My first call was answered quickly and someone came out the next day. The gentleman called John, walked around the house inside and outside to assess where the rats can get in and where he could lay baits. He was quite a cheerful man. As he promised he returned the next day and done the job. He was quick and clean. He seemed to know well what he was doing. Came back in a week time to check and lay more baits then at the third visit he said we are cleared. Pricing was excellent, way less than I expected. Done a great job, will call him again if we have problem in the future.

My go to pest control company on Romney Marsh. John visited within a few hours of me phoning to inspect what I thought was a wasps nest. He found they were honey bees so put me in touch with his beekeeper friend who was happy to remove the bees & rehome them.

John came out on the day of contact. Was very friendly and honest and got to work to clear rats in the loft. John also filled in the hole with cement where they were gaining entry. Very happy with this service and would totally recommend.

Jack was the tech that visited. I have nothing but praise for this lad. He was dealing with my elderly Mum, has been very pleasant, took time to speak to me on the phone (as I couldn't be present), explained everything he was doing along with advice and feedback. Resolved the problem I was having with Grey Squirrels I contacted a few companies and Integrum quotes a realistic price, outlining precisely the service they provide. Arranging the appointment online and providing a curtesy text message just prior to any visit. James who was my assigned to conduct the work was friendly, had a kind manner and was happy to explain the process and practice he would be conducting. On the final visit a squirrel was caught in an open trap, which was put in place following the second visit when nothing had been caught. Squirrel problem dealt with.

Ryan came within days of booking. Did a thorough inspection inside and out. Laid the poison. Drain inspection and sorted the problem. Did not sell me things I did not need which others have tried. Very professional service, would 100% recommend. Now day 5 and at last all is quiet. Thanks Ryan.

Charlie was very professional and very knowledgeable about vermin control, he was absolutely amazing. He has sorted out our issues without hurting any animals which is very much close to my heart, so I am really grateful, also something he told me which I didn’t think about was if he puts poison down there is a possibility that my cat/dogs could eat it or they could eat the dead animal which would be a hefty bill at the vets. I would definitely recommend him to everyone as his knowledge and work are second to none. Just call him!

I am so grateful that Matt saved us from a really awful flea infestation. I was desperate and he dropped everything to help us. He was informative, thorough and reassuring. This is definitely your first choice for help and assistance when dealing with pests and vermin. We had a rat who decided to roam the house and cause a huge amount of anxiety. Dealing with a pest issue in your home is deeply unpleasant, however Phil was calm and professional and helped ease my anxiety around the situation. He dealt with the matter in hand and appeared happy to answer my (many!) questions. Phil was responsive and whilst I hope to never have to use Phil’s services again, in the unlucky event I do need a pest controller, I wouldn’t hesitate to call upon Phil. Would recommend.

I contacted Barnard Pest control after I’d tried unsuccessfully to solve a vermin problem myself, and wish I’d done so sooner as I would have saved myself a lot of stress and anxiety. I’d heard a lot of noise under my bath and my dog was barking mad at the skirting boards , Phil managed to fit a visit in the same day which I was so thankful for as I was distraught, With his knowledge and experience my unwanted visitors were gone within a few days . Great service highly recommended. Contacted Phil Tuesday morning about a significant wasp infestation in my loft/roof eaves. He was able to fit me in Tuesday afternoon as an emergency and rectified the problem with no fuss. Within 24 hours there was no sign whatsoever of any wasp activity, job done. I was provided with safety instructions regarding chemicals used and the job was guaranteed, on top of that the fixed charge was very reasonable. Very satisfied customer Highly recommended.

Really great service. He came within the hour of receiving our phone call. He did a very deep investigation of where the rodents were coming from and knew exactly what holes to fill up. We had a bad experience with a different exterminator in the past and Salih fixed all the mishaps. He’s very respectful and he returned after 2 weeks to seal everything.
