Let me start by saying I couldn’t recommend Bounty more highly! I’ve met various of the technicians and had a lot of contact with head office, and the whole team is quite evidently experienced (decades!) and knowledgeable. They are trustworthy and efficient, and friendly on top! Andy has been our main contact and is a superb technician. His numerous follow up visits, each with lots of informative chat (and patience as I fire question after question!) has made it feel he’s like a friend of the family! The team has a fantastic reputation and we now too trust the guys implicitly.

We have used Bounty as our pest control contractor for a few years now at our fruit packhouse. The level of service is outstanding and we would highly recommend them. Carl looks after our site and is very professional with superior knowledge. They go above and beyond and we look forward to continue working with them in the years to come.

Great service. Carl was amazing! He was friendly and very professional. Helped me identify the entry points of the mice and even covered them up. Just after one visit we no longer had mice and he came back for 2 more visits after that just to make sure that no more mice returned. Would definitely recommend using Bounty Pest Control.

Mark visits us virtually every year to get rid of regular wasp nests and is always really reliable and accommodating. After getting rid of a hornets nest for us a couple of weeks ago, he came back to shift another wasps nest I'd not previously noticed prior to him arriving. He did this without charge as he didn't have time to do both on his previous visit. Really kind. Would thoroughly recommend his services.

Sean was amazing. We called after seeing rodent in the garden. He came out a couple of days later to inspect. Unlike other companies i have used previously, there was no charge for the initial inspection. Sean was polite, insightful and could not have done more to reassure us. Sean was recommended to me via my letting agency. He has good communication and is very is reliable. Reliability is rare in this day and age. I'm used to being let down by businesses not coming out when they say they will and not even bothering to communicate this. Therefore reliability is appreciated. Sean turned up when he said he would. He was approachable, warm, friendly and down to earth, both in person and over the phone. He went above and beyond to help me which was greatly appreciated. Absolutely Amazing! We had a serious rat problem with the critters nesting in our ceiling and walls. From the initial call to completion, Pest Tech was fantastic to work with. Liam and Matt quickly pinpointed the entry points and provided additional valuable advice on managing the nearby fences and bushes to prevent further access for the rodents who had settled in our home. After just four visits, the rats are completely gone, and it’s a relief to finally have a peaceful home without the constant worry of damage being done in the walls & ceiling. I can’t recommend Pest Tech highly enough, if I ever face any unwelcome visitors again, they’ll be my first call. Thank you Pest Tech for restoring the peace. I can now sleep at night!

We had a major pigeon problem! About 10-12 pigeons had taken up residence on the roof and had nested under the solar panels. Kelly from Pest-Tech was great and sorted our problem. Not an easy job as a step roof and solar panels on two roof pitches. Kelly cleaned out all the nests and cleared away all the pigeon excrement! Now that the panels have strong mesh all around them, the pigeons have found somewhere else to live. We can now sleep at 5am and the gutters are not overflowing from pigeon poop! Thanks Kelly. I would highly recommend.

Micheal dealt with my rat problem professionally, he found their entry that others had failed to. He was very professional, polite and put me at ease straight away. They were persistent in trying to gain access another way, but did not succeed. He went over and above his line of work and would definitely recommend him to everyone with a pest issue. I used Mike from innovation pest control because I was concerned that I may have bed bugs although I had not seen any but had been bitten and only explanation I could find was bed bugs as I had not been anywhere. Mike came and looked around my home but could not see any signs of an infestation but as I was very concerned that I had them I asked him to treat my home as a precaution .. He did 2 treatments 3 weeks apart and I am now happy to say that if I had bed bugs I should be free of them . Mike was an absolutely lovely man who talked me through all things bedbugs and what I could do to help eliminate them with also me having the treatment even though he thought I did not have them it was peace of mind for me . I cannot express my thanks to Mike and I would highly recommend him for anyone found in a similar situation.First class company 👍🏻😊

I highly recommend Lucks Pest Control, very responsive to my first enquiry and was out within 24hours, treated our property for rodents within 2/3weeks of treating the issue. Didn’t charge for coming out to investigate the issue then made recommendations and gave us options to treat the issue. Very happy with the service provided. Hopefully, I won’t have to use Lucks again but if I do, he’s on speed dial now!

Found the guy that come round a real delight to deal with . I don't live in Ashford but I was at my mums house when said problem happened . So called these people , he came round done his magic . He was extremely reasonable considering the amount of time he spent making sure it was done properly & you would never of known he had been neat clean & tidy 10 / 10 highly recommended 👍

Called in Nate of GEM Services as it appears we had rodent issues in our loft. Nate came out very quick and took a look and quoted us a price. I cannot recommend GEM Services enough as he attend our address many times to ensure that we finally got rid of the rats + mice and did not charge us a penny more. Lovely bloke and excellent service. Hope I don't have to use him again but have his number saved. Highly recommend.

Great service by Nate, fast (same day), effective and very reasonable on price! Wasp nest treatment in our front hedge and advice on swarming bees in our back garden. Nate was very polite, professional and educated, he talked me through the treatment/aftercare and this was also detailed on his invoice which was really handy. Will 100% use again if I ever need to and I highly recommend using Nate for pest control needs.
