John came out on the day of contact. Was very friendly and honest and got to work to clear rats in the loft. John also filled in the hole with cement where they were gaining entry. Very happy with this service and would totally recommend.

My first call was answered quickly and someone came out the next day. The gentleman called John, walked around the house inside and outside to assess where the rats can get in and where he could lay baits. He was quite a cheerful man. As he promised he returned the next day and done the job. He was quick and clean. He seemed to know well what he was doing. Came back in a week time to check and lay more baits then at the third visit he said we are cleared. Pricing was excellent, way less than I expected. Done a great job, will call him again if we have problem in the future.

I used Mike from innovation pest control because I was concerned that I may have bed bugs although I had not seen any but had been bitten and only explanation I could find was bed bugs as I had not been anywhere. Mike came and looked around my home but could not see any signs of an infestation but as I was very concerned that I had them I asked him to treat my home as a precaution .. He did 2 treatments 3 weeks apart and I am now happy to say that if I had bed bugs I should be free of them . Mike was an absolutely lovely man who talked me through all things bedbugs and what I could do to help eliminate them with also me having the treatment even though he thought I did not have them it was peace of mind for me . I had a wasp nest in the corner of a dormer window, I had other companies visit and they told me it was impossible to get to. This company saved my bacon, straight away they had and can do attitude, they were determined to find a way and when they had found a technician with the necessary equipment to do the job they arranged for him to come out on a Saturday so I wasn’t kept awake by the wasps any longer than necessary. Absolute superstars, don’t use anyone else!

The team at Folkestone Pest Control are so responsive and helpful. We have been unlucky this year with a wasps nest and most recently a rodent but both times John came out the same day, dealt with the issue quickly and gave us lots of advice as well as answering all the questions we had. John also went above and beyond by advising about some traps which had been laid nearby our property by another party that were not legal and we have been able to ask the party to rectify it immediately – we wouldn’t have known about this otherwise. I used this business to rid myself of 3 wasp nests, they were very easy to deal with, great on communication, effective - no wasps now and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them after trying to deal with other companies for this problem who demanded credit card details before they had even attended and could not give a time to visit. This business gave me a 2 hour time slot and I paid once the work had been completed. The wasp man was very smart, respectful and professional, why go anywhere else? Gerald came to the house promptly at our request and dealt with 2 wasp nests quickly and safely. He was back 2 days later at our request to remove a third one that we found. The treatment to get rid of rats is still ongoing (but working) and I couldn’t be happier. Care is taken not to injure pets, prompt, reliable, friendly and a pleasure to do business with. This number is a permanent fixture in my address book and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Sean was amazing. We called after seeing rodent in the garden. He came out a couple of days later to inspect. Unlike other companies i have used previously, there was no charge for the initial inspection. Sean was polite, insightful and could not have done more to reassure us. We used New Guard for a mouse problem. Piers was very prompt and knowledgeable and I was very reassured having initially felt quite panicked that we would be infested. Piers was amazing from the first phone call. I noticed we had a mouse called him and he was here not long after. Excellent customer service, very professional and very knowledgeable. He could see I was in panic mode and reassured me that it was would be fine. He did a total of 3 visits with the mouse being caught on the second visit. Dealing with a pest issue in your home is deeply unpleasant, however Phil was calm and professional and helped ease my anxiety around the situation. He dealt with the matter in hand and appeared happy to answer my (many!) questions. Great service highly recommended. Contacted Phil Tuesday morning about a significant wasp infestation in my loft/roof eaves. He was able to fit me in Tuesday afternoon as an emergency and rectified the problem with no fuss. Within 24 hours there was no sign whatsoever of any wasp activity, job done.
