John repaired a socket in my loft, he is very professional and reliable and tidy. I would definitely have John carry out more work in my home and recommend him 💯.

Fantastic service from Mark. He came out to us on a Sunday and got us sorted. Followed up additional work in the week so we are up and running again. He was so lovely and patient with our 2 and 4 year old (they may have beaten him up a little). Lovely guy and fair price. Would highly recommend.

We converted a brick built garden shed into an office which necessitated running a cable from the house. Mark then fitted a mini consumer unit, ceiling downlights and several wall sockets including one for ethernet. He also ran a cable down to the far end of the garden and installed a very useful weatherproof power socket. All the work was carried out very neatly and professionally; good communication throughout and he cleaned up when he’d finished. Having experienced work carried out by very poor electricians in the past I highly recommend Mark and Cinque Ports Electrical, he clearly takes pride in his work.

Knows his stuff

Spoke to Mike 3 months before taking the plunge on a solar and battery storage installation. He was really helpful to run through my situation and what installation would best suit my needs. I was cost conscious at first but was put at ease following his quotation that beat all other quotes and included the black solar panels which look very sleek. When I was ready to set a date I paid my deposit and 2 weeks later they turned up on the day they said they would to install. All went well and they were very considerate to take off boots when coming into the house and didn’t hang about getting the job done. I was left with a fully functioning system the same day with the ability to see all from my phone. The equipment they use such as the solar panels and batteries are highly rated online with good warranties so no cheap parts that will fail. After nearly 3 months I can report all is well and they’ve contacted me 3-4 times to ask how the system is functioning, making sure I am happy with the system and also given advice as to what new tariffs are coming out so as best to get my solar paid off. In summary; a great small company that carries out a neat installation with good communication and a great pre care and aftercare service from engineers that care.

Matt was extremely helpful and considerate, we had a tripped RCD but couldn’t find the source of the issue, he talked us through how to isolate the issue and find the source of our problem! I would recommend him to anyone!

Can't fault the service. Prompt, honest about any problems and finding solutions to where sockets could be placed and wired in new ceiling lights. I've used Tom on numerous occasions over the years and can't fault him. 100% would recommend.
