My grandmother’s house needed a complete re-wiring as the electrics had been condemned by the energy company. Carl provide an extremely reasonable quote. He automatically included multiple fire alarms and was happy to add as many sockets and switches as required. Once Carl started the work he found the house had many difficult hidden issues. However, even though the job took an extra 4 days due to these house issues, he honoured his quote and completed the job under difficult circumstances. I would highly recommend Carl to anyone looking for a good quality, reliable and honest electrician!

Carl came on time as agreed, excellent service throughout. A very knowledgeable and up-to-date on the jobs he completed, had the right tools for the jobs. Cleaned up after completing jobs and respected your home. He made time to listen to what you wanted doing. Certainly recommend CARL for any electrical jobs that need doing. Well done.

Had a emergency outage yesterday that was affecting our boiler. Called A.A Electricals and Adrian was there within the specified timeframe (hour and a half). He managed to locate the fault with ease and have everything up and running again very quickly. Good value for money and great comms too. Very happy customer :-)

I hired the services of Martin for an extensive remodeling of the downstairs of our home. We had a new layout and new kitchen. I got Chris’s number from my next door neighbour and oh he didn’t disappoint. He popped over for a toilet light that wasn’t working and within 30m, he found the issue, fixed the issue and made recommendations for future which was really great! Great person and definitely recommend anyone to use the service.

Chris wired in a cooker and some other wiring work for us. He didn't try to oversell, making it clear when something I'd suggested was over the top and where something should be changed for safety reasons. He was also considerate in terms of mask wearing during Covid-19. I am very happy and will be using him again.

This is a fantastic company. We lost power in our home in the early hours of Sunday morning and Clare spent a good couple of hours calling between us and one of their electricians to try and help us resolve the issue. She was diligent, very helpful and gave the impression that nothing was too much trouble. We eventually managed to get the power back on and identified a faulty socket as the culprit. Clare arranged to get an electrician out to us the following day (we were offered a same day option but decided to wait until Monday). The electricians who came to us were polite knowledgeable and quick workers. They completed the repair with minimal fuss and disruption to us and were completely professional throughout. Clare also completed a follow up with regards to payment confirming that our payment had been received which was appreciated. Overall this company are beyond helpful, very professional, reasonably priced and their customer service is excellent. We will definitely be using them again and we cannot recommend them enough.

Scott came out on an emergency call and helped solve my lighting issues. I won’t pretend to know what needed doing but, he was efficient and friendly. He got it all sorted in good time and I would definitely recommend him to all. I will be getting some spotlights fitted soon and I’ll call Medway Electrical Ltd to get them done.

We recently had Switched on electrical service come in and do a full rewire on our newly purchased property, As you can imagine we felt slightly overwhelmed with different quotes, but had been recommended to Steve by a family member, and thank god we did. I cannot recommend Steve and Switched on Electrical enough. Where most Contractors tell you what you need without taking into account your ideas, we may not know everything but our input is also valuable and Steve took this into account after many bad experiences with other Electricians. It was nice to speak to someone who was so clear and concise and took our needs into account when planning the work moving forward. We knew what we’d be facing everyday, as we’d planned this ‘TOGETHER’ so we could make arrangements. Always tidied up after themselves, ensured our safety at all times and was so polite. Offers great electrical design advice as well basic electrics advice and plans: Having just moved into the area, I was overwhelmed with how many local electricians there are but Steve was recommended and was a great find. He has come to do small jobs at late notice and has also done all day jobs for me. Everything is left tidy and he is very reliable. Would highly recommend
