Highly recommended – I cannot stress this enough. Eugene came over, spent 10 minutes assessing the broken lock mechanism, found a replacement, asked if I was happy with the price, then ordered it and fitted it the next day in another 10 minutes. First-class job! No wonder why all 5 stars reviews :)

In an attempt to keep one of the cats I was cat sitting inside as I was leaving, I accidentally shut myself out with my keys still in the lock from the inside. I called HomeSafe-Locksmith. They came out in 5 minutes and managed to get it sorted quite quickly without having to bring out the big tools. Lock (and cats) were all still intact and well. Good price, too - cheaper than most locksmiths, definitely recommend.

The team has helped us out of a horrible situation caused by bad delivery of a household appliance which resulted in the door locking mechanism getting completely ruined and the hing bent. I cannot recommend Gareth and Locum Locks highly enough. I recently bought an antique roll top desk. The seller neglected to point out that it self-locks when the lid is pulled down. I had put the keys in an internal drawer for safekeeping but then found myself unable to get back in when the top had been pulled down. Gareth arrived bang on time, assessed what would not work and quickly worked out what might. Long story short, he created another key - so I now have a spare, and the desk is open and I can finally work at it! Thank you, Gareth!

Gareth from Locum Locks did a great job of replacing a broken set of double door locks on our conservatory. He gave a straightforward estimation of cost when he did a site visit to check the doors out. He then came back with the necessary part. Replaced everything, left the place neat and tidy and the price was sensible and seemed reasonable for the time taken and parts needed. Much appreciated.

John is incredible! Not only is he such a fantastic, warm, kind, and interesting person, but he's also brilliant at his job. Nothing was a problem! He managed to put an additional lock on our very old and slightly wonky door (charming Victorian but tricky to align). As we had just moved into the property, he also managed to align some other doors and door handles and helped with window locks (some were locked without keys, others were misaligned). Fantastic service!! I had multiple issues which meant they needed to come and have a look to quote. Was worried that meant a hard sell once here… couldn't have been more wrong. Ray came out, investigated everything, talked me through every aspect of the works required, including the price, then offered to do it whenever was convenient - there and then if I wanted it (albeit one aspect needed a part, so a return visit was needed regardless). The price was really fair and when he came to do the work he actually went above and beyond to make the property as secure as he possibly could - including resolving an issue I hadn’t been aware of, for no extra charge. 5 star service from Harry at Cutting Edge. Arrived the morning after we moved in to change 4 locks. Plus he was able to sort out a French door that we just could not get open. He charged a total of £140 including labour and he was with us for about 90 minutes. He returned a few days later to fix the seal on one of our windows that was letting in draught and traffic noise. Harry is a great young business owner and he has our full recommendation 👍👍
