Got my extensions done here, I was a bit apprehensive at first because I have never had extensions before but Tomi was really good really reassuring, she talked me through all the methods and the ones that is best for my hair type. She is very experienced in all types and made me feel very comfortable. There is a range of textures and qualities to fit your budget Absolutely love my new extensions and I keep getting compliments! 100% recommend

Got my knotless braids done here for the first time. I was a little bit nervous especially as i travelled from canterbury, tomi was amazing told me everything i needed to no. Literally answered any question i had. Made me feel comfortable and was always making sure i was ok. The end result is so much better than i could have ever imagined. I am literally in love with my hair 😍 unicorn braids 🦄 ❤ highly recommended!🥰

My first appointment here was long braids. It was done quickly, beautifully and very neat. My next appointment was a silk press! Again it was beautiful! Other than the hair styles being absolutely well done, their customer service is also superb! They converse with you, show genuine interest and use good manners in conversations. Great atmosphere! Been to Rachael Jade beauty for a few treatments now, from the minute you walk in they all make you feel so comfy and welcome. They are the best. My eyebrows have never been soo good and my nails.. I’ve been going to Rachael for over a year. She is friendly, patient and a perfectionist! Her new salon is comfortable and welcoming. Rachael always offers a me drink before she starts on my nails. Now the nitty gritty… Since coming to Rachael I’ve been able to leave three weeks between appointments, when at other salons I’ve needed fortnightly appointments. My last set of nails lasted four weeks (I was on a long holiday 😅) with absolutely no lifting which is amazing!!! I’ve also had my lashes tinted with Rachael - the best I’ve ever had! Although Rachael is my regular nail tech, I am very happy to have my nails done by Emma when Rachael is away. Oh and one last thing, free parking outside the salon is definitely a bonus 🥰

I have Builder Gel and Gel Polish applied upon my very first visit. I was met with a friendly greeting and was looked after by Trina. A beautiful nail salon in Medway that also offer HEMA free products, so if like me you have allergies then they have you covered! 10/10 for service and comfort. Returning late September for a refresh :)

If you ask me, Shana is one of the best hairstylists I know. Shana has a great online booking system and is professional, welcoming, and friendly. Shana has been on my hair growth journey and thanks to her my hair is healthy, thick and growing beautifully.

I booked a first consultation with Shana few weeks ago to tell her about my hair and the worries I had to get them done by other people. She replied to all the questions I had in a very professional way. She is fully booked (understandably) but she took time to do my braids on her rest day. I am beyond grateful to have found her and for her 10/10 customer service. The result is amazing and you get to learn about your own hair during all the appointment. Booked an appointment to have my daughters hair done on short notice. We arrived nearly an hour late due to unforseen circumstances. Wendy, though we had missed our time slot still managed to tend to my 2 girls hair and also her assistant made beautifull corn rows for my daughter. What impressed me even more was her consideration for my religious needs, as I wear a headscarf. My hairdresser, Alysha, was not only young and friendly but also incredibly attentive to my needs. She took the time to discuss my desired look for the appointment and provided valuable advice on toners. Throughout the session, Alysha was efficient in applying foils and engaging in friendly conversation. Additionally, I was assisted by Katie, a polite and kind young lady who is currently studying hairdressing at college and learning at Just Soe. The girls at Tangles are amazing! Friendly but professional. The salon offers so many different hair and beauty treatments, all at great prices. I am always welcomed with a cup of coffee and always leave with amazing hair and nails!! The new beauty room is brilliant for a nice massage every now and again too :)
