughter’s hair that it was our first time (she is nearly 2) and wanted a minimal amount off. Instead of assessing her hair, she brushed it down and snipped “whilst she is still” essentially giving her a full fringe when she has a cows lick. At first it looked a fine length and then offered to take the ends off of my daughter hair, again I said a trim as we love her curls, for her to keep snipping away even when I said that I think we are done. My daughter has had nearly 2 inches off. The ladies were lovely and the cafe/hairdressers were beautiful, I just wished I was listened to. For the past 24 hours I’ve been missing my daughter’s beautiful curls, I wish people were more informed on curly hair as her hair is wrecked and one side is shorter than the other. Luckily after explaining my upset later that evening we have been offered a refund so hence the 4 stars. First photo is before and all are after

I hadn't had my nails done properly since pre-COVID & I won't lie I was a bit nervous having them done again! It's so clear that the team get along so well which creates such a lovely & welcoming atmosphere. My nails are also SUPERB & I'm in love with them haha, I can't wait to come back!

I am really body conscious and since I became unwell and my life totally changed have really struggled. Today I was made welcome and felt at ease. I felt really cared for and looked after. The treatment was beautiful and Becky checked in with me throughout. So much so I have booked further treatments with her and have just recommended her to my friends and locally.
