We called Andrew at The Unlocksmith as the lock in a UPVC patio door had completely jammed. We discussed the problem and Andrew knew immediately what the issue was. He arrived promptly the following morning when promised, opened the door and replaced the locking mechanism, using a universal kit that he had in his van.
