I stumbled upon this salon when passing on the bus, so booked my eldest daughter in for a much needed restyle, Charmaine cut it beautifully and we were so pleased with finished result and it’s been easy for my daughter to maintain. I then had a cut by Charmaine myself and again a beautiful finish and it was cut how I asked, not how she wanted to cut it. Being a mum of 3 with another on the way it’s now so easy for me to look after without any effort really! And the girl that does the shampooing made my hair feel squeaky clean and moisturised, and a lovely relaxing head massage too. I then today took my 4 year old for her 2nd ever hair cut, but this time she wanted to be a grown up and have it washed cut and dried. My 4 year old is like a tornado and having met Charmaine I knew she was the only lady for the job as she is so lovely and her voice is so lovely and calming. My daughter had a lovely shampoo by the young girls, and loved the head massage like I did, and even the lady that wasn’t cutting her hair interacted with her and my daughter felt like a real grown up . I can’t recommend this Salon enough and I have no reason to go anywhere else. They are all lovely, nothing is too much, the prices are very competitive, the hair products are fab and also very reasonable to purchase in the salon. It’s just so lovely to walk into a salon and feel relaxed and not rushed. I’ll be in for my cut before baby is here. Thank you ladies 💜

Have been going to grace hill for my hair for over a year now and they have never disappointed. The best services and staff around. Charmaine always listens to exactly what I want and advises me for the best outcome. Always happy with my cut, colour and style. Would absolutely recommend!

I went in wanting purple balayage and had a really good conversation with Ian about how appropriate it was for my hair colour and how it would take etc and was advised to go for more caramel tones. These people know what they’re taking about! I came back with a new idea and I love it more than my original one Charmaine was equally as excited as I was to see the outcome and it was gorgeous!! It suited my hair tones and the colours took so well and I’m in love with it Charmaine was so lovely about the whole process and I felt very well looked after and spoiled The thing I loved most was they weren’t just there to take my money. They wanted the best outcome for me and my hair and they truly delivered. Would definitely recommend them

Charmaine always does my hair and does and amazing job, she’s friendly chatty and so kind could not recommend anyone better, Abby the apprentice is so lovely always asking if I’m okay and if I need anything both a credit to the company!

I was recommended this salon by a friend. I was nervous as last time I had my hair cut in a salon, (a different one), it just wasn't the style I wanted. However I will now not go anywhere else! Charmaine cut, washed and styled my hair and I loved it straight away! Thank you so much, would definitely recommend to others!
