Had a problem with my front door lock, Messaged Paul and he responded instantly, gave me such great information and options over the phone as he knew what the exact fault was, It shows how honest Paul is because he advised me I didn’t need to go for the most expensive option and the cheaper option would work just as well. My front door lock failed when I was away and neighbours couldn’t get in to feed the cats. Paul responded to my inquiry within the hour and offered same day or next day service. He carried out the repair at a very reasonable price. Paul is extremely polite as well as professional. Highly recommended.

Excellent service from Paul when I managed to lock us out this evening. Answered his phone very quickly and with a few simple questions worked out the type of lock we had. Paul then came out really quickly and managed to get us in within minutes of arriving. Extremely friendly with very reasonable prices. I contacted Paul as my front door wasn't latching shut properly. He came to take a look the same day, and explained clearly both the problem and my options, including costs. And having sourced the replacement lock we agreed on, he returned and installed it a few days later. Absolutely no issues with this service, person who came was lovely and replaced locks either like-for-like or changed them slightly on request (wanted front door to be lockable from the inside without a key, so now we can turn something instead of having to go and find our keys to answer the door!) also gave lots of spares.

Extremely friendly and helpful chap on the phone who was able to book me in for the same week to attend to a door that wouldn’t lock. Mikey, the chap that did the call out was equally friendly, and was courteous and efficient in his work. He pulled the lock apart and found a wayward screw jammed in the mechanism, fixed it, and put everything back together in the time it took me to fold a load of laundry. He also did a tune up of the other door we had which was working fine, but is now even better. I would not hesitate to use him again, though I hope I will not need to!

I had a remote key where one of the buttons was coming apart and I saw Nic’s Replace My Car Key company advert on a Facebook group. Nic did an excellent job of replacing my existing key fob with a folding one. The quality of the key fob is great and feels robust. Price was £160. It was £185 for a standard non folding replacement from Mercedes. I would definitely use Nic again and would highly recommend him.

I cannot recommend this company enough. I cannot remember the gentleman that attended but he turned up when they said he would and was very polite and accommodating. He managed to get the broken key out of the ignition but there was an issue with the key codes etc from a previous owner but he perceived with it and managed to get the car up and running again. If the situation arises again (fingers crossed not) this company would definitely be getting my call for help - a very happy customer.
