I booked a first consultation with Shana few weeks ago to tell her about my hair and the worries I had to get them done by other people. She replied to all the questions I had in a very professional way. She is fully booked (understandably) but she took time to do my braids on her rest day. I am beyond grateful to have found her and for her 10/10 customer service. The result is amazing and you get to learn about your own hair during all the appointment. My daughter and I booked in for our B12 injections, this was the first time having one, upon entering salon we was taken back on how wonderful it looked and clean. We was explained the process and the benefits of having this, Charlotte our very qualified practitioner was amazing, my daughter unfortunately had a little turn after,( unrelated to the injection) Charlotte was amazing and gave her her the time needed to feel better and was very kind and caring to make sure she was ok. I’d 100% recommend to anyone, and have done already. I look forward to coming back again, Thank you again Charlotte.

My first appointment here was long braids. It was done quickly, beautifully and very neat. My next appointment was a silk press! Again it was beautiful! Other than the hair styles being absolutely well done, their customer service is also superb! They converse with you, show genuine interest and use good manners in conversations. Great atmosphere! I started going to THG Salon in September 2020 and I can’t imagine ever going anywhere else. Chanelle is a miracle worker with all hair types; she listens to what you want, she gives you advice and most importantly when you leave you’re genuinely happy with your hair. The best salon and I couldn’t recommend it more.

Got my extensions done here, I was a bit apprehensive at first because I have never had extensions before but Tomi was really good really reassuring, she talked me through all the methods and the ones that is best for my hair type. She is very experienced in all types and made me feel very comfortable. There is a range of textures and qualities to fit your budget Absolutely love my new extensions and I keep getting compliments! 100% recommend

I’ve been going to Rachael for over a year. She is friendly, patient and a perfectionist! Her new salon is comfortable and welcoming. Rachael always offers a me drink before she starts on my nails. Now the nitty gritty… Since coming to Rachael I’ve been able to leave three weeks between appointments, when at other salons I’ve needed fortnightly appointments. My last set of nails lasted four weeks (I was on a long holiday 😅) with absolutely no lifting which is amazing!!! I’ve also had my lashes tinted with Rachael - the best I’ve ever had! Although Rachael is my regular nail tech, I am very happy to have my nails done by Emma when Rachael is away. Oh and one last thing, free parking outside the salon is definitely a bonus 🥰

I visited the RJB salon for the first time a week ago to have a set of give me strength gel nails done and from the moment I walked in I was made to feel welcome. Firstly the salon is gorgeous! Rachael was over seeing the treatment as the nail tech was being trialled for a position. Rachael ensured the treatment was completed to an extremely high standard and I was very pleased with the quality products , knowledge and professionalism of Rachael and her team. I loved them so much I rebooked immediately and can’t wait for my next set . Would 100% recommend this great little salon for any treatment.

Finally decided to do something about my brows and Rachael came highly recommended for her HD Brow treatment. Well, I have to say I have noticed a huge difference in my brows. ayisha is a fantastic hairdresser and is also a lovely lady! Her skills in colour are fantastic! I had damaged my hair so badly with home bleaching and she has completely turned around the damage I caused, the colour correction was a perfect ice white and a lovely cut. Couldn’t have asked for a better outcome!

Great experience. Ppi checks. Had 3 colours and restyle I have naturally curly hair which was our of condition to say the least. I had it temporarily straightened with straighteners just to finish. Had a gel pedicure and manicure here and it was great. Really thorough and high quality finish. I really liked the attention to detail - my nails are well shaped and without filling underneath (which I've experienced at a different salon).
