Wonderful service. Such a welcoming gorgeous salon. You feel at ease as soon as you walk in. I get my nails done by Liz, which are always fabulous! And hair done by Lucy, who always does an amazing job, helping me get the most out of my colour so I can go up to 3 months before I visit again. The new salon is stunning, tasty coffee, amazing service and all round lovely ladies in there.

I absolutely loved my experience at Keith Graham! After not having had my hair done in a very long time I was a bit nervous, but Karen was warm and friendly and managed to put me at ease immediately. She intuitively got what I wanted from our conversation and worked wonders with the scissors bringing my damaged fine hair back to life - I have some volume in my hair again, and the highlights are just amazing! She was lovely to chat to, consulted me along the way and always made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The hair wash and the head massage was very relaxing and lovely. I'll definitely be back! 💕

I would 100% recommend really nice people and they are really good. Went in with thinking i would come out unsatisfied as i usually am with hairdressers and they can never seem to get it right. The best hair salon I have ever been to. I was made to feel welcome instantly and thoroughly enjoyed chatting away to everyone, including other customers, whilst I had my hair done. The cut and colour I have had done is excellent. I went in with long, thick, broken hair with an old box dye on it and the clever stylist has managed make it a beautiful colour again with a fresh, sleek style. Worth every penny spent.

After reading the reviews for this salon I took the plunge and booked myself in. Well I'm so glad I did! From the very moment that I walked in the girls were super friendly ( genuinely so) and I immediately felt comfortable. I had a cut and blow dry with Zané who was really knowledgeable and knew exactly what I was after - she even showed me some techniques to get my blow-dry right at home 😊 Wholly recommend a visit here .... I'm definitely going back!

I cannot recommend Zane enough ! I have been going to her for years and I have had a positive experience every time. The talent is unmatched and she takes such good care of my hair every time and she delivers the best results. Every time I don’t know what I want exactly she manages to exceed my expectations and she does a beautiful job.

Brilliant service from Dan and the team. A warm friendly salon experience from start to finish! I could not be more happy with my hair cut from Dan, he did exactly what I described (which from my past experiences with other salons is a rarity)- I have really long hair and have always dreaded haircuts as usually a trim turns into a big chop BUT not with Dan! I got exactly what I asked for. The other staff were great, offering a delicious coffee and the best head massage during the hair wash. I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone!

My first time at Daniel Ford and it lived up to the great reviews I’ve heard from friends and family. I had Chelsea for a cut and dye and she was absolutely brilliant, so welcoming and friendly but also I left with the best my hair has looked in years! Both cut and colour, it was even better than I’d asked for - she just blew it out of the water! Booked in straight away for my next visit. Just had such a LOVELY experience at Palm Springs with Kate. Called at noon and asked for a short notice wash and blowout - Kate saw me at 1 and was so welcoming and nice. Great wash with a firm head massage (greatly appreciated) and a fantastic blowout. Nic atmosphere to be in, clearly everyone is good friends so it's a really pleasant place to be. Thanks!!

I have seen both Tiffany and Gi at The Retreat in Margate. I have been back to them after a really great first visit. The atmosphere is always so welcoming and you really are in safe hands with two great women who know what they are talking about. Seen Tiffany twice now and I am always blown away by her attention to detail, her extensive medical and aesthetic knowledge as well as her ability to hear what you are looking for. Will definitely be going back in the future and highly recommend. I was greeted by Tiff, she immediately put me at ease, she was super knowledgeable and very informative. She explained what she was doing at every step. She was able to remove all the tags. The service is just great, I'm a few days out and it's already made a massive difference. Will definitely go back for any future treatments. What a find!
