Harry was amazing. I phoned in the evening to ask if Cutting Edge Locksmith could fix my UPVC front door not locking (which is obviously an emergency matter), and he arrived within an astonishing 20 minutes. Then fixed the issue promptly, too - at a very fair price it must be said. I’m a delighted customer, and genuinely highly recommend him.

5 star service from Harry at Cutting Edge. Arrived the morning after we moved in to change 4 locks. Plus he was able to sort out a French door that we just could not get open. He charged a total of £140 including labour and he was with us for about 90 minutes. He returned a few days later to fix the seal on one of our windows that was letting in draught and traffic noise. Harry is a great young business owner and he has our full recommendation 👍👍

Brilliant service from a genuine and lovely chap. Mum called me in a panic as she couldn’t get her garage door open. Living 100 miles away this wasn’t ideal! I found Maidstone locksmiths and the reviews looked good so gave John a call. He arrived at mums in twenty minutes. Identified and sorted the problem and his charge was so reasonable considering it was a Saturday. Would definitely recommend him. Mum said he was such a lovely man. My bathroom window would not close which meant we could not leave the house until it was resolved. I contacted Scott and he immediately knew what the problem was. Matt was prompt, professional and a master in his field. I would not hesitate in recommending Kent Auto Keys! My keys went missing at the weekend and it was the only key I had for a W204 C Class Mercedes. Excellent service from Paul when I managed to lock us out this evening. Answered his phone very quickly and with a few simple questions worked out the type of lock we had. Paul then came out really quickly and managed to get us in within minutes of arriving. Extremely friendly with very reasonable prices. I contacted Paul as my front door wasn't latching shut properly. He came to take a look the same day, and explained clearly both the problem and my options, including costs. And having sourced the replacement lock we agreed on, he returned and installed it a few days later. We’ve just moved into a new home and wanted our front door locks replace so we wanted a local locksmith and we found A Short locksmith who was brilliant from the start sent a email saying what we wanted and got a reply straight away. Absolutely no issues with this service, person who came was lovely and replaced locks either like-for-like or changed them slightly on request (wanted front door to be lockable from the inside without a key, so now we can turn something instead of having to go and find our keys to answer the door!) also gave lots of spares.

I cannot recommend this company enough. I cannot remember the gentleman that attended but he turned up when they said he would and was very polite and accommodating. He managed to get the broken key out of the ignition but there was an issue with the key codes etc from a previous owner but he perceived with it and managed to get the car up and running again. If the situation arises again (fingers crossed not) this company would definitely be getting my call for help - a very happy customer.

I lost my only car key to my Ford fiesta. I rang PRO AUTO LOCKSMITH 🚘 They were very professional from the moment that they answered the phone. I was given a very short time slot for when they would arrive at my home, they arrived earlier than stated which was my bonus.
