I’ve had a really positive experience with Megan from the beginning right through to my big day. Not only is she extremely talented but she is also kind, relaxed and helpful. She really helped create a relaxing experience the morning of my wedding through effortless time management. She even went above and beyond by helping me get into my dress ready for the first looks, and didn’t leave until I was comfortable with everything. I booked Megan to style mine and my 5 bridesmaids’ hair for my wedding. From booking until she left on the wedding day Megan was great. Communication was really clear, she was transparent on pricing and offered super useful advice ahead of the day. Megan was really efficient and great at organising everyone on the day, which I really appreciated! I had no doubt that she’d get everyone finished on time and that everybody would be really happy with the results, which they really were! I went in wanting purple balayage and had a really good conversation with Ian about how appropriate it was for my hair colour and how it would take etc and was advised to go for more caramel tones. These people know what they’re taking about! I came back with a new idea and I love it more than my original one Charmaine was equally as excited as I was to see the outcome and it was gorgeous!! It suited my hair tones and the colours took so well and I’m in love with it Charmaine was so lovely about the whole process and I felt very well looked after and spoiled The thing I loved most was they weren’t just there to take my money.
