Amazing service, I called at 8pm and Joe met me 45 minutes later, he didn't have the appropriate lock so instead of waiting until the following day he went to the shop and came back and fitted a new lock at a very fair price. Tried to open a wine bottle with my key (don’t ask), and unsurprisingly ended up with a bent, sad-looking mess. Took it to this locksmith expecting a lecture, but instead got amazing service! Somehow, they managed to make a perfect copy from my key’s crumpled remains. Bardie was super helpful, efficient, and didn’t even judge my life choices. 10/10 would break a key again just to come back!
