My first time at Daniel Ford and it lived up to the great reviews I’ve heard from friends and family. I had Chelsea for a cut and dye and she was absolutely brilliant, so welcoming and friendly but also I left with the best my hair has looked in years! Both cut and colour, it was even better than I’d asked for - she just blew it out of the water! Booked in straight away for my next visit. Also would like to mention how friendly and welcoming Gigi was on front desk. Thanks to the team for a lovely experience.

I had my hair cut at this beautiful salon a couple of days ago, and it was a great experience. It was my first time coming here and the staff were all lovely and made me feel welcome, the salon itself is beautiful. Dan was of course the best part, he's a wonderful man and he cut my hair beautifully. You can tell how skilled he is, and it's rare to find such hairdressers. I went to many hairdressers before and no one can compare to how good Dan was! I left feeling happy. ☺️❤️

Wonderful service. Such a welcoming gorgeous salon. You feel at ease as soon as you walk in. I get my nails done by Liz, which are always fabulous! And hair done by Lucy, who always does an amazing job, helping me get the most out of my colour so I can go up to 3 months before I visit again. The new salon is stunning, tasty coffee, amazing service and all round lovely ladies in there.

I’ve been going to MIAs for a little while now and I can honestly say it’s the best salon I’ve ever been to. All of the girls are so friendly and welcoming, and the decor is just dreamy! My hair has been perfect every time I’ve had it coloured/cut and Mia really listens to what you want and does an excellent job. I always get my eyebrows done with Lauren who works here and she is incredible every time, honestly the best around and I would not go anywhere else. A few weeks ago I had my nails done there with Marissa and again, they are incredible. The best nails I have ever had - she was so friendly and very talented! I also used Mia, Lucy and Lauren for my recent wedding hair and makeup and I couldn’t have wished for a better glam squad! They are all so lovely, professional and we felt so well looked after whilst we were getting ready. My hair and make up was PERFECT (I tried not to cry it off with happy tears!) and I would highly recommend! Thank you Mia for running an amazing business and having the best team alongside you! Xx

It was my first visit to the salon for a nail appointment with Anita. Lovely welcoming atmosphere, beautiful clean and tidy salon and the most fabulous nails from Anita - design was exactly what I'd asked for and couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.

My daughters and I came here for a hair cut as all 3 of us needed a good trim. Really friendly staff and they were so good with my youngest who was really nervous. Really happy with our cuts although I'm thinking I should have been braver and had an extra inch off 😂. Will definitely use Eclipse again.

I have seen both Tiffany and Gi at The Retreat in Margate. I have been back to them after a really great first visit. The atmosphere is always so welcoming and you really are in safe hands with two great women who know what they are talking about. Seen Tiffany twice now and I am always blown away by her attention to detail, her extensive medical and aesthetic knowledge as well as her ability to hear what you are looking for. Will definitely be going back in the future and highly recommend. I even took a friend who had never had anything procedural like this before and she came out really happy with the whole process. ♥️ Huge thanks 🙏

I did a random Google search and found The Retreat and it was just few minutes away from me. I called up and was offered a convenient appointment to check the area and if agreeable conduct the removal. I met the amazing Tiffany, she immediately put me at ease and explained the procedure to me, she was super knowledgeable and very informative. She explained what she was doing at every step. She was able to remove the tags. The service was great. Will definitely go back for any future treatments.

I went for a massage today with Gi and it was honestly one of the best massages I have ever had. The room and bed itself was warm and comfortable and Gi really listened to what I asked for. I came out feeling super relaxed and will definitely be booking again.

After reading the reviews for this salon I took the plunge and booked myself in. Well I'm so glad I did! From the very moment that I walked in the girls were super friendly ( genuinely so) and I immediately felt comfortable. I had a cut and blow dry with Zané who was really knowledgeable and knew exactly what I was after - she even showed me some techniques to get my blow-dry right at home 😊 Wholly recommend a visit here .... I'm definitely going back!

Just had my first Microdermabrasion facial with Harry and WOW!! My skin is glowinggg. From start to finish Harry was super attentive, explained the treatment and aftercare. I would 100% recommend. And of course I had a lash lift with Liv, as always my lashes are amazing. Thank you guys ❤️

The best hair salon I have ever been to. I was made to feel welcome instantly and thoroughly enjoyed chatting away to everyone, including other customers, whilst I had my hair done. The cut and colour I have had done is excellent. I went in with long, thick, broken hair with an old box dye on it and the clever stylist has managed make it a beautiful colour again with a fresh, sleek style. Worth every penny spent.
