The treatment to get rid of rats is still ongoing (but working) and I couldn’t be happier. Care is taken not to injure pets, prompt, reliable, friendly and a pleasure to do business with. This number is a permanent fixture in my address book and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

This company is brilliant! Matt and Charlotte are so reliable, professional and genuinely helpful. On many occasions have I had to contact these guys, and each time they've responded quickly, effectively and sorted the problem in a timely manner. I contacted Barnard Pest control after I’d tried unsuccessfully to solve a vermin problem myself, and wish I’d done so sooner as I would have saved myself a lot of stress and anxiety. I’d heard a lot of noise under my bath and my dog was barking mad at the skirting boards , Phil managed to fit a visit in the same day which I was so thankful for as I was distraught, With his knowledge and experience my unwanted visitors were gone within a few days . Having made a telephone appointment for the next day 18/12/24, I was met promptly at the site in Tonbridge. After a very thorough and professional survey of my property and the surrounding area, the source of several potential issues was pointed out, and very good and clear advice on how to proceed was given. Dealing with a pest issue in your home is deeply unpleasant, however Phil was calm and professional and helped ease my anxiety around the situation. He dealt with the matter in hand and appeared happy to answer my (many!) questions. Phil was responsive and whilst I hope to never have to use Phil’s services again, in the unlucky event I do need a pest controller, I wouldn’t hesitate to call upon Phil. Would recommend.

Great service highly recommended. Contacted Phil Tuesday morning about a significant wasp infestation in my loft/roof eaves. He was able to fit me in Tuesday afternoon as an emergency and rectified the problem with no fuss. Within 24 hours there was no sign whatsoever of any wasp activity, job done. I was provided with safety instructions regarding chemicals used and the job was guaranteed, on top of that the fixed charge was very reasonable. Very satisfied customer Highly recommended.

Charlie was very professional and very knowledgeable about vermin control, he was absolutely amazing. He has sorted out our issues without hurting any animals which is very much close to my heart, so I am really grateful, also something he told me which I didn’t think about was if he puts poison down there is a possibility that my cat/dogs could eat it or they could eat the dead animal which would be a hefty bill at the vets. I would definitely recommend him to everyone as his knowledge and work are second to none. Just call him!

I contacted Leo over a potential mouse problem, after droppings were found by someone working in the loft. He kept me informed as to when he would arrive. Having conducted a thorough search, his professional opinion was that the droppings were very old and there was not an ongoing issue. Very reasonably priced and I would certainly use Leo's services again if required.

Let me start by saying I couldn’t recommend Bounty more highly! I’ve met various of the technicians and had a lot of contact with head office, and the whole team is quite evidently experienced (decades!) and knowledgeable. They are trustworthy and efficient, and friendly on top! Andy has been our main contact and is a superb technician. His numerous follow up visits, each with lots of informative chat (and patience as I fire question after question!) has made it feel he’s like a friend of the family! The team has a fantastic reputation and we now too trust the guys implicitly.

Great Service. I had protectapet tension fitted enclosure installed on a balcony. The team showed up promptly, were very polite and respectful of the property and me. They were very methodical, tidy and disciplined in their work and discussed the installation prior to starting. Really great service. He came within the hour of receiving our phone call. He did a very deep investigation of where the rodents were coming from and knew exactly what holes to fill up. We had a bad experience with a different exterminator in the past and Salih fixed all the mishaps. He’s very respectful and he returned after 2 weeks to seal everything. From his first visit we had no activity again! We highly recommend!

Had to contact this company as my elderly mother found a bed bug! I received a prompt response from Dan and an appointment was arranged. Dan arrived and checked the property and unfortunately found quite a few in her bed boards. He advised us of the next steps and performed a treatment that day, he then rearranged to come the following week where he did a more detailed check everywhere in mums flat and another treatment. (we had got rid of the bed). He ensured that we were happy and understood the process. He has arranged a further appointment to ensure that the horrible visitors have gone.
