Excellent service from Paul when I managed to lock us out this evening. Answered his phone very quickly and with a few simple questions worked out the type of lock we had. Paul then came out really quickly and managed to get us in within minutes of arriving. Extremely friendly with very reasonable prices. Would highly recommend if you ever find yourself in need of a locksmiths.

My front door lock failed when I was away and neighbours couldn’t get in to feed the cats. Paul responded to my inquiry within the hour and offered same day or next day service. He carried out the repair at a very reasonable price. Paul is extremely polite as well as professional. Highly recommended.

We had gotten ourselves locked out on a stormy Sunday night and must have spent 2 hours calling at least 8 different locksmiths before finding Nick. Nick arrived at the property within 20 minutes and gotten us within the house within 10! After getting us is Nick even gave us some fantastic advice on the property and some recommendations. I cannot recommend Gareth and Locum Locks highly enough. I recently bought an antique roll top desk. The seller neglected to point out that it self-locks when the lid is pulled down. I had put the keys in an internal drawer for safekeeping but then found myself unable to get back in when the top had been pulled down. Gareth arrived bang on time, assessed what would not work and quickly worked out what might. Long story short, he created another key - so I now have a spare, and the desk is open and I can finally work at it! Thank you, Gareth!

After trying all the key cutting shops in my area, who couldn't cut a spare key for my motorbike I was left with no choice but to either pay the crazy prices that the manufacturer would charge or try this company. I was a bit weary of ordering a key online to be cut by me sending in a photo of the original key, but I can confirm it has arrived and most importantly it fits and works and looks no different to my original key with the manufacturer logo.
