Ian is a first rate, thorough and efficient electrician. He cares about doing a good job and has done so to high standards! He was quick to sort out our electrical fault and put right the mess left behind by others. He also installed some new lights and switches. A very pleasant character who you can trust to get the job done! I would highly recommend using his services for any electrical work! He will be our go to electrician from now on.

Ian was very professional and gave good advice on the type of lighting we’d require if we wanted to purchase ourselves. He communicated regularly. He was neat and tidy, worked hard and was responsive to changes in plans. He was respectful and accommodating as I’m home working so advised when power would be turned off and scheduled this around our online meetings. He was kind and patient with the puppy.

I found Ian from another site and he got straight back, turned up when he said he would and resolved the problem we had. The work turned out a little more complex than first thought but Ian was methodical and worked out the issue. I will be using Ian again for all my electrical needs and cannot recommend him enough.

Would definately recommend Mark, he recently fitted an extractor fan in the bathroom. Really pleased with results got the job done quickly, tidied up after and was very polite. We converted a brick built garden shed into an office which necessitated running a cable from the house. Mark then fitted a mini consumer unit, ceiling downlights and several wall sockets including one for ethernet. He also ran a cable down to the far end of the garden and installed a very useful weatherproof power socket. All the work was carried out very neatly and professionally; good communication throughout and he cleaned up when he’d finished. Having experienced work carried out by very poor electricians in the past I highly recommend Mark and Cinque Ports Electrical, he clearly takes pride in his work.

Fantastic service from Mark. He came out to us on a Sunday and got us sorted. Followed up additional work in the week so we are up and running again. He was so lovely and patient with our 2 and 4 year old (they may have beaten him up a little). Lovely guy and fair price. Would highly recommend.

I had a problem with my solar panels which I inherited from a previous owner. The pay in tariff was less each year so Jack from Coastal Energy came and fixed the problem by installing and enphase system.. He as such a nice person and talked me through each step of his work. The result was only 3 panels were working and now all 16 are. Awesome service.

We only ever seem to need Coastal Energy when we've got into a pickle, and they never fail to resolve the incident efficiently, calmly and with courtesy.

Tom came out at pretty short notice to replace a faulty fused switch. Punctual, earlier than anticipated actually, did the job quickly and efficiently. And such a really nice guy too. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again or recommend.
