I always have a good experience. Have had Ellie for the past 3 months and cannot fault her skills. My hair always looks nice and the price is reasonable. Would definitely recommend and always leave happy

Fantastic place to have your hair done. All staff make you feel welcome and all attention is on the client making it a unique experience. I always feel amazing when I leave the salon. Michael is an amazing stylist . I would not want to go anywhere else. Thank you to all the brilliant team at Maxwells .

I’ve had a really positive experience with Megan from the beginning right through to my big day. Not only is she extremely talented but she is also kind, relaxed and helpful. She really helped create a relaxing experience the morning of my wedding through effortless time management. She even went above and beyond by helping me get into my dress ready for the first looks, and didn’t leave until I was comfortable with everything. Mine and my bridal party’s hair lasted all day and everyone looked amazing! I would highly recommend Megan to any bride X

Megan is lovely and great to work with. My hair looked beautiful and stayed well for the day especially considering it rained during the wedding ceremony. Very easy to organize with and communicate with, I’d be happy to book another service for another event

I had the best experience with Megan doing my hair for my wedding. We tried two different styles. She knew exactly what I wanted. And knew what would look good on me! I booked Megan to style mine and my 5 bridesmaids’ hair for my wedding. From booking until she left on the wedding day Megan was great. Communication was really clear, she was transparent on pricing and offered super useful advice ahead of the day. Megan was really efficient and great at organising everyone on the day, which I really appreciated! I had no doubt that she’d get everyone finished on time and that everybody would be really happy with the results, which they really were! I had so many compliments on my hair and it stayed put well into the evening. My bridesmaids were really happy with theirs too. Thank you so much Megan for making me feel amazing on my special day!

I had a wonderful relaxing hot stone massage after a long day at work. The setting was serene, just perfect, and Caron makes you feel welcome and at ease. I felt so relaxed during the treatment and almost was asleep. I felt really rejuvenated afterwards. I highly recommend Serenity and hope to go back again soon.

Caron was absolutely wonderful ! Talks the whole process through from start to finish very clean and tranquil environment , I have had waxing before but regardless of this Caron took the time to make sure I was comfortable and well informed , lovely lady very welcoming and professional really highly recommended to anyone especially anyone who is new or nervous about the procedure Carons the perfect person to go to thank you so much again!

Easy to get to as it is local for me and driveway to park on. I have leg, Hollywood and facial waxing there. The room is perfect and Caron is fabulous- makes you feel very at ease. Fantastic service and would highly recommend

This was one of the best waxing experiences I've ever had. Caron was incredibly good; professional, efficient, lovely and kind. She took good care of me, made me feel at ease and I had no skin reactions after (which is a common experience for me) - so top quality products and real expertise. I shall be returning for future waxing soon!

I was recommended this salon by a friend. I was nervous as last time I had my hair cut in a salon, (a different one), it just wasn't the style I wanted. However I will now not go anywhere else! Charmaine cut, washed and styled my hair and I loved it straight away! Thank you so much, would definitely recommend to others!

I stumbled upon this salon when passing on the bus, so booked my eldest daughter in for a much needed restyle, Charmaine cut it beautifully and we were so pleased with finished result and it’s been easy for my daughter to maintain. I then had a cut by Charmaine myself and again a beautiful finish and it was cut how I asked, not how she wanted to cut it. Being a mum of 3 with another on the way it’s now so easy for me to look after without any effort really! And the girl that does the shampooing made my hair feel squeaky clean and moisturised, and a lovely relaxing head massage too. I then today took my 4 year old for her 2nd ever hair cut, but this time she wanted to be a grown up and have it washed cut and dried. My 4 year old is like a tornado and having met Charmaine I knew she was the only lady for the job as she is so lovely and her voice is so lovely and calming. My daughter had a lovely shampoo by the young girls, and loved the head massage like I did, and even the lady that wasn’t cutting her hair interacted with her and my daughter felt like a real grown up . I can’t recommend this Salon enough and I have no reason to go anywhere else. They are all lovely, nothing is too much, the prices are very competitive, the hair products are fab and also very reasonable to purchase in the salon. It’s just so lovely to walk into a salon and feel relaxed and not rushed. I’ll be in for my cut before baby is here. Thank you ladies 💜

I went in wanting purple balayage and had a really good conversation with Ian about how appropriate it was for my hair colour and how it would take etc and was advised to go for more caramel tones. These people know what they’re taking about! I came back with a new idea and I love it more than my original one Charmaine was equally as excited as I was to see the outcome and it was gorgeous!! It suited my hair tones and the colours took so well and I’m in love with it Charmaine was so lovely about the whole process and I felt very well looked after and spoiled The thing I loved most was they weren’t just there to take my money. They wanted the best outcome for me and my hair and they truly delivered. Would definitely recommend them

Charmaine always does my hair and does and amazing job, she’s friendly chatty and so kind could not recommend anyone better, Abby the apprentice is so lovely always asking if I’m okay and if I need anything both a credit to the company!

Have been going to grace hill for my hair for over a year now and they have never disappointed. The best services and staff around. Charmaine always listens to exactly what I want and advises me for the best outcome. Always happy with my cut, colour and style. Would absolutely recommend!
