I was provided a brilliant service by this company. I managed to lock myself out of my flat as I’d (stupidly) left my keys indoors. Knox Locks were at my place and sorted the problem out within 45 minutes of my initial call to them. Which I thought was superb. Regan was very professional, incredibly quick to sort the problem out, and I was over the moon to get access again so sharply. I can highly recommend this service - it was great and saved the day!

Regan answered a very panicked call from a borrowed mobile after i locked myself out with no phone, socks or jacket on! Was in a bit of a bind with my patio doors, called in the morning and left a message and had a call back within an hour and they had a top notch tech Regan at my house by late afternoon and worked into the evening to repair my patio doors. Excellent service from Paul when I managed to lock us out this evening. Answered his phone very quickly and with a few simple questions worked out the type of lock we had. Paul then came out really quickly and managed to get us in within minutes of arriving. Extremely friendly with very reasonable prices. Had a problem with my front door lock, Messaged Paul and he responded instantly, gave me such great information and options over the phone as he knew what the exact fault was, It shows how honest Paul is because he advised me I didn’t need to go for the most expensive option and the cheaper option would work just as well. I contacted Paul as my front door wasn't latching shut properly. He came to take a look the same day, and explained clearly both the problem and my options, including costs. And having sourced the replacement lock we agreed on, he returned and installed it a few days later. I cannot recommend Gareth and Locum Locks highly enough. I recently bought an antique roll top desk. The seller neglected to point out that it self-locks when the lid is pulled down. I had put the keys in an internal drawer for safekeeping but then found myself unable to get back in when the top had been pulled down. Gareth arrived bang on time, assessed what would not work and quickly worked out what might. Long story short, he created another key - so I now have a spare, and the desk is open and I can finally work at it! Thank you, Gareth!

Gareth from Locum Locks did a great job of replacing a broken set of double door locks on our conservatory. He gave a straightforward estimation of cost when he did a site visit to check the doors out. He then came back with the necessary part. Replaced everything, left the place neat and tidy and the price was sensible and seemed reasonable for the time taken and parts needed. Much appreciated.

Nicky was brilliant - would 100% recommend. We contacted him on a Saturday afternoon, he was with us by Sunday to give an honest opinion & quote on what needed doing. Very fair & great price. 2 front doors & 1 back door locks / mechanisms changed, all finished to a great standard we were really happy with them. We had gotten ourselves locked out on a stormy Sunday night and must have spent 2 hours calling at least 8 different locksmiths before finding Nick. Nick arrived at the property within 20 minutes and gotten us within the house within 10! After getting us is Nick even gave us some fantastic advice on the property and some recommendations. Our only regret was not ringing Nick first! Would highly recommend.

Nick certainly ticks all the boxes. He arrived promptly at the arranged time and was both courteous and workmanlike. He had a suitable new lock and, although it was difficult to take out the old lock, he soon had the new lock fitted He made no mess and removed all bits and pieces not required. I would have no hesitation in recommending him warmly to anyone!

John is incredible! Not only is he such a fantastic, warm, kind, and interesting person, but he's also brilliant at his job. Nothing was a problem! He managed to put an additional lock on our very old and slightly wonky door (charming Victorian but tricky to align). As we had just moved into the property, he also managed to align some other doors and door handles and helped with window locks (some were locked without keys, others were misaligned).
