Excellent service from E.W.Gee today. I called yesterday due to issues with our smoke alarms (they were going off for no reason). Today, they arrived around 8:30am, cleared dust and debris from the detectors, investigated the battery life and wiring, and then explained in detail how we should maintain them to avoid future issues. The gentleman that came out also gave us the confidence to tackle the detectors ourselves and to call them back should further issues persist. Very friendly and helpful service which my partner and I were thoroughly impressed with.

Fantastic service from Mark. He came out to us on a Sunday and got us sorted. Followed up additional work in the week so we are up and running again. He was so lovely and patient with our 2 and 4 year old (they may have beaten him up a little). Lovely guy and fair price. Would highly recommend.

We converted a brick built garden shed into an office which necessitated running a cable from the house. Mark then fitted a mini consumer unit, ceiling downlights and several wall sockets including one for ethernet. He also ran a cable down to the far end of the garden and installed a very useful weatherproof power socket. All the work was carried out very neatly and professionally; good communication throughout and he cleaned up when he’d finished. Having experienced work carried out by very poor electricians in the past I highly recommend Mark and Cinque Ports Electrical, he clearly takes pride in his work.

I phoned Dave and explained I had a so called electrician rewire my house but left it incomplete just before covid lockdown. After lockdown I could not get hold of him to finish the work. Dave did me a huge favour by taking on a job someone else had started. He sent Rob who then had to pick up were the last guy left off. Rob did a great job and only took him a day to sort it out.
